This started in June when I got a new phone from Koodo. Koodo sent me two phones when I requested only one. The second phone was returned to you shortly after. However you charged my account for the second phone anyway amongst other fees. It took several phone calls to you to sort this out or so I thought. Then approx. one month ago I was advised that you owed me a refund of over $400. I was asked at that time if I wanted a cheque or use the refund to withdraw monthly payments. I requested a cheque for the full amount. Then Koodo took a payment out of my refund without my authorization. Then about 2 weeks ago I called once again to Koodo and was advised by your payment Dept. that I would receive a cheque minus the unauthorized payment you took from my refund. Today I made an $80 payment online to Koodo thinking that I was going to receive the cheque for the refund. I received an email shortly after this payment from Koodo stating that another payment was taken from my refund that I still have not received. I called Koodo again tonight and Fernando from your payment Dept. stated that he sent a request for another cheque to be sent to me for $311. I cant tell my landlord to wait another month for his rent money. You have put me in a very difficult situation. None of this was my doing. If I did not just purchase a new phone from you I would cancel my account. This is unbeleivable. I just want the refund owed to me for you charging me for fees payments that you did in error. I have spent hours on the phone regarding this. I would like to know how you were authorized to take payments from my refund of which I have not received. I would like what is left of my refund sent to me in a timely manner.
