Your delivery guy opened my item
Sanitary pad also want to open ? What they wanna see and steal ? Once I received the parcel the parcel already opened. It's fine. Cause I thought no valueble things inside just a pad so I didn't care and put it aside after I sanitised. After few days I opened the parcel then I saw this. What's the point ? Already opened outside and see why still want open inside of the pad ? What's wrong with your people ? Can you hire people properly ? Pass few days I just heard about these case from my friends that a lot people been through all these situation from your company then now happened on me. Please focus and highlight on this matter. 1. Parcel beli kat shopee tulis dh delivered tp barangnya takder. Kecuaian penghantar letak di atas pagar tanpa call cust telah menyebab parcel dicuri. Biasanya, penghantar2 yg selalu hantar parcel akan whsapp @ letak parcel didalam pagar tapi kalini tidak.
2. Layanan staff bhgian front desk tinggikan suara kt saya & kurang ajar. Tmbh pulak tiba2 ada staf lain aka kawannya datang "support member" utk lebih kurang ajar. Soalan yg saya tanya tak mampu dijawab. Bila ditanya pula tinggikan suara

I just check my purchase history in Shopee and I just realized that your team has taken my father's and my sister's photo when deliver the parcel. This is very unacceptable and unethical because the aurat is exposed.
Furthermore, the picture also expose my car plate number. This issue has breach the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. I know you need that proof of item has been delivered safely. But please have some concern of this matter.
"For the formal shipping proof i.e. delivery receipt and tracking number (if any) Photo of the parcel package / information, including information of delivery company, tracking number, seller's and buyer's name, contact number, shipping address and postal stamp. Chat history or any other evidence showing prior negotiation.".
There is not stated to take the full image of the recipient. This issue might be silly for you but I take this matter seriously. Please stop taking recipient's photo and the home detail.
Desired outcome: between recipient and deliverer, get an apps that will require the recipient to mark the item as received. If the recipient did not mark the item as received after the deliverer marked as delivered, system will auto received

Rider tak whatsapp atau panggil saya untuk pastikan Nama masa hantar barang PADA saya. Rider Dari courier lain biasa nya Akan pastikan Nama penerima and bagitau nk dtg hantar. Dah lah main letak je barang (berkaca) dkt hujung tembok pastu tak bagitau saya nasib saya alert check app tulis delivered tapi barang tak de kat saya and saya tgok luar barang Tu duduk mcm tu. Itu nasib saya perasan kalau tak mana tau kucing ke atau haiwan lain tertepis or hujan masa tu apa jadi dekat parcel saya? Tak fikir ke? dalam era covid ni memang Akan Ada je orang dekat rumah sbab work from home jadi boleh je panggil. Saya dah lah tunggu barang Tu dekat 2 Hari Lepastu bila saya call HQ baru nak hantar barang saya? Kenapa eh kena simpan lama sangat barang saya? Bila dah complain baru nak hantar. Lepastu hari yang Sama parcel saya lagi satu pergi hantar salah alamat padahal terang-terang alamat saya tu lain. Pastu main pergi je tanpa pastikan penerima Tu betul ke tidak. Service is too slow. 1 week my item not delivered. Once the item received the item is 80% broken. Disappointed to your service. This is my first time use jnt service and get a [censored]. 3 days parcel still not delivered
My parcel already inbound at drop point LDC Sri Gading 606 on 10/8/2021 but on hold with remark - receiver absent and schedule the next delivery. 11/8/2021 still same remark. Until 12/8/2021 my parcel still not out for delivery.

Parcel Opened & Items Stolen!
Ordered 6 medical face masks via shopee on the 6th of August and then received my opened then sellotape parcel on the 12th of August. I have read so many bad reviews of J&T staff stealing parcels (and cookies out of cookie jars) and didn't think that one day it would also occur to me! Out of my 6 medical masks, I only received 1!
How do I know J&T Staff stole my items? Look at the sellotape! Clearly labelled J&T Express.
Absolute disgusted when I knew your staff could be going through the insides of the parcels especially in this pandemic. I mean Hello? Are you trying to spread me COVID? This is medical mask we are talking!
