I have this shopee delivery, the delivery date as per shopee status was september 13, 2019 and the currier was j&t express. On that day I did not received any delivery from them instead they called me september 14, 2019, 3:30pm and I told them if they can deliver it on monday september 16, 2019 because the address im using was company address and we have half day office only every saturday and the delivery man said ok. But when monday came there was no delivery of my shoppe so by tuesday sept. 17 I click shopee guarantee. By sept 18 a delivery of the same currier texted me, ian malibo, if im available for delivery the day after, sept. 19, and I replied yes but sept 20, 21, 23, 24 came I did received any delivery so I communicated to supplier and they said maybe the currier already cancelled it because the put on status failure to deliver due to force majoured... And advive me to re order. But sept 27 they attempt to deliver it and the reason of delivery man was it happened that it was put in bunch of delivery that they did not so it right away. I did received it since I already order it oto other supplier and already was received it. What im getting angry at was they keep on attempting to deliver it again amd again from sept 27 until today october 1... And they even insisting to me to cancel it... Its not my fault why force me to cancel it. And worse is they keep on calling me which already a disturbance to my work and keep on insisting to me to cancal it. The delivery is being rude the same time with their office... They dont even answer when I called them then the delivery man was rude the way they talk. Hoping you can give immediate action regarding this matter. This is my first time to encounter such lousy incompetent currier.

My parcel ([protected]). I'm at home waiting for delivery my parcel but j&t put at the warehouse to long for estimate delivery date. I still waiting when they out deliver my order but j&t despatch say in the system I didn't want my package but I didn't get anything from them at all. Even the van j&t also I didn't see at my house,so why?!

Seller posted my stuff on 2/5/2023 from Kuala Lumpur until now 8/5/2023 the parcel is stuck in transit centre JTI Freight 999. No movement at all.

What the [censored] JnT do with with customer parcel like me? If you dont want to work, then dont create that JnT brach there, just give other courrier. My parcel being stuck at that jnt from 3 May 2023 until now 10 May 2023.

Dah 3hari kena game dgn j&t.. Kata customer reject parcel sedangkan tak hantar pun. Call sms semua tak ada pun. Tiba tiba status kata reject. Banyak kali dah kena dekat cdc tampoi indah 317 ni. Service teruk sangat.
APA MASALAH J&t Simpan barang org berhari2...benda org nk guna...services sgt2 teruk dh 4 hari peram kat J&T CDC port KLANG 311 mohon ambil tindakan segera.

This is the 2nd time J&T has had a problem, the first time the item was lost and the second time the item took too long to arrive and did not keep the promise of the set date and made it difficult for the customer to get the item quickly.

Shoppe shipping details and proof of delivery by the rider were also attached on this complaint.
As you can see, the proof of delivery is bogus. No actual picture of the delivery was provided.

They delivered my order to the wrong address. They didn’t inform me and I couldn’t find my parcel. They just sent me the sms and didn’t totally call me.

Shopee seller delivered package on 11 Jul, 13 Jul indicated Attempt fail, today 14 Jul also Attempt Fail. Checked with Shopee Live Agent, as usual they will inform they will try their best. I thought courier services should only take 1 day. I've been delivering to my customers and it took only 1-2 days.

Good day, a rider named Eugene Sanchez called me today to deliver my parcel. I was unable to answer the calls since I was in the middle of an examination. He called me 8x and was very disrespectful and rude to me.
Got a parcel with my name and address.
Inside a wrong item.
Complained at J&T express.
Got several emails, excuses, nice words, a confirming sms.
They do nothing.
THIS COMPANY IS A FAKE.
Will never ever accept a parcel from them.
Btw. this was the second totally wrong delivery
They mix the data.
Their IT-systems are a scrap heap.

The rider tell me to go out even though I said I can't since I'm looking out for a baby but he insisted me to go out, what if there's something happened to the baby while I'm out?! He's rude.

Customer is supposed to pay by cod. However, the parcel had been opened although no payment was made. The customer now refused to receive the parcel and is returning back to sender. How can a parcel be opened without being paid first ?

Item sent 30/8/2023 with complete details including sender & receiver contact no. But, when we check the claim wrong postcode. When we request to send back, till today not received. Last Thursday (14/9/2023), when we made the complaint, J&T promised to send back to sender within 48 hours.
My pacrel been stuck at J&T Shah Alam gateway for few days and not moving at all. Waybill number [protected]. I tried to call all J&T hotline numbers but all unreachable.
I've placed an order on 14th Sept 2023 & my tracking no is [protected].Order have arrived at J&T ECP Juru since 19th Sept & I haven't get my parcel until today 22nd Sept.It takes around 8 days from Selangor to Juru Warehouse.So dissapointed with J&T service.Please arrange the parcel urgently by today.
