GDex / GD Express products

Bought product from lazada, lazada was sent the products to gdex on 03.01.2018. But the parcel did not arrived to me until now!

I'd been often follow up to gdex every day, but no action from gdex. Gdex told to contact us asap, but no, no, and no received call!

Kindly take an immediate and very aggressive action or payback to me total amount of the products.

Mind if the parcel will arrived to me on 15.01.2018.

GDex / GD Express wrongly delivered item

On 2nd january around 2.05 pm I herd a lorry infront my house 110 jln seri impian 9/9 tmn seri impian kluang johore. I open the door it was gdex lorry which just delivered my neighbour house 109 jln seri impian 9/9. Gdex delivery man asked my wife name puan hashimah musa. He asked my name and identity card number where he read from the delivery sheet and wrote my particular on the sheet asked me to sign and then handed over scrolled of banners. At that time my gate was locked. After handing over the banner he jump in to the lorry and I saw him writing and then I look at the item delivered to me the name written not my wife name but farhan I wave at the man but he never respond so I get the front gate key and open but the lorry was going away and I wave several time and he noticed and came back to me. I told him its note my wife item and the address writen farhan the delivery said dont look at the address please look at the delivery form attached and I said same name farhan not hashimah. He took back the banner and start serching at the back of the lorry front and back for several time and later told me my wife item must be left at the office and asked me to collect tomorrow aroud 7 pm because he is out delivering. Buti told him I am away to senai and be back on thursday evening. On the 5th jan after friday prayer I went to gdex office kluang the counter staf couldnt help because I dont have the tracking no and I dont know who delivered to my wife. The counter staf told me she will contact me and gave the delivery man contact number where I whatsapp him but till todate no reply. On the 9th jan I contacted gdex hotline custimer service pj as my wife told me her friend from sri manjung perak was the one who send a grain dispencer which she bought when visiting japan as my wife told her she never receive it and her friend asked to enquire gdex and whatsapp copy of the delivery form. I lodge a complaint to the customer service. The officer asked for my detail and said will do the investigation and will call me later. But untill to this date I dont receive any call from customer service nor gdex kluang or the delivery man named syafik. Please look in to my complaint if no feed back and the item not delivered I will lodge a police report. Tracking no [protected]

GDex / GD Express bad service.. very frustrated

My item was order in 31dec and receives item in 8jan.. After rceived I find the item has broken. Call seller and that said to exchange this item. I call gdex and he says to retake the item. I waiting until 2days gdex still not come yet. At last I sending using my vehicle to gdex.. Dont know how long time I should wait to get my item back.. Very frustrated. I hope u upgrade ur services

GDex / GD Express gdex alor setar - pentingkan tanggungjawab jangan entrust barang kepada third party tanpa keizinan customer.

Saya tidak berpuas hati kerana barang saya diberi kepada pihak ketiga tanpa keizinan. Adakah patut barang saya di entrust ke third party yang tidak tahu asal usul tanpa meminta izin saya. Memanglah alamat rumah saya susah untuk dicari tetapi untuk entrust barang saya kepada orang lain memang perkara yang tidak logik. Saya boleh tuntut di office gdex alor setar tetapi mereka mahu delivery sendiri. Kenapa mesti delivery separuh jalan. Kenapa tidak delivery terus ke rumah saya. Kenapa mesti entrust barang saya kepa orang lain. Barang itu penjual entrust kepada gdex untuk hantar kepada saya tanpa menggunakan orang lain. Tetapi mengapa gdex mengambil langkah mudah memberi kepada orang lain dan tanpa keizinin dan bertanya kepada saya dahulu. Saya harap pekara ini tidak akan peenah berlaku lagi. Jika sesuatu berlaku kepada barang saya adakah gdex akan bertanggungjawab.

