H-E-B Very poor service

I placed a grocery order on January 17, 2021 to be delivered to my Parents in Seguin. There has been issues with their address in the online H.E.B. System which has caused MANY problems. Today, January 20, 2021 they finally received their order 45 minutes after the delivery person left the store. My Parents live on the same street that the H.E.B. Is located, a 6 minute drive. I have spoken to 12 or 13 people trying to work out the problem. Paige, at the home office said she would call the store manager to ask that a manager (not a third party delivery) Replace the cold items & deliver themselves. Most employees were nice but not helpful in any way. The last person I spoke with was MONIQUE. Kaliegh, in the Curbside department said she would have her Manager, Monique call me about the delivery. Monique called to tell me managers do not deliver groceries. She then proceeded to lecture me on the increase in Covid-19 cases in Seguin & the recent deaths in the area. I have no idea what that has to do with contactless delivery. Apparently only Favor can do contactless delivery. It is too dangerous for anyone else to deliver groceries to a porch in Seguin. She just wanted to brush me off by saying she will look into the address issue. I have already done that myself. The H.E.B. Google system is not updated/correct so it will not capture the correct address to direct the order to the proper store. Monique told me she was NOT a manager. I asked what her position was & she replied "I don't give out that information". I asked her for her last name & she replied " I don't give out that information". She spoke like she may be a teenager or a very young UNTRAINED employee.

My Parents are in their 70's My Mother has Alzheimer's & can't drive. My Dad is physically ill. I have been trying to work out all the kinks so they can get their prescriptions delivered. I am absolutely shocked & appalled by the lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE provided by H.E.B. I love H.E.B. It is the only large store I support. I convinced my die hard Walmart parents to support their local H.E.B. instead. H.E.B. is a complete disappointment. They need more competition.

Desired outcome: Fix the problem

H-E-B Rude Employee

I go to Magenta health care clinic on Rittiman Rd. After my visit I had a question with for the ladies working, one lady in particular was very rude, her name was Maryann. I felt be little by her response. My question was about how to go about applying at the clinic. Maryann responded in such that I took offense about . I walked out embarrassed even though I shouldn't have. Instead of encouraging and guiding me she knocked me down. Thank you for your time.

Heb Marble Falls does not feel they have any responsibility to enforce shoppers to wear masks. The store management claims is not a big issue as is typically less than 20% of shoppers without masks. I went to marbach location looking for briskets. I was looking for one between 8-10pounds. While going thru the briskets I found one that was about that size but was labeled 16 pounds. H-E-B Managers

The managers at heb very very seldom ever schedule a cashier with 2 days off in a row... The cashiers were given 4 disposable masks weeks ago and that's been the end of providing ppe for these frontline workers. They often do not have hand sanitizer or disinfectant to clean the belts... What is wrong with heb that they treat their employees with so little respect?

H-E-B What's the difference, bexar county jail or grocery shopping?

I never thought I would prefer Walmart over HEB but this is over the top. I went to the Guilbeau location a few minutes ago an there was tape all over the concrete walking srtface in front of the store. I was asked to get in line. There was a cop in a swat uniform with a dog next to the line. I couldnt grab a hand basket without wipes shoved towards me. Give me a break. HEB use to be my favorite shopping experience other than Costco. I sincerely hope the other stores are not like this? If so you have lost my business. Oh I had to get in line to leave the store.

H-E-B employee rudeness & lines too long

I wa in the East 42nd street store around 8:30 AM January 13th. The stockers were all over the place. They didn't care if they were in the way of the customer. There were 2 lanes open that were all the way down the aisles. The girl at the self check out was very rude. I will never step foot back into that store again. This is not the first time this has happened with the stockers. I don't know if they are employed by H-E-B or another company but they need to know the customer shouldn't have to dodge them

H-E-B unprofessional behaviour of employees

Disgusting shopping experience in this store! I have not met such unprofessional service! Workers disrespect customers! Awful shop! The worst store I've ever seen in America! Managers are unprofessional and they are discriminated customers!
I would not recommend this store to anyone, but in Texas, HEB has a monopoly and there is nowhere else to buy food.

H-E-B employee carelessness, aisles hard to navigate and lack of expected items.

I shop at the HEB (#60-/#657) on Jones Road several times a week. On 11/03/19, 1 was shopping and as usual aisles were crowded with restocking boxes and plastic containers. As I moved toward the end of an aisle, an employee with two large plastic units gave them a push and they hit my cart and then me. He said, "Oh I thought I'd miss you." There was no "I'm sorry or excuse me." I reported this to an employee., ut she didn't take my name. I wasn't hurt, but this was handled inappropriately.

The store continues to crowd the aisles with stocking materials. Could this be done at night? They also don't have the items that should be available such as the shredded chicken which I have had to ask for several times. The dairy isn't stocked with margarines or the HEB brand half and half and the ground meat often not available. Brands like Central Market Organic Flax Seed are t available.

The staff the you deal with working on the floor are very courteous, but those who seem to be in charge aren't as pleasant. I shopped at HEB for 12 years in San Antonio and now for 10 years in Houston. HEB has always been my store. I know this is a smaller HEB, but I think there could be better management.
