I have always been using LBC as my shipment courier and this is the very first time I have encountered a staff who has a very terrible customer service. I get it that it's afternoon and she's already tired and stressed out with all the customers she have handled for the day but her attitude is just not right. I might just overlook it if her tone is a little bit more understanding but I noticed that its not. The way she talks with the customers is completely rude. When one customer made a mistake, she talked as if the customer is plain stupid. Aren't staffs in this kind of work supposed to have long patience and understanding?
