I went to the KFC at 13715 Q st. Omaha Ne. I ordered all white meat in a 4 piece meal of chicken. They told me their computer was down and I had to pay cash, I said ok. Then they told me to come back in 25 minutes and it would be done. I said ok and I will set my timer and come back. I came back and they told me " I said 45 minutes because the cook just got here. My receipt reads 2:58 p.m. I ask for my money back so I could go somewhere else. They said NO WE HAVE MET OUR REFUNDS FOR THE DAY. I had to wait another 20 minutes. I could have went to the store and cooked my own chicken in that time. I would like my money back for this order. They were so rude and unprofessional.
My ticket number is #2069 cashiers name was Jorge The amount I spent to be treated so rudely was $14.57. It was after 4:00 when I left the store. I didn't even want it after being treated like that. Even though this store is down the street I will never go there again. We are a large city and there has to be a better location.