GDex / GD Express undelivered parcel

I purchase an item fr sayangku thru lazada on 20/12/2017. E-tracking info shown inbound to sgb station on 21/12/2017! But I have not received the parcel yet! I made numeric calls to sgb station but there were nobody pick up my calls since 22/12/2017! For your information, this is an x'mas gift to my son! Therefore, I called to gdex pick hotline to get assistance on 8/1/2018 morning. But, I did not received any feedback after the call! I am very disappointed with the bad service and action wasn't taken immediately after my complaint! Please check and revert urgently. My suggestion to gdex, hq must question and take action the branch for such delay which does not match the slogan "delivery service you trust"! This is not a single complaint from a customer but fr a lot of us if u trace the complaint board. What if this is not a gift but a super urgent document that will save some critic condition? But the way, my parcel tracking no is [protected].

GDex / GD Express I am complaining about late delivery

Good evening,

I am complaining about late delivery by GD Express. According to the GDex tracking system, my parcel still in Melaka Station (MKZ Station) since 5 January 2018. Until now (10 January 2018), the parcel still not being delivered to me. My consignment no. is MY75003700648. When I call GD Express office in Melaka at [protected] or [protected], nobody answer my call. So, nobody give any feedback to me. We try to talk with Azlina or Faziana whom are the staffs in-charge there at [protected]. Still I don't receive any answer from her.

GDex / GD Express bad service alor setar branch

My item already delivered in Alor Setar branch on 6 january 2018. After waiting for 4 days, my item status still in bound at Alor Setar branch. So, I decided to collect the item myself this morning (10 Junuary) but the staff said I can't take my item due to too many items in their store. They need at least 3 hours to find my item. Already 4 days delivered still need 3 hours to find? Seriously?
I made a call to GDEX office on 8 January from 11 am to 3.30 pm to know the status of my item but no one picked up the phone. Too many items in store is not a concrete reason to delay the delivery of customer's item and if GDEX have to do so, please call or message customer. At least we don't need to waste our time driving to GDEX Alor Setar to collect our item and have to hear illogical excuses. I hope this is the last time Lazada use GDEX service to courier my stuff. Plus this is not the first time I have difficulties in dealing with GDEX Alor Setar.

GDex / GD Express barang belum sampai

Salam sejahtera. Saya membeli barang dari Lazada. Lazada hantar e-mail kepada saya mengatakan barang saya akan sampai pada 26 dec - 2 Jan. Lazada turut sertakan tracking no. [protected]. Bila saya cuba track no tersebut, yang tertera di situ ialah 'no record found'. Sehingga hari ini sudah hampir 2 minggu saya menunggu. Saya mahu pihak gdex beri respon segera.

GDex / GD Express pending delivery items tracking no : [protected]

Hi sir,

I would like to express my disappointment towards GDEX service. I bought my item tracking no [protected] from LAZADA and till now I havent receive any status yet. Once I complaint to the customer service and close to follow up every week, they refuse to talk to me. They look like place the phone away from talk to me. This is totally very rude towards your customer and I hope would not come such this habit in the future. Please contact me, Melissa at [protected] for further update. If not, I will report this issue to your high management.

GDex / GD Express worst delivery and customer service

I placed an order from LAZADA on 14 Dec 2017. Seller confirmed that my item was to be delivered by GDEX and tentatively to be delivered by 19-22 Dec 2017. Item was only processed by 27 Dec - picked up by courier under consignment no [protected]. To date (9 Jan 2018), there is no further status update. Called GDEX a few times for your customer service team to check, but the team kept on telling to check and get back to me. But never received any call/update. Every time I called, no one has definite answer of my consignment status. PLEASE CHECK. Not only that you have so much rooms to improve on delivery service, you guys seem to have the worst customer service ever. This is too disappointing.

GDex / GD Express delivery staff's attitude

The staff came to my house to deliver and my grandmother is the one who collected it. The delivery staff has thrown the identification card to the floor instead of handling it back politely to the old lady. I am so disappointed with the attitude of the delivery staff. I request for an action taken to the staff.

