I have complained many times to management about the Gold's app issue. Other members and instructors have also voiced their concerns about classes not being updated on the Gold's Gym app for the TX-SAN ANTONIO 78THWALZEM Texas location. I just had my last conversation with Gold's fitness manager Chris Dupont yesterday and he mentioned to me that he has reached out to Corporate several times for support and has not received needed assistance. It is very frustrating for m, e being that I select Gold's Gym as my exercise facility and am paying a good amount of money for my membership for my whole family. The app needs to be updated so that I don't waste my time driving to a location just to realize that the class is not being held when I could have gone to another location. This inconvenience is totally unacceptable and needs to be rectified!

I went into my Golds Gym (teterboro nj) to cancel my gym membership but was unable to. I am moving with my mother and they needed something with my name on it for the new address which I don't have anything associated with it just yet. The women bathroom needs to be closed and completely cleaned with Clorox it has mold growing in all showers everything is nasty should close it very unhealthy I have photos of bathroom stalls they hardly ever clean them at least not daily very unhealthy if you look at the remarks with this gym you see a lot of bad post in reference to the ladies locker room

I enquired to the employee stating since I am on work to Thailand I will be starting my workout when I am back to my place Mysore.The employee name Rajesh who is the in charge of registering membership in Mysore branch, India replied me saying your membership starts as soon as you start working out . So I had came back to my place Mysore . I had to start my work out in gym since i had taken membership . Then he called and suddenly Started saying your membership is closed . On enquiry he behaved very rudely with very bad and slang language and very rude behavior . I am not new to golden gym I have been using it since i am in USA, and many more places . Now in this branch there is huge cheating going on to customers . I have been really hurted by this authority. There is no Manager nor any head of authority to deal with this .very bad it is. I am writing a complaint for what happened to me in Golds gym branch which is in Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt
I had a free nutrition session which is belong to the package, and i bought 4 session the problem is the dr wanted to count the free session included the 4 session which i paid because i just said i want to start so she wrote a diet program then the free session converted to paid because of a paper! So where is the free session?
When I showed her I disagreed with this situation she started to change her intonation with me ..
when I or anyone goes to the gym why ? We want to do exercises and have fun, i didn't paid all this money to get a bad attitude and a bad intonation!
When i talked with the sales manager he was with her side and I was wrongfully.. so i asked him to turn the next 2 session to a credit puts in the personal trainer fees which i will upgrade my package after 2 weeks, he refused, and he started to raise his voice and I started to be angry with the low class instead of a professional attitude which I guessed from huge company like international gym golds gym, my sister took the phone and talked with him hr started to talk rudely with her and he said : I am respecting you I can don't respect you and he told her i will close the line on your face and he did ! His name is Morad Saleh and nutrition dr name is Malak.
After this bad experience I had seen that all they want to pay session nutrition or personal trainer all they want is money money money only, there is mo costumer care or any of this. It's really a bad image of golds gym international and its will affect your image.
What i asked is to have my memship money back and I am afraid that they well cut too much of my money please help me

My name is Ahmed Gamal I'm a member in Gold's gym Egypt since 2010 my membership number is 5085 katameya club branch, in Tuesday [protected] I was training in Gold's Nile branch, at 8:00pm I was in the aerobics studio talking with some friends after the Yoga class, then I found the kick boxing trainer Mohy Harb entered the studio and asked me with aggressive words to leave the studio if im not going to join his class, I told him that im leaving now, then he started to push me to go out, I told him not to touch me and to stop pushing me as it was neither a polite nor civilized way to talk, he repeated the same thing two or three times so I shouted at him to stop doing this, then suddenly he punched me directly in the face causing me to lose conscious for around 15 seconds, then I woke up to a memory loss for around 30 minuets heavy bleeding from teeth, I couldn't remember what happened or where am I, I couldn't find any manager in the gym to help me to get an ambulance or to take me to the hospital, Dr.Bolus the physiotherapist tried to check my vital signs, two ladies members took me to the hospital to find out the I have the followings:

after this i went to the police station to issue a ticket against the trainer just to find out that he went to the police station after he punched me to issue a ticket that I have punched him!
the next day i went again to the hospital to complete the medical checks and he came to me there asking for forgiveness but i refused to talk to him,

spin cycle class equipment west lake
The spin cycle bikes at west lake Austin are horrible. Dan is a great instructor but I do not attend his classes and drive further to bee caves to use the new bikes.
At the classes at west lake the class fill up because there are so few working bikes.
I also go to other locations in Austin because you replaced the bikes there as well.
I have been a loyal attendee to Dans classes but cannot do to the random issues with the bikes.

