My wife is anxious @dentists and an anxiety tablet helps. The office protocol as explained is to call in 1 day prior to procedure as done on 1st 2 appts. I called monday 1/29 and had a simple question to check if it had been called in. The reception/front desk admin blurted out the most obnoxious rude response that I must call pharmacy first and to not call their for help and refused to check my question swearing she heard it donelast friday. She then hung up and refused to answer phone when I called back. I called pharmacy and nothibg had been called in as I suspected. It turned out that it had not been done and was done today as previously. People can make a mistake and I am the first to admit that but the coarseness, terse, argumentative rudeness and swearing it was done when it was not but continuing to lie was bad. The lasty straw is an employee of a medical provider stating that I can not call theirt office to ask a simple question is unheard of and I will not tolerate that dismissiveness.
Desired outcome: FIRE THE EMPLOYEE AS I WOULDL HAVE DONE IN MY BUSINESS FOR 30 YEARS . TO MISTREAT AND DISMISS A CUSTOMER ESPECIALLY AT A MEDCIAL OFFICE IS A SIN AND CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE.