GDex / GD Express package missing / no response / low compensation

I sent a huge package from China to Malaysia, GDEX is the third party who should deliver my package in Malaysia. The package was received by GDEX by Dec 15th. I was going to pick up my package at GDEX warehouse in PJ because I'm in hurry to need my package. I called the customer service several times and they wouldnt let me go to pick up because they told me they were overloaded and they couldnt find my package. They told me I will receive my goods delivered by Dec 22 the latest and until today Jan 5th, 2018 they still couldnt find my package. They told me they declare my goods as lost and they will only compensate RM200! This is ridiculous, I've been waited like for 2-3weeks for them to deliver and they just couldnt find it and just declare it as lost. I've paid $120delivery fee from China and the goods value more than $500, and GDEX only want to compensate RM200 this is so unfair!
Tried to call their office but no one answer. Sent them email and do not get any reply. I dont even know if they're working?

GDex / GD Express service

Purchase date: 12/12
Order Number: [protected]

Purchased 3 items from Lazada Malaysia on 12/12, estimated delivery date stated 19/12/2017. Received the first item on 14/12, super satisfied with the fast delivery.

For 2nd & 3rd items, it was delayed without any notice given until called up Lazada, I was advised this was delayed and i should received both items by 23 Dec. CS will assist to expedite for me.

Nothing was received until 26 Dec on the 2nd item but not 3rd item. Called up again, CS advised this was delayed to 30 Dec and tried her best to expedite. Nothing was received on 30 Dec, spoken supervisor Erica and she gave assurance that i will received by 4/1/2018 and expedite for me, and if i do not wish to wait any longer i can opt for cancel and refund. I decided to wait for another week.

No follow up call from Lazada on 4/1/2018, and GDEX didnt delivered the item as per promised. Called up Lazada and another date was given on 7/1/2018. Supervisor JLO promised will get this expedite again.

The item was purchase almost 1 month ago and it was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone. I am very disappointed with Lazada as a International and Leading company in the online shopping industry, the complaint from customer cannot be resolved after 3-4 calls on the same issue.

GDex / GD Express bad services at kepong brunch (malaysia)

I been stay at kepong for over 25 years, and the person told me that can't found my location, thus they are not sending the parcel to me without any notification. As this was cause the delay of the delivery process.
I was no received any call from the courier.

While, I was calling to the call center and enquiringly on the status. However, I was been hold for more then 5 minutes in the line which is unprofessional at all.

I was contacted the kepong brunch (Malaysia), and the person who answer the called name (Shida) was very very very bad attitude and very rude. She was rude over the phone and keep mentioned to me can't find your location.

Hence, I was not choice and go the outlet to collect my parcel. When I was at the brunch, all the staff are not friendly at all an the are not welcome us. The staff was just sited at there and chit-chat at there. They never serve me until I was calling them.

If customer need go to the brunch to collect the parcel by themselves, then there is no point for customer to used your services again. This is not only wasted our time, it also wasted money to paid for the such expensive service and get such [censor] services.

GDex / GD Express gdex sungai petani - miserable service

My parcel has been in transit at GDexsg petani since 25th dec. I've called customer service KL and confirmed. Been trying to call GDex sg petani multiple times- no response, no one seems to be picking up the phone& the only 1 time someone picks up, the person says that she is at the bank and told me again to call the centre. I'm just wondering how could GDrx cope with such a bad service. If you are going to charge so much for courier service, you should definitely improve on your service and customer care..
Customers have a reason for paying for courier service as they require a particular product urgently. If it's gonna be so delayed, might as well get it shipped via normal post. I think my parcel would have arrived already

GDex / GD Express track my parcel [protected]

The thing is happen on 26/12/2017

I have a parcel actually this parcel have 2 parcel in 1 consignment note
But the thing is i already own collection one parcel and another parcel your warehouse cannot find so say have to wait to find it ok find?
Last friday 29/12/2017 told me they already find that goods, and the reason no delivery because of the parcel already broken have to re-pack and send out.
But until today i call for checking my parcel since morning i call HQ Gdex until now also no one pick up the customer care line. I try call puchong branch to check it but when pickup the phone say i don't know about it and you only have to wait no event say i help you to check it and call back, and i complaint them why morning i call until now only got people pickup phone but that girl using very unmanned told me when you call start from when you call. As a customer service this kind of attitude they doing to the customer?

