No Gravy.
We ordered a 12 pc Meal & they didn't put any Gravy in the bag. 3 sides, 1 coleslaw, 2 potato & 2 gravy. No Gravy! We would have went back but it was across town & we were hungry. I ordered thru grab food at around 11:30am of july 28, 2023 at kfc sm bacoor branch.
I ordered alaking zinger steak meal with buttered corn and 1 mushroom soup.
The grab driver arrived at 11:50am and I paid the exact amount when I checked my order there is no buttered corn and my drinks is supposedly coke but I received an iced tea.
The mushroom soup has only 1 small mushroom.
Hoping immediate response regarding this matter.
Extremely rude supervisor and employee's at the Buckeye Arizona location
Good day to you. My daughter and grandkids visited the KFC in Buckeye, AZ this morning and were treated very rudely. I called the manager to express my feelings and she was extremely rude as well. The young lady taking the drive thru orders, told my my grandson, that his mom was a [censored], all because they gave my daughter the wrong food. All she asked for, was for her order to be corrected.

I was phoned to say there's no lettuce for the burgers and asked if I could have a extra small chips to compensate for the lettuce that wasn't there. The guy agreed telephonically and yes when I received my order via delivery there was no chips.
Had to eat this plain dry burger, not even a tomato or nothing. you guys service are going down really.
First my concern was that my order will be canceled as it was for the past 3 attemps on doing online delivery then finally now when I get it something wrong with the order is the case. I mean WtH man. is this poor management or just stupid staff you employ really. You guys falling apart as a business.

The size of the Kentucky fried chicken plus by the time the chicken is delivered it is cold!
My wife and I have been customers of KFC for many years and we understand that inflation causes prices to rise!. It is the size of the portions that is the problem!. In the UK, the portions are larger, In Cyprus where we live at this time, the portions are getting to a ridiculously small size and the prices have risen!. Also, their home delivery is a problem, by the time they deliver the chicken is cold, every time!. We live in Limassol city!.
Charged twice
I was charged two times the day I went to this location.. it's been over 10 days now and I still didn't get a refund. At first the store said I didn't get charged twice . Which was a lie becosue my bank even went on the phone with them to tell them otherwise.. finally days after they said ok I did get charged twice ..now I'm waiting for a refund that's not...

this afternoon at approx 4.45pm at the Ashmore branch, I purchased the 24.95 dollar dinner box, original chicken with 2 sides - 1 chips and 1 potato and gravy which we get about once every 2 weeks. We were so disappointed,the chicken was dark brown and had been sitting in the heated drawer obviously too long and was dry and tough, some of the smaller pieces were inedible. The two sides were good. We never have had a problem before, usually it is good, but boy, were we brassed off this time.
Marian, a very upset customer, oh and incidentally, the boy taking the order in the drive through definitely needs a lesson on customer service.

Why did you change the KFC to where I can't go buy just a chicken breast or just potatoes and gravy if that's all I want? I was told that the registers will not let them override a meal. I can't eat a whole meal, I just want a chicken breast and nothing else. So I have to pay for a meal that's $10.00 and throw out everything I don't eat because it's not good if you heat it up the next day. I'm not paying $10 for one piece of chicken or sometimes I just want potatoes and gravy but I can't afford to pay $10 for a tiny cup of potatoes and a teaspoon of gravy. Cold food, uber at wrong house, paid for my choice of portions but still they give me what they want
Hi I'm malikah I've just order on Uber eats two streetwise 3 where I pacifically ask for side and centre pieces of chicken as we do not eat the other portions well as for KFC halt road in Elsie's river Western Cape they gave me 2 drumsticks and one side breast and in the other bucket 1 centre piece 1 thigh and 1 drumsticks which my dog very much enjoyed I'm very disappointed coz I had to throw all 4 that pieces to the dog as we do not eat other portions and on my arrival my food was cold and Uber stopped at the wrong location this was the 20/07/2023 which is today

There is a KFC operation on Vlissengen Road located in Georgetown, Guyana South America that has a drive-thru that is literally on the street. This situation is a serious safety hazard to all classes of road users.
In order to access the drive-thru customers occupy the lane of oncoming traffic thereby forcing the legitimate road users into the opposing lane. The road in question has two lanes and allows for two-way traffic but the drive-thru operation is an encumbrance to one of the lanes. Kindly address this issue at the earliest opportunity.

It is happening multiple time with me that I was very much disoppointed with the services atmosphere and the food serve to me in rawalpindi and sialkot kfc branches...
1- look at the the cleaness.. The garbage on the table was removed after sevral times pointing to the floor manager and cleaner boy.. They even never bother to reply properly..
2- look at the people.. Kfc staff is just gossips and people are waiting for their orders. Yes I shouted on the staff that what you prople are doing with the customers.. Are we baggers here...?
3- look at the food.. Fries... Honestly this is the stuff we are here? We left many brands for this [censored]?
4- a great joke.. Kfc rawalpindi branch has no souce and ketuchup to serve with the meal... They just receiveing orders and orders and orders and they didnt have any souce at branch to serve with the meal... This is [censored]...
5- I have to wait an hour for my order... They took order gave me token to wait on ur table and ur order will be served on table and we are waiting for an hour... And after thay I went to the counter and remind them and they forgot and just serving the take aways on priorities...
Well these are substandards I have experienced in kfc on two different branches with the same level of services very very angry and disoppointted...

Scheduled order for pickup at 5:30 pm. Ordered submitted around 2:30 pm
The staff were very lackadaisical about my order not being ready until almost 6:00 pm. We did not check the order until we arrived home. The chicken was crusty and definitely been sitting for some time. The coleslaw order was missing.
The customer ahead of us were asked if it was okay if their 8 piece order was okay to be just wings and drumsticks. They said no and were told that all that was available was extra crispy.
This location was very good for the first visits but has consistently went downhill since opening. We thought we would try one more time. But same bad results.
Desired outcome: I really don't want anything except for you to become aware of the situation of the Cotton Road location. The service was terrible and the food mediocre. I am not interested in returning.
$20 fill up
I bought a $20 fill up for my 4 kids, all the meat was greasy and soggy tasted gross! No biscuits. And my juice bucket tasted like water. Only thing good was the macaroni and cheese! Unprofessional service and wrong order
KFC Tawar mall Qatar never fails to disappoint me. Every time I order, there’s something wrong or missing. Today they sent me Regular strips instead of Spicy which I ordered. When KFC staff contacted me ([protected]) he was extremely unprofessional and kept asking me are you sure that strips are not spicy? Can you open the strips and see? My staff is saying they sent spicy strips….How many pieces of strips you ate? How many pieces remaining? If you ate some, I cannot replace. I asked him to send someone over to confirm if strips are spicy or not? But he refused to do so. I purchased a 12 box of the new Nuggets on Saturday, 7/1/23 at 6:30 pm at the Munster, IN. Ridge Road store #C212007 2 372 1944. Ticket #1944. All were very dark Brown and very dry.
