Im writing this letter bcos i felt its going to be a habit of those staff to reject some services.
First time, I want to take my money from LBc thru palawan..but the staff said my passport was expired, need to renew with non expiry id and this staff discourage me and saying better to go direct to palawan bcos it will takes time to update...Then i left..
Second Time, The Promotion of COP, i brought all the items with me...She cant explain properly about the promo insisting it will be regular rates and my items will not fit on there small pouch that the promo only allow..Then I leave...
Last Time, I want to take a money from LBc bcos my customer sent it by LBc and there a missing 1 letter on my name that palawan cant give me the money..My customer already change it to her branch..Now, I went there and this lady specially this lady with glasses, she reject me saying she needs the card of lbc, i lost it and i believe there is record on there pc if i will present my id...Shes saying there is a problem on a system..Easy to say just dont want to work...Then I left and go to SM Calamba Branch...and Got it just giving my id..
You need to do some Action of this staff its a waste of money giving them a salaray..saw her eating on the front desk with a fries..like they are watching on a cinema...
