At around 1230pm-100pm on December 4. I went to the Globe Store branch located at the District in Imus. So I did my usual routine when I make a payment there. This is by getting a number and waiting for my number to appear on the counter. Once it showed up then I will go to the cashier to pay my dues and inquire. At the onset the employee whos working for Globe was not polite and had this poker face. So I did not mind it at first. After a few minutes when I asked what was my hidden charges. She then lectured in a discourteous manner. She said, " Walang hidden ano ba yung sinasabi nyo?" I was offended and humiliated because of her offensive tone. I then told her, " Ms. hindi ko nga alam yun eh magpapaturo nga ko. Imbis na ituro mo sakin ng mabuti. Tinataasan mo pa ko ng boses. She then said in a demeaning manner and tone that she has no obligation to apologize. This is what she said in verbatim, " hindi ako hihingi ng pasensya kadi nga pina paliwanag ko sayo. She was raising her voice at that time. The woman in the cashier at that time was rude and very discourteous. Then at the latter part of altercation. I asked whos your manager . Surprisingly the manager was just almost beside her. The manager didnt even apologize. And took the side of her subordinate. The manager said to me that her subordinate is correct on what shes telling me at that time. She just brushed off the rudeness and disrespect of her subordinate to yours truly. And also to avoid further confrontation without fixing the issue right there and then. The manager just said it will not happen again. Due to her reply i regretfully told them that if I am one of the Zobels you will not treat me that way.
Please I am seeking for your assistance on this matter. I have been in the customer service industry for more than 12 years. And I know globe do value their customers . In terms of giving them the best customer experience as possible. I am just really disappointed on what happened. And I have been a loyal customer of your company for more than 10 years. And this is how you treat a middle class customer. Please resolve this issue. Unfortunately i was not able to get their names because i was fuming at that moment.
Hope you could investigate on this incident and reprimand those employees. If they need to be managed out its up to your decision. I just cannot toleratevthese incidents because this may happen again to another customer.
