I placed an order on the 12 June 2017 of 3 blankets for R169 which is always advertised on tv. After placing an order I received a parcel number then received an sms saying I changed my address.
On the 15May 2017 I emailed my documents and also stated that I did not change my address and gave the my original delivery address.
On the 3 June 2017 I received an sms saying that I received the parcel and it was delivered to my neighbor.I immediately called home choice and the guy I spoke to said they delivered to Thabile my neighbor.I told the guy that I don't know a neighbor by Thabile and I did specify that the parcel must be delivered at my house, then the guy said they will investigate and get back to me of which they never did.I called in today which is the 27/06/2017 and was told that I need to send an affidavit disputing the order of which I was never informed when I first called in.n what pisses me off is that they will want me to pay for something I do not have .
Hi I paid cash for my blankets on first of June until today it hasnt been delivered and when ever i try contacting them im put on hold and they don't give me a reason why my blankets are still not delivered plz do something

On 25 April I bought blankets and pay them but its been more than ten days I have not yet received them..
I placed an order and sent my documents. same week I received an SMS saying my order they didn't reviece my bank statements. Today i recived an SMS of homechoice has deducted funds from my account. I want my money back or I will involve my lawyers.
Apparently I have an account with HC and I received delivery of some sort, signed for it. The address that they say they delivered to, I do not stay there, and I do not have an account with HC. Someone is busy with Identity theft. I asked HC to send me a copy of Delivery note, but they can't produce it. I haven't heard any feedback from them.
I placed an order for a Jordan set and a more expensive Sasha set was delivered! They know their return process is cumbersome and risky! And on top of that if you order 2 items at once they split the orders so they can charge you separately for account facilitation fees and delivery fees.
I order a bathroom set and sandwicher only receive a curtain im not satisfied
put my first order in 6 October - long delays bla bla bla phoned 100 of times bla bla bla, new order put in 3 nov phoned today the order have not yet even been dispatched bla blab bla,
worst company to deal with.
I ordered 2* buy 2 get 1 free Tropez gold sheer curtains which means I would get 6 curtains in all but I only received 4 of those, plus 3 pairs in white colour which means I should get 9 curtains but I only received 1. I'm so disappointed as this is not the first mistake to me done to me by homechoice
Have placed my order more than a week ago - a birthday present from me to me - its my birthday today and no present :(
Called customer care 6 times with absolutely no help!
Never again!

i want my homechoice account [protected] closed. this is my second request to have it closed but i have never received any confirmation.
In March received 2 sets of the Mira comforter sets. Both after a few nights of use has shown, poor quality of material. Hardly ever washed. Curtains sets all in good condition, just both comforters appears to have poor quality of material in the same are on both sets.
