I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the non-receipt of a refund cheque that was supposed to be issued to me. Despite several attempts to resolve this matter, I have received no response or assistance from LBC MUNDIAL IN SCARBOROUGH,ONTARIO , leaving me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
The refund cheque in question was expected to be delivered to me four months ago. However, despite the promised delivery timeline, I have yet to receive the cheque.
I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer service department via phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, all my efforts have been met with silence. This lack of responsiveness and assistance is highly concerning and unacceptable.