As many locations should be 24 hours I would feel more comfortable if you had a few more attentive people working at the front desk I reported a man following me around the largo location and the reported to the man at front desk. He did nothing as the man continued to make me so uncomfortable I didn't shower at the gym and he followed me to my car! I haven't returned to this location since! I was very scared and upset that I'm not sure if he didn't want to do anything about it or couldn't either way the women only section isn't a large enough space to work out and I deserve to feel comfortable at the gym as all women should harassment at the gym is something no one should ever have to deal with

Hi, I was the member of Gold's Gym in Santa Ana, CA, from 2015.I cancelled my membership but they charge me after. I closed my credit cart they put a collection on my credit report, when I went there and asked they told me if I want to get ride of this collection I have to resigned for membership. I was student on that time and my student loan was denied because of this collection report, so I had to resigned again.On February 2016, I cancelled my membership again, and I have proof for that from Gold's Gym, but I still being charge every months for membership. The last charge was on Feb 2018 .I contacted to the gym more than 20 times and asked them to stop charging me. They say ok and apologize for that and again charge me for next month.
I think their lack of transparency is very telling. You can’t even reach corporate by phone.

I tried going to the Gold's gym Crossroads loaction today and I was rejected by your front office attendant. My husband signed up with Gold's Gym at the Quarry location where he received some day passes. I wanted to visit the Crossroads location though. My sister was at the Crossroads location today where I wanted to go. So I got ready extremely happy that I was going to be able to work out. So when I got to your gym and tried to use a day pass that had the Quarry address on it and was rudely asked "Well have you ever even visited a Gold's Gym?" I replied "Yes. My job also has a program with Gold's that I can get my membership free through them. I have already contacted my HR department and am waiting for the paperwork to go through. "
Your attendant said "well I am sorry but this will not work here." He didn't even offer me an optional day pass. It was as if I was trying to sneak in to a private country club.
From my understanding when you aquire a Golds membership you can go to any location. Now I do not have that membership yet, but would like to go to the gym to try it out. This older gentlemen with slighlty gray hair on the heavier side made me feel terrible. All I wanted to do was work out but I left your location feeling hurt, rejected, and emotionally distraught.
My sister who was at the gym and invited me to meet her there said she also had an interaction with him that left her on the fence about the Crossroads location also. I believe this guys name is Freddy. He leaves a terrible impression and this is not the type of attitude I want to encounter when I am going to try and better my health. I hope in the future when I finally aquire my membership I find better customer service such as Justin at the Quarry location who instantly made me feel welcome and elated to be a Gold's Gym member.

I was join gold's gym in Hyderabad madhapur branch which was recently opened, in their trainers doesn't have minium knowledge all are fake trainers and sucking money from the clients I lost a huge amount with 0% result and trainers are rude with clients and behavior is not good so that I decided to quit the gold this will impact on gold's gym reputation and they are give fake supplement to the clients and taking huge amount
Please don't give franchise to every one Pls check and confirm once hope in future nobody can suffer like me. And also Pls make it as personalised gym with quality certified trainers
gym closing due to weather
This is the second time in 2 weeks that the Whitehall Golds Gym has closed early, apparently due to weather. Earlier in the day we had a small dusting of snow. The streets have been cleared since 11am. It is now 4:45pm and there isn't even anything on the ground. There is no snow storm coming our way. They see a snowflake and close. This gym finds any reason to close earlier. Why even pay for a membership? Like I said before they close for every stupid reason. #fedup

