I dropped my car off at the valet for dinner. When I came back there was damage to the odometer on my car, the plastic shield was cracked. I immediately noticed it and told the valet. The valet stated that this is not going to be handled because it was damage to the inside of the car. The fact is that the crack in the odometer shield was not there before I dropped the car off.
I left several messages for the corp office and received nothing back from them. I contacted the valet company directly and received nothing from them either.
DO NOT VALET OR PARK YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO BRAINS AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR WITH NO RETURN CALL OR APPOLOGY FOR THE ISSUE.
The valet just laughed and said sorry oh well.

I had a similar experiance except the valet damaged my wheel. He hit a curb, they sent me a letter stating that they dont think this happened at our location and that I should go through my insurance.
A bunch of no good dirty crooks.

Similar thing happened to me. They damaged the passenger side right bumper. They were going to let us leave without telling us. They are claiming the car moved all by itself and hit a baluster. They are refusing to pay and the way they talked to me OMG.Thankfullly my insurance with their lawyers is going after these deceitful scumbags. Never use LAZ valet parking!
In the last 2 weeks Laz Parking and its short Black woman has been intimidating customers and employees at the various businesses. The incidents were Friday June 30th 2017 and Today July 10th 2017. This woman they employ needs to be fired.

Parking Manager is rude , doesn’t have great customer service skills .. He seems to be more concerned with his job title than serving customers.. He seems to have a nasty attitude. Not sure how he got the Manager job, his subordinates seem to be nicer than he is .. He doesn’t seek facts and makes mis-placed judgements .. Wed, 09-20-2022, 9:00pm.
On August 15, 2023, I received a letter from Laz Parking, letting me know that a parking spot had opened up for me on their waiting list. I completed the necessary paperwork, and payment of $272.00. To date I have not received my parking permit, and I can't speak to anyone at Laz Parking, as they don't respond to my emails and/or phone calls.
