Google Unauthorized credit card charges

I do not check my statements as often as I should but I did today just to find so many unauthorized charges for GOOGLE*Word Find g.co/helppay# CA adding up to over $1,740 - I do play GOOGLE*Zynga Inc but NEVER Word Find. This timeframe is only from April 2022 to current but I'm sure there are several more and the costs are from .99 all the way up to $49.99. This is ridiculous and I'm sure that I am not the only person.

Desired outcome: How can I get these charges reversed

Google Avast software

*10/05/2022 Renewal charge to BofA Credit Card in he amount of $43.79. My current BofA credit card number was changed in June 2022, yet renewal of AVAST was charged to my newly issued credit card. ** Secondly, I installed a FREE version of AVAST in 2020 and was charged $1,99. In September 20, 2021, I was charged $26.27,which I somehow overlooked. ***This morning,10/06/22I have uninstalled Google AVAST Software via Third Party. I have also disputed the $43.79 charge on my BofA Credit Card. ****The audio automated directory on [protected] is so fast that I could not decipher the directions after three attempts. It is apparent that Google does not want to deal with Customer Service because the vast number of people that are dependent on your products. I shall be limiting my Google Exposure whenever I can do so.

Google I want google to find an alternate way to recover accounts or burn in hell.

One day my familiar device failed, (phone) so I bought a new phone, but it had been so long that I could not remember the password to google account. I went to account recovery. Not helpful. I tried every password I have ever used, nothing worked. I tried to get verification code, tried every email address I have ever owned. Nothing worked. Then I went on a hunt for a human that worked at google for help. After being on hold with google for over an hour the computer hung up on me, so I went back on the hunt. There is only one non-English-speaking person for google support. I apologize that I only speak English, but it is what it is. She took me through the same steps that the recovery page did even though I told her that none of it worked. She told me that even though google saves and tracks every second of everything you do online that since I was the one who put the information in that I should know the information. And yes, I should know it, but when you don't use that information because it is saved by google on your familiar device, you tend to forget that information. And you would think that Mighty Google would have a way of verifying your identity, hell my bank can do it over the phone, why can't mighty google? Because they suck! And now they have become so large that nobody can live without them. Well, I will find a way. I am deleting my account, and [censored] Youtube. I don't need it that bad. When all my information has been exported to a different account, I will not give google one [censored]ing dime of my money, and I will delete all google apps off my phone. One little nothing account isn't going to make a difference to google but google made me feel like nothing when they couldn't produce an alternate approach to recovery my account, and I lost photos of my father that I cannot replace because he's dead. I think I would have rather seen my house burn to the ground with those photos in it, than to think google is holding those images hostage, and refuses to help a google one customer.

Google Workspace licensing

In 2021 Google advised me that they were going to change my Workspace account from a Family to a Business account and that they were going to charge me +/-18 euros a month for the pleasure

I am a one man company, with a registered domain name, but the only thing I use the domain for is the 3 different email addresses that I have

2 of these are personal email addresses and the other one I use for my business email

At the beginning of this year (2022) I tried to contact Google to see if there was an alternative to their decision, however in order to qualify for support I had to sign up for Workspace, which I did

I did manage to speak to their support who were going to get back to me with an alternative, so on the same day as I had signed up for Workspace I also cancelled my license

This combination of signing up & cancelling on the same day obviously doesn't work, as the cancellation didn't happen, even though I did receive an email to say so

So even though I have never used any of the Workspace functions, I transferred my email to Microsoft within days of cancelling my Workspace, I have been charged for using Workspace and because I didn't know the initial cancelation had not worked, for a late cancelation charge

Desired outcome: I would like a refund

Google Google play gift card

On September 8 I bought 3 10$ gift card for a total of 30$ Google said they needed more information to unlock the card I send them all the pictures they were asking their answer was

Google Blogger

From 2009-11, I had a Blogger account. It includes my name and some personal photos. It has not been active since 2011. I would like to delete this blog. I have been unable to recover my former account and so cannot delete it myself. I submitted a request to Blogger to delete the blog (providing a copy of the requested government ID, despite having concerns about whether that would be handled securely), and I received an automated reply declining to to delete the blog. The reasons given were absurd (the I could not not be verified as the sole author, that there had been recent activity, or that the blog contained public interest content - none of which is correct).

