Cargo kb small, for sanga sanga, bongao tawi tawi from manila. Containing perishable items. It was assured to me by ms joan antonio of LBC villamor br that it will reach tawi tawi on 06 -07 april 18. But upon checking today it doesnt reach the destination. However, i called your customer care hotline and explained to me that the cause of delay is because the area is (islander). Ms joan antonio did not explained that to me. And now i would like to have a refund of my declared value. - this mr. Eric Cuajunco of 12-29st Villamor Pasay City. My cp nr is [protected]. your men are not delivering the items
Your men are not delivering the package to our address then they are updating the delivery status to consignee not available or failed delivery. No one called or text that a package will be delivered. Your lazy men should be fired. Package was an ordered item from shoppee (online shopping app). Hi. I ordered 4 items from lazada and it arrived separately. But the main problem is, your track and trace is not updated everytime I check my orders. And this happened, my order arrived april 3, 2018 but when I checked through your track and trace its still not available for viewing. Lazada emailed me 3 days earlier and gave me the tracking no. I waited for 3 days but still no update of the product. Then I checked it on april 5, it says that my order arrived last april 3, but I dont know if its lbc's policy lazada, to return the orders if not taken after 3 days. So who's fault is that? Lbc texted me that my order arrived april 4, but I cant reply to that number because it auto generated. And also that day (april 4) lbc masbate warehouse branch returned already my order. So which one should I follow? Because their employee doesnt follow the information given in your track and trace. Our place is not reachable by lbc so we neex to travel to get our orders. Its so hassle, dont you think? I ordered 4 items from lazada, and the 3 orders came. But when I was on the lbc masbate warehouse, they gave me 2 items only. So I asked them, if the other isnt there yet cause when I tracked it, it already arrived in masbate. So they track the no. Only to find out that my order is arleady there. My 3 orders. What if I didnt ask? They will going to return my order back to the supplier again? My god! What a service. And their employees are not proffesional. He told me that I should download the app so that I can trace my order without delay. How about the number that we gave them to contact us when our order arrived? Same thing happened to my friend. Lbc texted me earlier that there will be a delivery within the day. That is the product that i ordered on shopee which is the sports cam worth 472 pesos. After we received the text, we immediately prepared our payment. Exact payment to be specific. But upto until now, there was no lbc showed up. Until i tracked my parcel through online and then i saw that lbc cannot locate our location. I became shocked because how many times people tried to deliver in our house using the same address but they never had any complications. This made me sad and mad at the same time. I ordered nutribullet at shop japan last March 22, 2018. The item was shipped last March 23, 2018. But until today i did not received my item. I emailed shop japan and they replied my item is in this courier (LBC) . They asked my order # to track my order and it was shown that the delivery person assigned tried to deliver my item and they marked "recipient is unknown at the given address" . I did not receive a call nor a text from the lbc, but how come they said they tried to deliver my item? I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I just hope the delivery person is not lazy because i heard some employees from lbc are lazy.

This is to follow up again the items sent from Manila last March 27, 2018 and according to the tracking data that said items with tracking number [protected] was already in LBC Calbayog City hub on same date March 27, 2018 at around 10pm but until now it's already April 2, 2018 the items are not yet delivered. Kindly respond and give immediate action on this delayed delivery. This caused so much inconvenience.

This document was shipped last February 21, 2018 and arrived at metro manila February 22, 2018. Also at the same date it was also forwarded and arrived at BAGONG SILANG DELIVERY HUB. Right until now the document is still their and there's no more update to it. One month has passed but still it's not yet delivered! The papers inside their is indeed needed for us to process the papers of my aunt! Can you Please check it again and deliver it ASAP! Your employee is so rude. I have already given everything to her yet she did not even dare to do her work immediately.
I went to LBC Vigan to encash. I already filled up the form required. Place it infront of the employee. But she was busy eating, chatting and flirting with a good looking male customer. She was doing nothing that moment, so I guess I should have an immediate transaction from her. But I waited for a few minutes before she got my forms and begin the transactions. She even raised her eyebrows and spoke so grumpy that it shocked me. She should be customer oriented, pleasant and nice to every customer even how tired she is that day. I don't deserve this kind of treatment. Please do anything to her for what she did.

I sent a package from manila to Mactan Cebu on March 21 about 7 o'clock in the morning
tracking said "expect delivery within this day" on march 22,
it's already march 24, more than 3 days ( more than 72 hours) since i asked for my packaged to be delivered, and still the parcel wasn't delivered...
I'm concerned since the office the i sent it to is closed on Sundays (tomorrow ) and Mondays.
Holy week is also fast approaching so the chances of the package arriving its destination seems to be slimmer.

Our document sent thru LBC Express (originated in Pandacan Branch) was not delivered to our client (Bounty Fresh Capas Tarlac) which was expected to be delivered by March 20 (thru door-to-door) since the transaction happened last March 19. It was only yesterday that our client (Bounty Fresh) found out that the document we sent was not be able to delivered because the delivery address is "out of service area" according to the Track and Trace section of LBC Express. I believe that all LBC Branches are aware or should be aware of their branches' locations and if they are capable of delivering the packages to the declared address. Greentek was not informed by any of your LBC Staff in Pandacan Branch that the address of Bounty Fresh is out of their service area. As I have checked in Google Map, there is an LBC Branch located in MacArthur Highway, Sto Domingo I, Capas City, 2315 Tarlac which near Capas High School. And according to Google Map again, it is only 33 minutes away from Bounty Fresh Farm which I think is nearer than the LBC Delivery Hub which is more than 1 hour away from Bounty Fresh. The document we sent is a very important paper to our client and due to this delay, they are sanctioned to pay for penalty and it is not good for every company. My point is, if the declared address is out of your service area, every LBC staff should be knowledgeable about it. In doing so, we can choose the option of picking it up to the nearest LBC Branch to avoid such delays like this. Also, we paid for the amount meant for door-to-door delivery and not for pick-up, so I guess we deserve a refund too.
