I had this dress custom made so I would not have to deal with alterations. The dress is not made even close to the specifications I gave. The decretive lace that should fall below the collarbone comes halfway up my neck. The bodice appears to be sewn together in a hap hazard fashion. The sleeves seams were sewn directly to the bodice of the dress, making the chest of the dress fall above the bustline, and I cannot move my arms. I took my dress to be altered and she had to remove the sleeves. That left a whole area of the bodice without material. The seamstress had to re-create the sleeves and had to use some of that material from the sleeves to fill in the bodice where there was no material. The entire dress was not put together properly! The lining also hung lower than the scalloped edge. I understand that in the agreement that the dress cannot be returned. However, this was not close to fitting according to fitting properly. Therefore, this is not the dress I thought I was paying for. I am profoundly disappointed and demand a refund or at least have the money I spent to fix the dress refunded! as this dress does not even come close to the money I paid for it.
