I would like to complaint about your courier service. I've received a call from you staff saying that gdex does not cover delivery to my address and request me to wait them at one place to take my stuff. Who want to pay my petrol? Why I choose to deliver to my house/choose courier service if I willing to do self collection? Where is your staff manners? They did not answer or talk to me politely.. They even demand me to give different address to be deliver but still not confirm..! Your are one of the service provider in malaysia.. I would be prefer to choose others provider if this is your attitude.. This is not my 1st time buying stuff thru your courier. I received my parcel on time and does not facing this issues previously.. If you guys does not cover my address, why did you accept this parcel at your point of sales? Where is your common sense?
Your call center does not answer call.. I need to call them 4 times, then only she answer my call.. She could not did not able to provide my with full details, and she promise me to call back once able to check the details.. Been waiting and nobody call me.. Do not promise call back if you are not sure!

I would like to file complaints regarding gdex services and package:
1) When i received my package, the packaging is already opened like its being cut open using scissors. Luckily my camera is not lost but im not sure if some accessories of it is taken.
2) The package arrived in sungai petani on 25th November but i received it on 30th November. I dont understand why it is being sent out so late. it took 5 days to sent it out? I thought it is an express delivery then why do you take so long when its already arrived in sungai petani on 25th November.
I am so pissed off for the service. open packaged and late sent out. can you carely explain why this kind of services happen, how can you overcome it? its very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Saya terima call daripada gdex delivery man yang bernama ASHRAF dari CAWANGAN KLANG. dia tanya saya pukul berapa saya ada dirumah. tetapi bila saya bagitahu waktu saya ada dirumah dia pula tidak dapat hantar pada masa tersebut lalu membebel dia perlu hantar banyak barang sebab lazada tengah buat sale sekarang ni. Apakah kaitan lazada buat sale dengan penghantaran barang saya?siap cakap pada saya 'rajin betul korang beli barang lazada'. Maaf ya, untuk mengetahuan, barang yang saya beli itu bukan dari lazada. Bagi saya kalau En.Ashraf marah atau tidak suka buat kerja penghantaran barang kerana terpaksa menghantar banyak barang dan deal dengan client, en.Ashraf harus tukar profession lain.
Harap pihak Gdex monitor tingkah laku dan layanan staff terhadap client.

They gave me the reason as they help previous customer to move the item and end up break something in the customer house.
But yet i feel unsatisfied with this delivery due to the attitude of them when they rejected my request.

Good day, for your information gdex courier services is the most poor services among others i've tried before. There has been sooo many complaint all over the internet but i dont see any remedies at all. My experience with gdex twice is enough in a month. They dont deliver my parcel due to reason it is big to be fitted into the van while its just a baby rocker. I have to call them and pick the parcel myself at the centre. The second time is during when i was at home all day long anticipating the parcel but no one came. When i checked the status turns out it is undelivered due to sorry card where in fact i never receive any card at all nor do i heard the gdex van coming to my house. Being late is one thing but deceiving and bluffing your customer is another thing. It tooks longer for the parcel to arrive when it should have arrive sooner . All of these are totally absurd. Please do something. I had never encountered such a bad courier service as yours. Definitely very dissappointing with tonnes of comments all over the internet yet no improvement had been done. I am done with you gdex.

That guy said waiting me at gound floor, after that I straight go down but can't find them. Finally I found them at guard house there. I ask them why no drive in, they said waiting me too long then they go out. Don't [censor], after receive the call I straight go down and you said u waiting so long time? I paid RM28.5 for this kind of service. The most important thing is my package was very big and heavy, I had to carry so long distance.

No second delivery attempt were made.
Problem is on the day they issued the Sorry Card there are people at home at that hour of time. Would like to complaint the ignorance of the delivery man and services by not even making a second delivery attempt.

I've been waiting my parcel to arrive until just now an unknown number called me and told that gdex has wrongly sent a parcel to his house with my name and address. Its a camera & very valuable. Why didn't you check the address before delivering the item? Luckily the stranger is honest and gave me a call regarding my parcel. How come you did not check the address? I have the same problem here and I'm still waiting for them to resolve it. My address is not even complicated and GDEX still managed to deliver to a wrong house?
Unfortunately, whoever my parcel was wrongly delivered to is not as honest as yours. I only found out when i checked the status of the delivery. It will be so messed up if GDEX attempts to collect half-used products and expects me to accept them.
A very silly and unacceptable mistake. Like you said, why can't GDEX check the address before dropping off the item?
And let's not even bring up the customer service part. I lost count of how many times i tried calling before someone finally picked up my call.

