Parcel tracking no. [protected] stuck at J&T LDC 603 on 31 July 2021 and till to-date NO delivery to my house until now., 21 Aug 2021. Kindly check the status on this parcel urgently or else i will demand claim compensation on the missing item double the purchase price. I have been contacting the J&T personnel and no one pickup the call and even when to the warehouse, the admin said do not know whereabout the item. This shows your unreliable services and weak communication. Please response to my number asap at [protected] / [protected].

Last update in shopee shows that the parcel has departed from station j bki501 and the parcel is from semenanjung to ranau sabah but till today still no update on shopee and I could not contact any of the jnt courier.. Please fix this as soon as possible! I don't even received any message or whatsapp from jnt ranau sabah.. Please do something now!

Complaint my parcel is locked and not yet received.
[protected] this is my tracking number. I am completely disappointed towards your service. My parcel was shipped from Melaka last Wednesday (18/8/2021) and to my surprised the parcel was sent to Larut Matang instead to Chemor. I did call and spoke to your customer service, but the reply is not so convincing. Do check this in your system. My question is now, if you guys have a huge number of undelivered parcels in Chemor and you people are out of man power, why in the first place you still taking in new parcels. You should have locked or just closed down that particular place as you guys cannot deliver it on time. We would have taken our parcel to other courier service. It shows that you guys are so unprofessional and created a great mess here. I hope you will take this matter seriously and rectify your mistake and deliver my parcel as soon as possible because it's regarding my academic as my exam is around the corner. Do send message or call me asap. And don't give a lame reason that it's all happens because of PKP.
I don't have to say thank you because you guys put me in a huge trouble.

Kota permai bukit mertajam overall service is terrible
My delivery tracking number MY215033548230W item reached J&T Kota Permai 14/8/2021, and system updated item delivered at 19/8/2021. And I called customer service, told me that need to self collect! Self collect during this pandemic situation!
Never mind! And when I attempt to self collect, J&T Kota Permai still let me wait from 15:17 till now 15:58!
What kind of service is this? Don't commit when you fail to delivery. Making people life miserable!

This is my first time sending high value in liquid items which damaged by your freight service. As a customer, we might not aware of any notes which display in the shop. It is the responsibility for a front desk to advise customers the correct ways when packaging liquid items. I'm very regretful that your services are not being provided with contracted quality.
Resolution: Refund for the damaged items !

I am truly understand that you're having huge volume of delivery to be settled everyday.
But can don't simply drop off the parcel at the mall information counter because the address is only at ground floor.
We paid your service to deliver to doorstep.

I was supposedly to received my parcel by yesterday 20th August 2021 and product was bought on 16th August 2021. However, until today 21 August 2021, the parcel is still stuck at J&T CDC Subang Jaya 312. When I checked the tracking information, due to "Bad weather" delivery can't be sent to my place. If everyday were to rain, so does that means I will have to wait until there is no rain to receive my parcel? Bad service, even DHL can delivery on rainy days.

Parcel sent on 13-08-2021 (Penang to Petaling Jaya KL) until 20-08-2021 after many chasing only managed to receive late evening.
After obtained rider's contact from J&T office, after calling, the rider only aware he sent to wrong address letter box and for two days I contacted several times, he gave excuses unable to get back the parcel because the house no people/raining. After called up to J&T Petaling KL branch eventually received on 20/8/2021 late evening. Luckily I chased after the parcel or else it will be lost.
FYI most of the time goods we ordered from Shopee, the rider did not contact receive person, just left the parcel at gate (in case raining?) / just drop in letter box.

My parcel lost at j&t jalan reko kajang selangor!!!!
I drop off shopee parcel (Tracking No: [protected]) at J&T Express - Reko Sentral Kajang, Selangor (SGR405) on Monday 16/08/2021 around 6.30 pm - 7pm.
But the parcel still did not ship out on Wednesday 18/8/21.
So I went back to J&T Reko Sentral Kajang to ask about my parcel. The staff could not found my parcel as I forgot the date when I drop off the parcel.
I went back today (20/8/21) to J&T once I remember the date I drop off the parcel which is on 16/8/21. I ask them to check CCTV that I drop off the parcel on that day but they ignore me! This is really disappointing! My parcel is missing but the staff just ignore it!
I drop off a new parcel to J&T Bangi today (20/8/21) for (Tracking No: [protected]) as I will get a penalty from Shopee if I did not ship on time.
But my previous parcel, still could not be found. Please investigate J&T Reko Sentral Kajang as their staffs are not trustworthy and dishonest. Very bad service. No one takes responsibility for this issue. They are thieves!
I ask nicely one of the staff about my parcel that is missing but she rudely told me that I didn't drop off the parcel there. Hello! Why would I want to waste my time went there twice to ask for my parcel ?
When I told her to check CCTV, she gives all sorts of unreasonable excuses. Why would I want to lie? I remember I went to drop off the parcel at J&T. But she rudely keeps telling me that I didn't send it there. Why did they didn't want to check the CCTV to see the truth whether I drop off the parcel or not ? Are they scared because they are wrong ?

Since 13.08 barang tida ada update dan stuck at pjs gateway klang.. sy post barang tu dari 08.08.2021 from sabah and want to sent to johor tapi stuck bgtu lama dan smpi sekarang tda update.. call customer service jnt pun tidak dapat.. hq sabah pun sma jnt pjs klang pun sama. Shopee seller sent parcel on 13/08/2021, latest update on 17/08/2021 which the parcel still at J&T west coast division. Tracking number [protected].
Have been call customer service this morning and they said due tp some of the workers is under quarantine, thus the work is overload. The can't promise when the parcel will delivered. the only advise is claim with shopee. Show the damage item and seek for refund. I dont find this is useful