I really want this blog removed and I don't know why Google is making it so difficult.

Google Email

I have emailed you time and time again to fix this issue I have mow been locked out of my email which I have subscriptions on I have now been locked out of everything now cause I can't access the email I'm now goin to be paying for things I can't get access to because you can't respond to fix the issue I don't work at the moment and can't afford to be paying double for subscriptions so thanks for being lazy and not fixing the issue when I tried to fix it months ago

Google Phone

On Aug 25, I ordered both a Samsung Galaxy A53G (with special $200 discount) and a SIM from Google Fi. On Sep 3, after receipt of these, I attempted to activate my new phone and transfer my number (603.501.9391) from Republic Cell to Google Fi. I was having difficulty, so I called the Google Fi rep, who also had difficulty with the transfer. The Google rep said that I should get a new number, which he assigned to me (914.426.7064) and I was able to activate Google Fi with this number. Now Google states that I am not entitled to my $200 discount unless I transfer my number, which I cannot do because my Republic Cell account has been closed. This does not seem fair, because I acted in good faith with Google and did subscribe to Google Fi, where my account is paid and active.

Google Lawn service

In January 2021 $309.00 was paid by credit card for prepayment of lawn fertilization. In April the second treatment was applied but we were still unhappy with the service. After 3 years of paying this company our lawn still had brown patches and we were ready to seek alternatives. I wrote that we wanted to cancel and I requested a refund, the first time in May of 2021. These requests went largely ignored until I called from a friends phone and it was answered. The reply from the owner was that he was sorry it had been so long, he was busy expanding his service in San Antonio but that he would verify the credit, (It sounded correct) and then handle the refund himself. This has not happened. David Bendele is a very personable guy and has an older parent, much like I had at the time, so I really hoped things would not come to me filing complaints. Unfortunately I must now warn others not to prepay for services from this company or accept this owners word because so far he has not been honest in this matter. He owes a credit of $261.26 which I no longer care if paid or not. I can afford to take this hit now that my mother who paid it has passed away. Perhaps others can not...

Google An unauthorized charge for Google Services

On 9/20/22 there is a Charge of $50.00 to my Discover Card for Google Services ADS6447311646

1600 Amphitheatre PKWY g.co/help pay 94043

This is what was on my Discover Card and I had made no purchases of

any kind on that date.

The Admin. office of Discover card emailed me and asked to me verify whether I had authorized this purchase and I responded No.

couple day later I see google send me this notice:

Google Google bigo

Google Bigo has been making direct deposit payments of $7.30 several times a day manhunt from Sept. 1st on up until today a total of 53 transactions this month alone. I placed a report in last month regarding these transactions and received no response. I contacted Google pay Services and they will not provide me any additional assistance and informed me that I would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours later I made a request a month ago and this could have been prevented. Several hundreds of dollars have been taken and yet I can only submit a report and and wait for a response.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded of all charges related to this app that I never initiated any services with

Google Gmail

I am trying access a gmail account I created but haven't used in a whilte and i entered my login credentials and was prompted to also enter a recovery email and wait for a code to enter to verify it's me which steps I followed

Then after this google required me to also enter a phone number

i will NOT accept the normalization of having TO SURRENDER MY PERSONAL INFORMATION for this extra security step. Entering the login credentials plus the code sent to my recovery email should be MORE THAN ENOUGH TO PROVE ITS ME

HOW DARE YOU DENY MY ACCESS TO MY OWN ACCOUNT AND DEMAND I SURRENDER ADDITIONAL PERSONAL INFORMATION TO YOUR COMPANY WHICH CLEARLY DOESNT FOLLOW IT'S OWN ADMONITION "DON'T BE EVIL"

Google Google nest

I'm a 10+ year Nest customer with 2 thermostat, 2 outdoor cameras and 2 smoke/CO monitors, and a Nest plan for video archiving. google forced me to switch to a google account. Since then my Nest cameras no long have a video history, make me sign into google every damn time I want to see one of the videos recorded during the night, then only take me to the current live camera view. There is no longer a video history line at the bottom of the camera video.

