I had a bad customer experience at Morena Mall with my family when we went to buy KFC at Morena Mall. We placed our orders of two Streetwise Big Boza for which it was double stack meal and two Box Masters including double cheese and all orders were including chips.
After receiving our order we drove out of KFC as we were driving to Potchefstroom. During our journey 30 min out of Mafikeng, we opened our orders to eat for which we did not have all our order correct. We did not receive box master and one chips, the box master that we have received ha no cheese at all. I would like to be reimbursed my money back and will never come back to KFC Morena Mall at all.

I am so disappointed at that store, while our order took so long, more than 45 min and staff members screaming to each other in front of customers. I think those staff need retraining.
Hope my complain will be dealt with immediate effect.
