Barangan saya dicuri oleh staff J&T 608 Simpang Ampat, Penang
Saya ada order satu bungkusan baju yang terdapat 8 helai baju yang kebanyakkannya adalah baju branded dan 3 daripadanya adalah free gift dari pihak seller. Seller telah memberikan bukti sebelum penghantaran sebelum menghantarkannya kepada saya dan keadaan parcel adalah keadaan baik dan penuh. Namun, setelah berminggu pihak j&t 608 simpang ampat menyimpan parcel saya di gudang mereka, parcel saya sampai dalam keadaan separuh bungkusan dan terdapat bekas koyakan yang ditape semula menggunakan tape j&t. 5 helai baju branded telah hilang dan saya hanya mendapat 3 helai baju free gift yang diberikan oleh seller. Sangatlah saya kecewa kerana baju tersebut bernilai puluhan ringgit setiap satu. Jadi, saya akan terus berusaha untuk mendapatkan semula hak saya sampailah ada keputusan yang memuaskan. So jangan ingat saya akan ignore je kalau you all tak reply for my complaint.

13-08-2021 - Saya mendapat telefon daripada pekerja JNT [protected]) yang bertanya apa barang yang saya order. Saya bagi tahu TV (Saya mempunyai rakaman perbualan tersebut). Kemudian dia whatapps imej kotak TV (mi LED TV 4S) yang katanya hanya satu TV saja yang ada di hubnya tapi tidak mempunyai tracking number. Kemudian saya meminta gambar penjual menghantar gambar kotak TV yang telah dihantar melalui perkhidmatan JNT pada 31-07-2021. Ternyata gambar berbeza dan saya beritahu pihak JNT bahawa imej kotak TV (mi LED TV 4S) bukan kepunyaan saya.

Persoalannya dimanakan barang saya dan mengapa dia disimpan terlalu lama di LDC PUCHONG 601 - PETALING.
Pihak JNT perlu bertanggungjawap atas segala kelewatan ini begitu juga dengan pihak shoppe.
Delivery Delay Problem
1. I AHMAD JAFNI BIN ABDUL GHANI, telephone number [protected] have sent a package at J&T Kenanga, Kuala Lumpur on 6 August 21. Tracking number is [protected].
2. My delivery address to the recipient named AISHAH at the address No.22, Jalan Hasta U-19/17, Pinggiran Sungai Buloh,
Section U-19, 40160 Shah Alam.
3. On 10 August 21, after making a tracking check, I found that the parcel movement did not reach the destination which is less than 50 km from the mailing center. My review found that the problem may have occurred due to an error with the recipient's postcode number. The postal code number sent is 40150 is incorrect. Therefore, I have contacted Customer Service through phone conversations and also through live chat. The report is made to change to the correct postcode which is 40160. The Customer Service Operator takes note and promises to make a report to the responsible party to ensure the delivery reaches the proper destination.
4. However, after 7 days of checking, I found that the parcel movement is still back and forth between the same drop point and transit center several times. I contacted Customer Service and also through live chat every day, to appeal and request that the parcel be expedited to the destination. Every time I contacted all the operators promised to solve my parcel delivery problem but everything just remained a promise. The problem was not even resolved so I had to try my luck by submitting a complaint via this email. I hope this email is read, investigated and this issue is resolved.
5. I am very disappointed with the service of J&T company. I feel that J&T underestimated this problem of mine because I am just a regular customer who has no direct value for J&T. I am very surprised how J&T manages deliveries. The distance to the destination is very close but it has taken 2 weeks for the parcel to still hover without going to the exact destination. What does J & T's responsibility to pay customers mean? J&T operators are all good at making promises but just can't help it.
6. Should I use the harshest language to allow J&T to try to solve my problem. Do I need to go viral and tarnish J & T's image in public then J&T will see my problem. Every time I called a customer service operator, I had to plead like asking for life but also like being a J&T toy.
7. Through this email is my last effort in good faith to apply and appeal to the J & T to be able to immediately resolve the problem of sending my parcel. I just hope J&T can deliver my shipment safely to the recipient as soon as possible.
8. J & T's delay and frivolous attitude in managing my delivery not only disappointed me and caused me great heartache and anger but also cost me hundreds of ringgit in compensation to my customers. My dignity and image were tarnished because customers thought I was cheating in terms of delivery.
9. I hereby request the attention and appropriate action from the management of J&T to immediately resolve my problem and not to trash my complaints and appeals. Please check the travel diagram of my shipment through J&T tracking for J&T reference.

Very unhappy with the service. The parcel stuck in Klang hub for more than 5 days. Everyday shows the status in transit. Other branches of j&t is fast, only the pj603 klang jaya branch is super slow.
ldc puchong 601: delivery attempt was unsuccessful
Hi, LDC Puchong 601 have a delivery issue. It took more than 2 days to deliver. Unlike other J&T branches, I can get it within 24 hours or in 2 days. I have attached LDC Puchong 601 and other branches for your reference.
Also, the reason the delivery attempt was unsuccessful is because of a natural disaster? It's not even raining here.

It has been more than a week and there is no update on this item I paid this via shopee pay. I keep looking at the tracking in shopee app as well as J&T site and it has never moved ever since August 10. My other packages that were either bought on the same day as this or even later has already arrived.
