Firstly the dress is not a good fit.
I am also unhappy with the quality and appearance of the dress which I do not feel is a good replication from the on line picture.
As I have explained in previous emails I had reservations about ordering on line when it was intended to be my wedding dress.
The bodice is how I expected it to be, but not the skirt with the netting over the fabric, I wanted a softer floaty skirt.
I enclose pictures of the item I made my purchase from and also the delivered goods and await further instruction from yourselves.

I ordered a dress on February 18 and received it on March 19, 2018. I ordered the dress exactly as it was pictured in their online catalog. The dress I received did not look like the dress in the picture. Not only was it a different color altogether but it did not fit properly at all. As described by another consumer with a similar issue the dress was baggie in places that it should've been fitted and it was too tight in places in which it should have been ample. I have now sent over eight emails back-and-forth to a post sales team member who continually strings me along and offers me a discount coupon and tells me that I can keep the dress. They have refused to provide me with a return authorization code and a return address. I do not want this dress! I have no intention of wearing this dress, and I want what I am entitled to which is a full refund given that the dress has not been worn and all the original tags are still on. I am beyond frustrated!
I have every intention of filing formal complaints against this company with whatever consumer agencies I can. This is completely unacceptable as a business practice.
My experience with this company has been terrible! First off me and 4 bridesmaids placed an order through them and followed exact guidelines. We ordered the sizes according to their specifications. Well the dresses all came 2 sizes too large, so I thought no problem we can exchange them, cause we didn’t pay for custom sizing. Well first they refused, but finally agreed. They had me pay to send them back to get a refund so I could turn around and purchase the right sizes. Well the package was returned to me cause it was a false address I guess, so I contacted them about it and they apologized giving me a new address to return them to. Well today I went to ship them back again, and the whole thread of conversation with the new return address just disappeared. I’m still waiting on a response from this company, but would never trust them for any occasion. After all we would’ve never ordered from them if we had known they were this dishonest.
The same thing is happening to me right now! I am in e-mail #6. I fully plan on turning this company into the better business bureau (looked them up and they have a 1.58 stars out of 5). I used to be an investigative reporter so I completely plan on contacting fellow colleagues so we can share with the world how horrible this company is! I paid Extra to have them make this dress with my custom measurements. They say they did but they did not. I even took it to a professional seamstress who measured the dress and compared it to the measurements I gave. They are completely off! I can't even wear the dress jjshouse sent me! It literally falls off my shoulders. Their suggestion? To take it to a tailor and get it taken in! What kind of business are they running? Consumer beware... STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM JJSHOUSE!

Unfortunately, not all orders are available to be returned.
In order to process a return, a product return request form must be properly filled out and submitted within a seven (7) days upon receipt.

I ordered a custom sized dress for my daughter's wedding on March 17 and it looks nothing like the picture you display on your site . Not only that but it is too big and too long and it was a special order. Can your people not read sizes that are submitted to you properly. As all of the dresses are hand sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the supplied measurements. To ensure the dress fits you perfectly, the taylors have reserved additional material within the seams to allow for minor modifications.
Customizing a dress does not allow for simple returns or exchanges, but does allow for these simple alterations for your particular body type. It is why it's recommended you immediately contact a taylor within your area. What may not appear as what you expected can be changed very easily through a few simple alterations.

This is the WORST experience I've ever had purchasing a dress. I ordered a dress and received something that was way too small. Silly me-- I decided to try again and reorder in a larger size but of course, the same thing happened again. The company is offering me a measly 10 percent refund (which is a joke) and I'm being cornered into keeping dresses that I can't do anything with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Not sure who to blame, but I received a wedding dress bigger than the one I ordered initially. Needless to say, I ordered the dress using their sizing charts and I am aware of my real size without any exaggerations or understatements.
There was nothing else to do. I needed to exchange it or to just ship it back because you know, a wedding dress should be worn just once, and why did I need the one that didn't even fit? I emailed them, they said they needed pictures of my dress and where exactly it didn't fit. I attached the photos and asked about the return procedure. However, my email was never answered.
I sent multiple requests, but nothing had changed. It's a reason for me to say that these people are scammers

