Penghantaran parcel lambat dan hampir melebihi 2 minggu
Merujuk perkara di atas Parcel saya Janefar Simbah anak Boniface dengan tracking nombor [protected] telah diperam selama 2 minggu oleh Pihak J&T Sibu. Status tidak berubah langsung dan hanya menunjukkan dalam " Keadaan khas sahaja". Saya telah melakukan self collect pada 1hb Ogos. Tetapi pihak berkenaan memaklumkan bahawa parcel saya belum sampai ditempat berkenaan. Mereka juga menyuruh saya pulang dan akan memaklumkan kepada saya jika sudah ada. Namun seminggu berlalu parcel saya masih tiada khabar berita. Mohon pihak encik bertanggungjawab atas apa yang berlaku sebab saya membayar sebanyak Rm53 untuk cas penghantaran tersebut. Selain itu di dalam kotak itu turut berisi barang2 berharga dimana bukan kepunyaaan saya seorang. Mohon pihak tuan dapat membantu. Saya akan membuat laporan SKMM sekiranya barang saya masih belum sampai minggu ini. Sebab saya telah menunggu selama 2 minggu untuk pihak encik membuat penghantaran🙏👍🏽

Delivery staff send my parcel at the wrong address
Parcel for [protected] has been delivered at the wrong address. Delivering staff also did not call the receiver before leave the parcel behind. My parcel should be arrived at house no. 19, lorong tenggiri 27, bandar seberang jaya, 13700 seberang perai, pulau pinang. but your staff leave it at no. 18 (I don't know where it is cause i only can check the parcel tracking by using j&t express tracking) Please make sure that your staff send at the right place. Please take responsibility ASAP.

Scanned cod order delivered
While I'm at work, delivery came thru J&T and received by my family members as paid 699 for order they think it's mine.
Unfortunately I didn't order this one. Try reaching out to J&T and tracing order.. it says it's from OLONGAPO while on the parcel it says parcel came from cavite? It's a scammed/fraud order. How am I supposed to return and refund sir/ma'am?
Unethical work behaviour
Last Sunday August 8, 2021, I was supposed to receive my parcel but it did not arrive. As this already happened in the past, I did not go to the office which I did last time and waited for tomorrow instead. Today August 9, a different delivery personnel was assigned and I sent him a text message what time he could possibly arrive in our house because I am truly excited of my purchase which is a gift for my mom. And I already told her about it. Unfortunately, at 5:19 pm which is already a regular office's closing time, I sent another message to the assigned rider why my parcel cannot be delivered again. I told him to reply so that I could decide if I could still pick it up because it was already 5:20pm. I still did not get any reply. Hours later or at 7:47 pm, the rider assigned replied to me and just simply said that my parcel in now on "RTS". I WAS LIVID because he did not even attempt to call nor reply to my txt messages when I clearly reached out to him. This rider is the usual rider assigned to our house. He knows that I AM ALWAYS AT HOME in all those past deliveries. Today, he marked DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL with the reason that CUSTOMER NOT AROUND, when clearly I am at home as I am working from home as a freelance writer. It is impossible that I would miss any delivery due for me. I am very disappointed.

Late delivery and holding my parcel for days
On 3/8/2021, my parcel has arrived at J&t LDC Klang Jaya 603. The next day, they stated that my parcel is on hold. They have been holding my parcel for a week now. The parcel they are holding is important and urgent to me. I have called the office but no one answering. I called the customer service but they couldn't help much but to report. After reported the issue, there's still no action taken by j&t. They said to wait for another 2 days, but it has been 3 days and still no sign of movement or attempt done. The expected delivery attempt should be made on 8/8/2021.

hi. i haven't received the parcel yet. but it says the parcel is out for delivery. so i maybe get the parcel by today. hope so. don't call the office branch because they won't answer. call the hotline or customer service. they'll assist you but not much helping aha. but after i reported this issue here, the next day they called me and talked about this issue. they said to put my parcel on "urgent" list. if you haven't received any call from j&t, try to report to skmm too. i made 3 complaints from 3 different websites.
and oh we're not allowed to self-pickup. i went there myself to collect my parcel but the guard didn't let me in eventhough i said its urgent lol
Loss of consignment

Parcel bernilai RM150 gagal dijejak selepas di pos menggunakan servis kurier Jnt pada 15/7/2021. Aduan lisan telah dilakukan di Pejabat Pos Jnt Cawangan Bangi (SGR030) tetapi tiada tindakan lanjut diambil. Refund bernilai RM6.20 untuk servis pengeposan hanya dapat daripada pihak Myparcelasia tetapi tidak dari pihak jnt. Kerugian dianggarkan mencecah RM100-150 kerana saya terpaksa membuat penghantaran semula kepada pelanggan saya demi menjaga nama baik syarikat.

Parcel got delivered to the wrong address
All information on the parcel was correct, and yet J&T delivered it to the wrong address. I have checked the proof of delivery and it showed a picture of the parcel on the floor of someone else's doorstep. Apparently the delivery man did not verify the identity of the recipient and just left the parcel there.
That is not the only issue. I have attempted to contact their so-called 24-hour hotline, and no one picked up. I have tried to email them, but my email got bounced back saying that the recipient's mailbox is full. There is no live chat agent service. Now there is literally no way to reach their customer service.
Desired outcome: J&T has to verify the recipient's identity before handling over the parcel to avoid delivering to the wrong house. Customer service should be improved
Parcel loss and shipping fee cant be refund

I used to be your loyalty customer since years ago, until 29/7/2021 change my perspective from your servicing. You prided your company in delivering the best service to your customer who trust in you.
Yet your customer service had disappointing me and broke the trust with your service.
I am writting to you today to complaint about a bad experience I had.
13/7/2021 I'm using your service as usual by shipping 35.93kg parcel from Penang to KL.
Your service used to be arrive within 3-7 working days.
Unfortunately, 22/7/2021 I called to customer service and found that my parcel was lost in your warehouse.
I provided all the detail to customer service yet it failed to find my parcel.
I was told by customer service that I'm only able to get RM300 compensation for my loss parcel. My total items value is RM571.40.
I asked that my shipping fee refund that paid off to J&T express with amount of RM82.00. Your customer service representative told me that it is not store policy to refund the shipping fee.
My parcel already loss and I get the lower value.
Therefore, I expect J&T suppose to refund the shipping fee by your responsibility.

Previously I ordered from J&T and it took nearly 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive. Do I have to wait 3 damn weeks for my parcel? Then it finally arrived and I had hope that maybe they are just facing temporary issues so i began to trust their service again. Now when I ordered an item that I need urgently the same problem is happening again . I ordered an item on 7/08 and it is showing the same problem as before the item is in transit. And it is showing that a delivery attempt will be made on 21/08? so I have to wait 2 damn weeks again? I need the item urgently. I dont even mind self collecting the item but even to arrange a self collect and burn the money i paid for delivery i cant reach their call as it is always busy, busy doing nothing?. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from shopee anymore and will never use J&T anymore. All my purchases will be on lazada as they do not have this silly issue.
