This is a big scam
This is a big scam. Read the reviews on Indiegogo. They scammed people out of their hard-earned money. As for me, it's been over 60 days since they shipped my product and 5 months since I bought it. And still no product. They lied numerous times with each customer service rep giving me 5 different stories as to "why" it hasn't shown up. I asked for a refund over and over again only to be replied to with another excuse and lie. I asked for a refund for a product that never made it to me literally over 30 times and yet no product or refund.
The discussion page on Indiegogo speaks for itself with literally 100's of people raging over the inferior product they received. 100's of people posting about the false advertising of false statics of the earbuds and the immediate breaking of the product within the first week. This company on ALL complaints refuse to refund their customers' money no matter how much they ask. Instead, they send a second pair which ends up being the same.
Their customer service is basically a robot response. They will continue to give you the runaround until you just give up. They are a scam.

I did and still no luck. I let them know but haven't heard back. Feels like they're dodging me so they don't have to give me my money back or send me a new one.

On October 20th and 21st, I got some emails from GravaStar with tracking numbers. They said that one package was being delivered by *** and another by UPS. But when I checked with both companies, they said that the tracking numbers were fake and that they had no record of any shipments to my address. Then, I got another email from GravaStar saying that my package had been delivered, but it hadn't. I'm still waiting for my speaker and feeling pretty frustrated.

But, after using it 3 times in the last 2 months, it stopped working. I saw this in Jan 2023 and tried to charge it, but no luck. So, I emailed the company on Jan 23. They replied once and asked if it turned on and for a video. I sent it on Jan 23, but they didn't say anything after that. I sent 3 more emails asking about it, but no response. Finally, on Jan 28 they said I had to pay $30 to get a return shipping label and a replacement. But, their site says they have a 12 month warranty on all products they sell directly and no mention of a $30 fee to return.