I purchased a dress from JJ's House and realized the moment I put it on that it was not the design for me. Having limited time I contacted the company via email as per their return policy.
They insisted on a photo of me in the dress. It made me look heavier than I am and was not the right style. I needed to return it and possibly purchase a different style.
Since the issues were not "their fault" their words, they offered me a 20% off coupon for my NEXT PURCHASE and told me to use the dress for another occasion?
yeah, that's what they told me. How many companies do this? If I went to a store and tried on a dress and it was unflattering then I would return it to the rack. This is NOT POSSIBLE with this company

I included the dress I had hanging in my closet that I ended up using. It was a dress from Ross that was modified for the wedding. I didn't think I would look good in a mermaid style dress however, as you can see from the photos that is was a better choice. Had I been given a choice I would have exchanged for a different dress for a different occasion but THAT was not a choice given to me.

Buyers, beware. They don't accept returns and you will be left with the wrong items.
They do no returns and no refunds.
Even though they have very understandable policies on the website, anyone would get the point. But it's not written absolutely anywhere that the actual return is impossible in principle. I tried to return several items that didn't fit me and they had a cheap quality. I realized that I would be too embarrassed to wear them, I thought I would ship them back, at my expense, but ok. However, they refused to accept the items and send them to me.
Now I'm out of money with awful items...

This dress is not suitable for my wedding. It fits nowhere except for the length. My seamstress measured the dress waist and bust and re -checked my measurements and told me the waist was 2 inches smaller and the bust smaller. She said the shoulders were sticking at over an inch on each side and the sleeves we're puffy and short.
She said she'd have to dissemble the whole thing and wasn't sure what kind of seam she'd have left to work with after she took apart the Cumberband at the waist . She says she'd have to charge $150 and can't assure me of the outcome.
Your offer of 15 percent would hardly cover the cost of the alterations.
I think in all fairness you should take the dress back and remake it for a smaller person.
I assure you it was not made to fit me. I can buy a size 8 to fit perfectly off the rack. I do not have an odd shaped body as depicted in the pictures I sent.

I ordered a custom made dress from this company in July of 2017 for a cruise in August. When it arrived, the top portion of the dress was way too large. I could not keep the dress up on my shoulders even with tape. Due to the time constraint, I took the dress to a local seamstress to see if it could be altered. She looked at the measurements I provided JJ's House and concluded that the dress was made several inches too large and that it could not be altered without ruining the dress. The sleeves had intricate beading that she said would be ruined. She refused to touch it and said she would basically have to remake the whole dress costing me a lot of money. I tried another seamstress and got the same response. Neither would touch the dress. I notified JJ's House and sent an email with pictures as requested. I received a follow up email instructing me that they would be willing to give me a 15% refund to accommodate me taking the dress to a tailor to have it fixed. I asked if they even read my first email. If they did, they would know I already took it to two reputable samstresses with the same result. So I re-explained to them what both seamstresses said and that the dresses measurements in the bust were several inches off and reminded them I sent pictures to prove it was way too large. I got back a duplicate email of their first one offering me 15% off and telling me to take it to a tailor. I again emailed them stating that this was unsatisfactory as I could not get a local seamstress to fix the dress because they would ruin the sleeves trying to fix it. It only needed fixed due to their mistake because the measurements were more than an inch off. I then asked if anyone is actually reading my emails as they are not answering me and instead are sending me duplicate form emails. I have heard nothing but crickets from JJ's House ever since I sent that email. I have sent them several emails with no response. So now, I am out a lot of money and I am stuck with a worthless dress. At this point, their customer service is non-existent and I believe I was purposefully ignored with hopes I would just go away. Sorry about their luck. I may not be able to get a response or refund but I can make sure that others know about their shady business practices and poor customer service. I don't want anyone else to go through this especially as this site sells wedding gowns. BUYER BEWARE

