Hi, my parcel has been on hold for out of business hour since 8/5 3.13pm, which is actually still in business hour. And now, 9/5 2.09pm, my parcel is still on hold. May I know when will my parcel be delivered?

My parcel had been hold at your station Beserah 302 since 29/4/2022. Firstly, there is no one call nor follow up it immediately when i placed my 1st complainant on 5/5/2022. Your customer service promised will deliver to me within 3 days. Secondly, your company making fake update that my office/shop were out of business hours. My place open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We didnt close on Public Holiday as well. Your company didnt proceed the deliver and create an excuse say my place were closed. This statement is alike the delay due to my own fault!

Items have been stuck at drop point for 5 days
One of my items reached the drop point since 2/5/22 and the other one reached at 4/5/22. It has been more than 5 days. Please fix this issue. Usually i don’t have any problems with jnt but this time the delivery is very slow with a lot of excuses as to why they are unable to make the delivery. Very disappointed honestly.

Parcel stuck at PEN GATEWAY, says outbound but no any movements and updates at all.
I have purchased an item from carousell, shipped out via J&T express. On 28 April 2022, it arrived to PEN GATEWAY and then it says Outbound, but no any movements and updates at all. It was 10 days now from the shipment date and I still did not receiving a parcel today. What the hell is going on with J&T express? I used to trust J&T express for a long time as a receiver and now they going down hill by doing this so slow?!
Please resolve this! Item I purchased was worth RM1000! Tracking number was [protected].

They didn't attempt for delivery but they said they did..
This is not 1st time this happening... They didn't attempt for delivery but always they said they did ... They don't even call .. but at the same time Im at my house there's nobody come for delivery... What the hell... Worst service ever...CDC 322 klebang (J&T) always doing this and when I call them they didn't attend the call ...I called more than 20 times ... Check their rating on google maps ... The comments can say who they are... I hope u guys will take action...

I have waiting too long. Almost 2 weeks need to waiting for my order. Please improve their services. Normally not like that but now their is very very bad services. Why? I was so frustrated with J&T express for delayed my delivery...sender send from Perlis on 25.04.2022 and already reach to my nearer centre of j& t, LDC 606 Sungai Pinang @Timur Laut on 26.04.2022 at 10.56am but until now I never received my delivery...please noted the content of delivery was included [protected]@mangoes that cannot lasting for too long..if the the fruits was rotten and damaged who will replace my cost..will j& t paid back
and bear the cost as much rm200...I feel really regret and frustrated with this kind of service offer by j&t...I paid the cost for faster, easier service as claimed slogan by j&t..but unfortunately it doesn't work.. Documents sent is ruined. Paper is folded in every directions. Was in an important contract. During sending my documents I also saw worker throwing user's boxes while the box was written fragile. I asked the worker and she replied, "kalau gak gitu lama mas".
Desired outcome: I wan to send the documents again but this time MUST arrive in a good condition. And it has to be 1 day delivery. I'm really disappointed, J&T should take people's boxes more careful.

Bad Customer Service
Do you see any carrier company customer service is as bad as this? I was trying to ask them why is my parcel stuck at outbound for for days. They even listed that from Selangor to Perak is about 3 working days and it is over.
When you try to call their so called hotline [protected], it never when through, always cannot be reach. I guess their service is lousy until anonymous of customer trying to reach. I called a thousand times to the hotline and still unreachable.
Next, if you trying to reach them by Facebook Messenger, it's even a nightmare. It is a bot which is replying you and will never get any assistance from their end. I tried and no single human is replying to me.
Furthermore, I tried to use the chat box in the official website, typed my message and wait for more than an hour and yet to receive any feedback from the customer service as well.
Not mentioning about email at all, because they will never reply you as well.
Why would this to be allowed in Malaysia? What happened to the company and having such low level customer service and able to survive even with the global level worst kind of service?
Desired outcome: I would like the customer service to rectify their service and respond it quickly to resolve the problem which is my parcel is yet to deliver to my customer (receiver) and it is stuck at the outbound for days. .