I have called multiple times about the camera/google issue but your customer "service" center is a complete joke. None of the reps have a damn clue how to address my issue and try to keep explaining to me how the system works. I ALREADY KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AFTER USING IT FOR 10+ YEARS. What I want to know is why IT IS NOT WORKING AS IT SHOULD. They are incapable of doing that. Half the time I have to ask them to repeat what they said because they can't speak english.

google has totally hosed up a very nice system/company that had a great product that now no longer works and can't provide tech support.

Desired outcome: I want to talk with A REAL NEST ENGINEER who can tell me what's going on and can fix my problem. I want to also know why I no longer have a video history on my account.

Google Google aviva sun

While preparing for my IRS tax returns, I reviewed my bank statement very carefully and came upon 24 charges for .99 and two charges for 3.99 on my debit card; these charges were from Google Aviva Sun. I have no idea what. Google Aviva Sun is, and I never authorized any such payment for this product which is foreign to me. These charges occurred over five days, from December 16, 2021, through December 20, 2021. I have purchased other Google products in the past without any problems and would like to be reimbursed for these charges which come to a total of 31.74. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This message sent to google: Hello, the recover email address k***@2s********.com IS NOT my account recovery address and OBVIOUSLY NOT a Gmail address. My account recovery address is g****@g****.com I have been hacked for years and have learned with the best anti-virus security apps, Norton 360 and McAfee, which I had paid subscriptions for both. Those apps and many others display message that my devices are safe and do not detect any viruses. I am not in the mood to tell you a long story because I understand it’s not Google’s fault. I will tell you this type of security breach has left me homeless for years. This message is sent by me, the owner of this account. I cannot access my other accounts associated with [protected]@gmail.com.

Signing in with my google account was fast and easy and I am not sure if I would continue sign into my accounts with google. There’s nothing I can do, I can’t get any help with this issue, I’ve tried.

Google Picture this plant identifier app

I have been using this app for a while now not realizing I was being charged $31.86 every 3 months. I called and spoke with someone back in June and was told it would be taken care of. It has not. I've uninstalled the app from my phone and would like to have this credited. I was under the impression it was a free app.

It is a great app and I'm very disappointed at the very high fee. It was originally free (or so I thought).

Google Sam's Club #4745

Sams Club #4745 stole $1,852.62 from me! In July 2021 I made a purchase on at Sams Club #4745 for a carton of cigarettes, when the clerk rang it up the amount was over $1,800. When I looked at the receipt I immediately returned (had not even left store) and the clerk assured me she would void it. She asked to ring up the cigarette again so I used a different card just to be sure my other card was not over the limit. The following month my daughter passed away from COVID, my family put my payments on auto pay since I was not capable of much due to her passing. The following month my mother and my granddaughter passed away. By June of 2022 I was doing better and was shocked to see the balance on my credit card. I pulled all the statements since my daughter passed and discovered Sams Club put $1,852.62 on my credit card. On July 1, 2022 I went to the Sams Club store #4745 on Grant Street in Thornton Colorado and showed them my credit card statement with the charge. They looked up my club card number and the purchase was not there, they checked other members on the same account and again did not find the purchase for $1,852.62. They took copies of my credit card statement and said they would need time to research it. To this day I have not gotten my money back.

Desired outcome: Sams Club #4745 needs to credit my credit card account $1,852.62. The Sams Club phone number is [protected] and my phone number is [protected]