I was recently let go from my employment with Golds gym Brownsville on 12/30/2017. What i most enjoyed about working there were the kids. Unfortunately Golds does not have a good human resources and your complains go unresolved. Golds gym Brownsville has gone through so many new employees; managers, fitness consultant, kids club associates and more. When new management came on board we thought things would get better however several of the past complains where never resolved. When the past operational manager was still working, kids club employees would complain and nothing ever happened. I truly believe i was treated unfairly and when i was let go they gave me the excuse that since i had been late for more than two occasions and i had a brand new job i needed to focus more on my career job. Management nevertheless in a past occasion agreed that he would work with my other job schedule but never did. Before i was let go i reviewed all my punches and i had only been late two times. If you were to review senior staff punches you can see that they were late when ever they wished. In kids club whenever employee Stephanie or Patricia were late they never received disciplinary action; or i have to stay no one ever reviewed the punches unless kids club was not opened on time. They would cover for each other and it was like nothing happened. When i was late for those two occasions Stephanie complained to management about how i was not complying to schedules. Before management talked to me Stephanie had send me a text that Manager Osvaldo and Operational manager needed to talk to me however on 12/21/2017 they called me to their office and thats when i was advised that it was time for me to part ways with Golds. I was deeply saddened and with tears in my eyes i knew i would be let go. I then informed them that i would rather give my two weeks notice. Yet they didn't even give me enough time to complete my two weeks notice due to management stating that December 30th was my last day. I refused submit my two week notice for this reason. When a two weeks notice is given employers have to respect the time frame of when they receive the letter. Management never reminded me if i had already submitted my two weeks letter.
Kids club was enjoyable when i was around the kids but not when kids club associate worked. First of all she had been designated as a team leader for kids club yet her attitude was not of a leader. She is very confrontational and does not give talk to you unless she needs to. When i would complain against her the next time that i worked with her she would confront me in a very rude manner. If text messages need to be provided i can do so. It was a very hostile environment when i and other two current employees work there. A previous associate quit because she was also treated unfairly. Stephanie would not work with her schedule. She would schedule her times that would conflict with her other job. For example every Sunday she was scheduled to work at her other job from 8-4 and she would schedule her to work at 4. When i worked with this employee i switched her shifts and picked up shifts that would conflict her work schedule. I wonder why has never been given a disciplinary action. It seems like she is non fire-able and everything is on her favor. While i was working there she pretended that she was hire than management and whatever we complained never mattered. A day before management talk to me another associates reported to me that one day she came in to kids club and left her kids club while she went shopping to Old Navy. Stephanie told her friend Patricia that she would be right back for them due to her having to buy Christmas presents. During the meeting i told management and nothing ever happened. For me this is a liability and reason to get fired. Stephanie has also let employees inside the kids club when they are not supposed to. These friends of her have also been sneaked into the gym by her. They would come to the gym and she would walk by their side until she left them pass the front desk. Another thing she would do was take advantage of the schedule. She would give herself her and her friends the schedules that she want. Sometimes her and her friend Patricia or other past employees where scheduled to be off and when someone called in they didnt want to pick up a shift. In one occasion when employee Aimee quit we were missing another girl to cover. However she didnt want to work because she had a personal problem. However they would put snaps on their stories. On this occassion she didnt want to cover because she was at the beach when Staphanie requested a week off. Stephanie also didn't want to work with your schedule and scheduled me and another employee to work Sunday. We brought up complains against her and she never scheduled herself to work a Sunday. It was always the same people working Sundays. Her excuse was that she had family time on Sundays. We even had a meeting that everyone would work a Sunday included her but it was only implemented for two or three weeks. She would not schedule her friends either because that was their hangout day as per snaps that were shown on her relative that currently works at golds. Schedule neveretheless where done for her and her friends advantage. I also have to say that employee Angelica one time told Stephanie that she couldnt work because of medical reason but in reality she wanted to stay home with her dogs the day that snowed in Brownsville. I strongly hope that you take in consideration my words and help those who are not treated fairly at this time at Golds. Kids club needs a leader that is encouraging and not confrontational and does not set a good example. I would also recomend for your employees not be on their phones the majority of the time. Stephanie, Patricia and Angelica are on the phones most of their shifts. If further information is needed you can contact me at [protected]. Gold's gym Austin Texas location is not a safe and secure place to exercise. A bad, unethical employee Dylan James Bryant has been bringing highly unreliable and harmful people to this location. It is seriously warned and advised that you and your family avoid this location at all costs. You wouldn't know what fate it will bring to you. Due to sensitivity of the matter and protection of the existing victims, we can't go into details but just know there are dangerous people frequenting this place. They could be the most deceitfully nice person you will meet and not necessarily male.
Get rid of this [censor] employee and improve the quality of people coming to your Gym to protect other customers' safety and security. Otherwise these bad people will end up costing you more reputation loss.

My name is Meena Menon. I am currently living in Newark- CA and is a citizen of USA. I had been to Kochi-Kerala-India where there is a fitness center" Gold Gym" This comes under your Gold Gym International, Inc. The address of the Gym in India has been attached as a picture in the folder.
I visited Kochi-Kerala- India in the month of April 2017 for a vacation. I paid the membership fees for three months to the Gold Gym. I used the gym only for a month ( April-May 2017). I had to cut short my vacation and come back to California soon for my job. My ticket info has been attached to the folder.
I began my unenviable task of cancelling the gym membership and informed the Gym Manager Ro[censored]a Sibi about my return to US. I asked her through email and also met her in person whether it was possible to cancel and return my Gym fees for the remaining two months( June-July 2107) Ro[censored]a refused to do this and did not oblige to refund back my money. I was very hurt the way the employees treated me.
Now in Jan 2018, I am going again to Kochi-Kerala-India for two months as part of my assignment. Please could you help me in using the Gym for two months ( Jan 2018-March 2018) as part of the remaining two month Gym membership fees which was paid in April 2017. I do not want a refund of my remaining membership fees but must be possible to use the Gold Gym for two months.
I have attached the my Bank of America visa card statement where $ 224 has been charged on my card towards the Gold Gym in India.

I once again tried going to your gym in Dundalk, Baltimore Md, at a less busy time and sure enough the staff decided to close early. I was there at 820 and they close at 10pm. The website said your open and their Facebook says open. There was five cars out front with angry customers. Why is it Planet Fittness can stay open with snow flurries but your gym cannot? It's pathetic, get your stuff together and hire new staff that aren't to lazy to work.
