I purchased wowcher voucher WOW E8-2CK6C order [protected] which I redeemed for hello fresh box delivered on 13th September..I gadolinium bank details in order to choose meaks. I received box decided not for me, I am 71 pensioner but to ensure my bank details weren't used i cancelled via hello fresh site and received email confirmation(which I foolishly deleted..this was Wednesday evening I believe) I also received blurb email about reduced cost of next couple of orders which I skim read as I had cancelled. This I thought ended my relationship with hello fresh.
Then today Sunday I checked my bank account and see u have had £33.98 deducted from Hello fresh...I immediately contacted online chat to sort matter out. I am sure you can access this.. Your agent reiterated terms and conditions, couldn't find my cancellation though did recancel from today which I have had confirmed (again) ..the agent was unable to assist in two things I want ..cancellation of next box (which by had already cancelled and thus not chisr and refund of money
Desired outcome: Refund of unauthorised £33.98 and no delivery of box on 20 September which I have not ordered it in fact chosen
Same here. $300 worth of charges on a card used for free meal delivery charge only. Refused a refund.