Can Anyone help me check my balance parcel i just want my parcel because since my client have a event for this week.

GDex / GD Express bad service! mis-delivery until now nobody reply

My parcel from China mis-delivery by GDEX. The tracking no : [protected] show the parcel sent but I'm don received the parcel. Called few times just reply will checking it and ask the Skudai branch to call back me. But din receive any call to explain about it. Normally receive courier man will request to sign with name & IC, called few times unable to provide me the details who sign the consignment. What a bad courier company no responsibility at all. Better shut down & stop bring trouble to us need to keep follow up about the status.

Lousy delivery company I ever encountered, one thing when they couldn't get you they just left a card there and when you want to call for 2nd delivery they don't pick up the phone, and when you are at the office to collect the items, there are long queue almost 15 people, so what kind of express though we had paid quite an amout for the service rendered, but what a disappointment the service the company provided us
When I was there to enquire about my 2nd delivery the people are so ill-mannered and rude to the ground I would say just not happy seeing us around and shouted at me saying that why I was there, do u think you are the only one we service you is it, I believe all these workers are so daring and rude is because this company don't have work protocol and train their worker to be courteous and helpful to customers. They might be thinking that they will always have good business all the year round as what the worker told me was that they had lots of goods to deliver and instead of listening to me but shout at me not to don't disturb them. (This man by the name azman some more challenged me to complaint to the top telling me his workers number too, anyway if want the picture of him I can send to you as I had snapped the pic of him and also the number of people in front of the counter) we paid for fast delivery and we get this kind of service, guys please don't go for this gdex they are just happy to let people to to their counter and claim the goods instead of deliver to them personally, they practices putting cards and they won't call customer in the first place (As what pos laju been doing all this while) when customer is not around to receive the goods! Still a lot to complain abt gdex but I am fed up with this gdex, each time with gdex each time I will get stressed up, I won't go for gdex but problem is peoples still go for it just wonder why?

GDex / GD Express unethical behaviour (sexual assault) by deliveryman

On the 27th of December 2017, around 4 pm Malaysia time, I signed for a package (package number MPDS-[protected]-6064, order number [protected], barcode [protected]) delivered to my house (15 Jalan BU 6/6, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor) on behalf of my father who was not at home at the time of the incident.

I opened the gate to receive the package, usually other delivery persons would stay outside the house compounds, but today the deliveryman let himself up to the front door. While signing on the clipboard, he purposely grazed his hand on mine. After that, he intentionally flicked my right breast, right before taking the clipboard from me.

I am disgusted by his slimy and unacceptable behaviour. I don't know what kind of people you hire but I expect swift disciplinary action to be taken upon this man. Keep a close eye on him, I am sure this is not the first time he has dared to sexually assault seemingly helpless customers. I'd like to receive some indication of action upon your deliveryman. GDex / GD Express parcel not received when sent out from now already 2 week

So terrible about you service, my parcel from 14/12/2017 until today 27/12/2017 still not receive yet!

I start call on 21/12/2017 cs name: kamatha she say will call back,
until today still no feeback.

22/12/2017 the status still the same, my parcel still at you jb branch.

26/12/2017 I call again cs name: haikan say the parcel still pending, she say will call ms sandy (this case pic person) to call me back, from yesterday until now I still not receive her call,
the inportant thing is my parcel still at jb!

27/12/2017 I call again cs name: hanani say will settle it,

may I know how long I still need to wait...
I need my parcel urgent...
