why your company delivery my parcel to wrong address, my adress was at jabatan kecemasan dan trauma hospital sultanah aminah johor bahru 80100 but they send my parcel at hospital kota tinggi

I Need most of the items to be despatched out as its more than a month
and person incharge is not even responding to any calls or messagees PURPOSELY. Is this kind of staff you keep for work

Saya telah menerima barang yang telah rosak pada 6/8/2021 Jumaat, ketika membuka barang trsebut saya dapati kotak barang saya tersebut telah dibuka dan kandungannya ada yang telah rosak dengan teruk, saya berharap pihak tuan dapat menggantikan balik barangan saya tersebut, dah lah lama menunggu tapi datang saja barang yang nak dibuka telah rosak, sungguh mengecewakan servis tuan.

Why j&t service is very poor. The courier person just threw the parcels even we are in the house and they don't want to call us from outside of our house. I'm really disappointed with j&t courier service. They are very careless even I stick the fragile stiker at the bottom of my parcels. Why is this still happening? Why being so careless?Can the main company of j&t could solve this please.

I was buy some product from Halomobile Ampang Kuala Lumpur on 31th July 2021. The shop told me that JNT as my courier deliver and they promises my items will be reach at 2/3 working hours.
Then, I am waiting my parcel until today 8th August 2021 still ON HOLD / UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION. They also was said that ATTEMP FAIL and so many reasons.

Barang saya dari 8/7/2021 tak sampai-sampai lagi.sudah lun masuk bulan baru.Dan tracking selalu kemaskini barang di transit pjs301. Saya nak walk in tak boleh disebabkan PKP.. Jarak dari rumah 28 minit.Saya ada hubungi j&t pjs301 tak ada respon, Saya hubungi hotline dan mereka dah hantar report ke j&t berkenaan, tapi sampai sekarang pihak mereka tak ada apa2 tindakan.

An order just arrived in our home and we thought it was one of our orders online but when we saw the na goods, it has a boots and a jogger pants that we didnt order, the tracking code that was provided was a tracking code for another person. Pls help us asap

I wait too Long for my parcel, just now saller form shopee advice me to make a call ask the warehouse I called but they did not answer..my parcel arrive there at 5/8 and until now the tracking only show in transit..really dissapointed with jnt 604 servise always like this.. this all working under shopee progress, if I can choose what type courier service I want, I will not choose jnt service. I got 1 msg from shopee said my item already arrived at home..on that time, my family inside the house and i never got any call from your rider about my delivery trip..what suprise me is my thing is just at floor and why can he leave my item like that...what prove to said he deliver my item... That is not my hand... And i just know about my item is successful delivered via shopee.. How can this happen? What is your guarantee if my item missing or wrong address... I want this case to be allert...

1st item on hold because out of operations time! From 11am delivery...
2nd they say there is no receiver! Wtf my house is 24/7 got people how the f they say no receiver!? And now its hold on again...
Why not just admit that today and tomorrow I dont want delivery this item? So that I can pick item myself!
Just say it if you cant deliver rather than blame receiver

I would like to complaint your courier here in bacolod. His name is Michael Lumogdang. A very irresponsible courier. When he deliver, if you can not accept his call on time he will rts your parcel. When I follow up a text he will just reply to pick up my parcel in where he is located. He did that on my parcel twice. Any action for this matter. Is this kind of quality of ur courier your looking to work with ur company? He is a great lost to the business either seller, buyer and the company as well.

At noon i already call j&t about my issue.. my parcle not moving since arrive at jnt segambut yesterday..this parcle is urgent due to frozen item..i also send another 3 parcle to terenganu, melaka, and puchong..todqy is completely out of delivery

Only jnt segambut hold my item since yesterday it arrive and no action after make a call with jnt..no action from them..i check your web jb-kl only take 2 days..hope u send my parcle ASAP

It takes more than 8 day to deliver item from JB to KL. Based on tracking, the item is at Bt Bintang Gateaway since 3 days ago and still not moving yet until now

Hello, please do not hold customer thing.! Even if there is covid closures or exposure, just dont make it excuses because they does not get it from work. Just let them quarantine. The main thing is, just dont hold my parcell for this long. What if it damaged? When you told to not buy shopping online, what if the mall that sell urgently thing is close? I have no choice but to buy online. And also, I dont even want to use j&t but there's only one choices of couriers. I took a lesson to never use j&t anymore.

Your driver was very rude. I explained that I was under quarantine and I begged that if hold the parcel bcos I will be quarantine until wedndesday that's August 11, 2021.