Hi Gdex Management.. one of your staff from Bahau branch was so rude when attending to my call regarding tracking the parcel.. She never let me finish talk before she put down the call.. And theres no one from delivery guy that update me regarding the delivery status which make me waited at home for whole day by cancelling all my plan.. unable to receive my parcel on time
Today I was self collected my parcel from the branch. But the ironic part was they locked my parcel inside the security box, and they unable to open it this morning! They didn't try to resolve the problem after complain made. The worker not sure when could I get my parcel as well and it is urgent as well! I suggested that you can change ur management as ur management it's not capable!
false promise / half-assed service / manipulating / zero discipline
I thought I was the only one had encounter this but as other people complaining on lazada and what also happen to my other siblings I feel obliged to get these words out. First, I don't know how you manage your company but it's like there are no rules and deadlines in your management, like the courier and the office has no interaction at all. I once had to call the office to confirm where my item to know the whereabouts because there was no tracking number and then the office asked me for the number... Wtf. You don't even know where the hell the item you were supposed to deliver?! I called the office many times to tell them make sure they re-confirm to their delivery guy to deliver my item. I don't mind if you not delivering it to my doorstep but the delivery guy should call me to tell me he's at the place where we agreed to meet to deliver my item but no response whatsoever. I would be happy if they return my item to original store rather they took it for personal use. I don't want to bring lawsuit to this but if you want to make me happy; fire those guys at the office and delivery guy, that would do.

Today i received call from your worker that deliver my product. i told your worker that i am at office, and not available to received the product first. So i ask your worker to leave the item at my guard condo because at my condo every tower got guard, but your worker dont want, so i ask him to delivered next time but your worker such a lazy person keep telling me that he cant come delivery next time .
Your worker as me to take myself at gdex branch bt as i know you all provide second delivery to customer. You lazy worker keep say dont want come next time. And said to me if he come next time and im not at home he also lazy to delivered many time. Your service is to deliver item to customer, if your service is like that better ask your worker to stop work and no need work as posman.
Last time this worker same person also ask me come to my condo lobby, and as me go take from him my item, and i just follow what he said and go collect at lobby . why GDEX not provide service door to door servive anymore or your worker is lazy person? Other service delivery like pos laju always curieer my item door to door service and why gdex worker so lazy and rude? keep telling customer to picku up at branch and dont want delivered second time?
Please be consent tht customer not all time at house wait your service to delievery to our house 24 hours . Customer also need go work not wait you all at house to come delivery item.
Please next time dont ask this kind of posmen to serve customer anymore.

the parcel cannot be sent to home
I has been called to collect my parcel at the gdex office bentong branch when it arrive as the gdex said that my address cant be reachable. Its never happen during the previous parcels I ordered and delivered by gdex. Then, when I called gdex at bentong branch they said that it cannot be send to my home and get a little argue as this problem has never occur before. But, some staff has answered me in not appropriate manner when I collect my parcel at gdex office make me a little bit offended.

Gdex skudai, Johor Bahru. Actually service Gdex memang teruk sangat dari dulu lagi. Pekerja yang sangat kurang ajar, tiada adab dengan orang tua dan tidak berperikemanusian. Barang dari Lazada dihantar ke rumah dan hanya ibu saya yang tinggal. Ibu saya sedang sakit dan tidak mampu untuk berjalan. Pekerja tu tanya "betul ke ni rumah ..." dan ibu saya menjawab "ye betul". Dari pintu rumah ibu saya meminta tolong pekerja Gdex untuk masuk ke dalam pagar rumah dan meletakkan barang tersebut tetapi dengan diam seribu bahasa pekerja berkenaan terus menampal notis di pagar rumah mengatakan "penghuni tiada di rumah dan ambil barang di kaunter" lalu beredar begitu sahaja. Sangat biadap!
Kalau Poslaju boleh buat dengan penuh adab dan berbudi bahasa kenapa tidak Gdex? Kalau malas sangat tak payah kerja.

I bought my important stuff from lazada and it mentioned it the email that I will prolly receive the item within 28 sep - 02 oct, 2017 but I haven't received that item until now (10/8/2017). My order number is # [protected] which has been placed on wednesday september 27, 2017. What is the problem and why your stuff cannot deliver my stuff according to the schedule. I more thing I notice about gdex driver, they always ask to buyer/customer to go out to their place to get the item whereas in the advertisement it did mention that will get at the front door.

Called before going to pickup. Told them to get ready before 3. But i have to wait at the agent centre for 10minutes to wait for her to find my parcel. Then she complaint to me that the shipper got a lot of parcel so she hardly can find my parcel. Before go and look my parcel she still got time to chat with other colleagues.
