Order# [protected]_JJ's House
Rec'd the new bridesmaid dress on 5/31/23 for my daughter which the color was not the same shown on the website along with the dress has been altered per my seamstress. I paid for a new dress and there was no note that the dress has been altered by JJ's House. I was not happy with the color and cannot return it since I have a wedding to attend on 6/17/23. JJ's House tried to offer me four coupon options which none of them I can use. When I bought the dress for my seamstress to alter on 6/6/23, she told me this was not a new dress which was a very shocking news to hear. I have been filing the complaint at JJ's House website and I am still getting the four coupon options which one of them was to pay 50% and keep the dress.
I do not like to have a dress sold to me as "New" when it has been altered and classified as "Second Hand dress" and the color was not bright green "Celadon" but I received the dress as dark green. These dress was to be worn for two weddings.
Desired outcome: I would like JJ's House is to pay for the full amount of the dress $152.96 since it cost me $210 to hire the seamstress to have the dress alteration for my daughter.