My 18 year old daughter spent £90 of her own money (she's a full time uni student) on a bridesmaid dress that NEVER arrived. When she emailed to complain and ask for a refund she was told that she HAD received the dress and was then blocked from sending any further messages! I'm absolutely disgusted! This is the second time we have been stung in as many months as my mum bought her mother of the bride dress from the sister company of JJSHouse, if I had of known this I would never have let my daughter buy a dress from here!
My daughter deserves a full refund for the dress she didn't recieve. She's very upset as she starts uni quite a way from home on Monday and this has just taken the biscuit!
Never never will I ever let anyone I know order from here or your ister company again!

I ordered a dress that was twice my usual size (I'm an 8) and I ordered a 16 because bridesmaids dresses tend to run really small. I got the dress and it didn't fit at all. They asked me to send a picture of me not fitting in the dress and then refused to give me a refund and return it. They kept insisting that I take a discount and buy something else from them. Are they stupid? Why would I buy again from them? I have asked repeatedly for a full refund and they continue to try to give me a discount coupon. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.

1. The material (fabric) from which the dress is made is not what looks on the picture, we thought the dress was made of satin and for our great disappointment this is LYCRA - WHAT means -JERSEY
Which is suitable for the production of sportswear such as Fitness wedges or pants for cycling - DEFINITLY NOT FOR EVENING DRESS
2. In addition, the lining of the dress is improperly attached and stays twisted when my daughter puts it on.

I ordered three dresses for my son's wedding and weekend affairs.
They did not fit, in spite of measurements. The quality looked like the cheapest fabric (not chiffon and satin) as advertised, more similar to toilet paper. One of the dresses was the wrong color. I received a run-around and wasted hours sending emails back and forth with NO resolution other than offering me a coupon or possible a small refund which wouldn't even cover the postage I paid to return the items to China.

I bought a dress from JJsHouse website and it didn’t fit. When I contacted them and asked about replacement I was shocked to get “NO” as an answer. Their rep in the message said that their store didn’t provide refunds or replacements and suggested me to sell or donate the dress. I got angry mostly because of her nasty attitude and ridiculous recommendations. When I told her that I want to speak with someone from the management regarding her attitude she stopped replying.
Beware guys! If anything happens to your order you will not be able to get a refund, so I really don’t know if it’s really worth taking the risk. I would never recommend JJsHouse to anyone.

Unless your order fits and looks perfect, their customer service is ridiculous, offering no real help or compensation. After advice from the online support team, I ordered fabric swatches to choose a colour (in chiffon as I was told they do not make samples in the tulle, but it would be the closest colour match). When my 3 dresses arrived ($600), the colour was nothing like the samples. Very yellow and more mustardy than champagne. Next to my wedding dress, the colour (which was not what we ordered) looked horrible. I requested an exchange offering to order three new dresses. We ordered standard sizes, not customized, so this should not have been a problem. Their response was that due to my swatches not being the right material ( which was not my fault), I had not right to exchange or refund and all they could do was offer 10% my next order. What the hell am I supposed to do with that? As if I would order from a company so unreliable again. There is no way my bridesmaid dresses can wear those dresses! Two months out from my wedding and I have now had to by three more dresses from a more reliable service.

I have purchased a wedding dress from JJ's House online store and it was lovely, I really liked the dress, but there was a huge yellow stain on the bottom. I made a picture and sent it to JJ's House and asked for a replacement but they said that they were not able to help me.
They said that was not their responsibility and when they shipped the dress there was nothing wrong with it.
I tried to get rid of the stain myself but that was impossible. I tried all the possible ways and nothing worked! These people ruined my wedding! And I had to waste even more money on another dress. Horrible!
