I made a previous complaint about Intelcom Express delivery driver issue;. I spoke with a Customer Service Representation on January 7, 2022 requesting to speak to a Supervisor/Manager regarding the issue AND also about being told a Supervisor/Manager would be calling within 2 hours when I called January 7, 2022; the Supervisor should have called me by 12:00 pm (noon). The female Customer Service Representative ASSURED me that the call would happen! The female Customer Service Representive advised that no ticket appeared to have been sent regarding my first complaints. Since Intelcom Express chose not to call me, I did contact the vendor to advise of the poor service from Intelcom Express. A Supervisor from Amazon. ca, Jason, returned my call in a timely manner. He was advised of the confusing emails received by Intelcom Express regarding the delivery issue, not receiving a call back from anyone on January 7, 2022 as I was told would occur, that my request to speak with a Supervisor/Manager and was not followed up on. I expressed my displeasure with Intelcom Express. I informed Jason about all the time it has taken me to resolve these SERIOUS issues with Intelcom Express. While on the phone with Jason, he called the company so we could both be on the phone. He experienced the exact thing that happened with me; nobody answer neither of his 2 attempts. When I attempted to speak with someone after being hung up on by a Customer Service Representative, I tried for over 1 (one) hour! I requested Jason, an Amazon. ca Supervisor deal with my complaints and he is doing this.
Desired outcome: Personally, if I was the vendor, I would discontinue using Intelcom Express' service and resume hiring the previous Delivery Service Company who provided EXCELLENT service.
And once again today January 15, 2022, Intelcom Express driver left a package on my steps and we have no idea when the driver dropped off the package; last night, this morning? My spouse went out the door at 12:30 pm today and guess what? AGAIN a package left on the steps by Intelcom Express AND AGAIN no knock or use of the doorbell! The door is right there for crying out loud! I have no idea when this package was delivered! It could have been
damaged from the cold or stolen!
NOTE: I confirmed hey are suppose to knock to let people know something is at the door.

I feel like all these complaints about Intelcom could have been written by me. I have been hung up on twice by a company that estimated my package to be delivered by December 8th. It is now January 17th and after just speaking with someone who hung up on me, they told me delivery would be attempted on February 6th now. When I asked why, she didn't know. When I asked if I could pick it up, she said no. Their chat function online doesn't work either. Terrible service and I can only assume they have stolen my package as there is no other reason given for such a delay nor a reason for why I can't just pick it up myself from their warehouse.
I would suggest that you contact the vendor and let them know about this. That's what I had to do to get some kind of resolution of the ongoing terrible delivery process, terrible customer service, terrible access to communication with someone from the company, etc. When I was able to get through by calling each CSR I spoke with repeated the exact same thing about calling their warehouse, speaking to driver, follow up call to me within 24 hours, etc. I strongly suggest you call the vendor, ask to speak with a supervisor/leadership team rep, manager, someone higher than CSR because these matters are not something that CSR can deal with. If you happen to be referring to the same vendor I spoke of, then you will be another customer who is unsatisfied with Intelcom Express. ***

I agree, talking to a Supervisor helps. I have been trying to talk to a Supervisor for 30 days. The package I started on has been delivered. I have had similar issues with the subsequent deliveries - about five. It's insane. Very frustrating.
