Maghapon po aking nasa store pero wala pong dumating na tagaLBC kaya i wonder bakit sinasabing unknown ung recipient? I even indicate the name of the store para mabilis makita. And when i called your hotline and sabi ung napagtanungan na reynaldo chua wala daw ganung name na recipient . As far as i know yan ung may ari ng building . hndi namn sya pumpunta dto dahil may tauhan po yan para mangollection ng payment. What's the used of the contact you asked from us? Ganun din dito sa amin 1 week na unknown recipient din daw. Hintay kami wala tumatawag sa binigay namin na contact number. Pumunta na ako sa glorietta branch para magcomplain sabi ko pickup ko nalang sa cainta branch nila tapos email nya daw after 2 days wala pa din tinawagan ko ulit glorietta branch sabi nya na email nya na, sabi ko tawagan nila wala daw contact number, sus... 1 week na wala pa din nakalagay sa tracking status ay arrived na sa internal dispatch. So frustrating lbc. Yang mga outsource nyo palpak
Same situation .. sabi nung recipient ko nasa bahay lang naman sya pero wala man lang taga LBC na dumating o tumawag sa kanya .. tsk tsk .. nasa exchange hangar na din yung item .. sana pwede pa maretrieve at ibalik nalang saken yung item ..

same situation. 1 month na kong paulit ulit tumatawag at nag eemail sa lbc but until now wala pa rin yun passport ko. nakailang send na ko ng contact no. at complete address ko pero until now wLa pa ring sagot..
Iba naman sakin. kinuha yung G-Shock na pinadala sakin. Hindi nila dinilever yung package sabi lang dun sa tracking info nag attempt sila ng ilang beses pero hindi daw malocate yung address. Kahit isang text o tawag wala akong natanggap sa kanila. Mas mabuti pa yung ibang courier jan kahit 50 pesos lang yung value ng package tatawagan ka talaga nila. Kaya nag request ako na e forward sa malapit na LBC branch. Pero nung pag pick-up ko sa item at pag dating ko sa bahay hindi ko namalayan na binuksan na pala yun at kinuha yung laman ng package ko. Makikita nyo sa attached pics na easy open na yung package nya. Sabi daw nung nag palada hindi daw dapat easy open yung sa package. Actually, pinupunit ko sya lagi everytime may package akong dadating galing LBC kasi hirap buksan. Ngayun under investagation daw. Kaduda duda yung nag deliver ng package kaya pala hindi ma locate kasi kinuha na nila.

Hi lbc, mag 3 months na parcel ko till now walang update? Reason nyo na misrouted ang parcel sa HINIGARAN BRANCH, may details naman ng consignee ko sa packaging ng lbc, Bakit d nyo tinawagan? At nakarecord naman sa system nyo? Para ano pa at humingi pa kayo ng details ng consignee ko?D nyo ba alam ang karatig bayan nyo lbc hinigaran? Ang lapit lang ng isabela sa inyo! Ngayun Saan na ang parcel ko? Masyadong delayed na ang process ng documents ng kapatid kong ofw na namatay dito sa Singapore, at ang mga anak ko nahihirapan na sa pag aaral nila dahil hanggang ngayun wla pa ang phones na dapat gamitin sa online class nila! Hoy gising LBC! Anong nangyayari? Pakiupdate naman ako sa status ng parcel ko! Im very upset and disappointed talaga sa inyo!
Lbc nung unang deliver dito sa batangas nareceive ko tas nung nagpadeliver ulit ako wala nang dumating? 2weeks na mahigit wala pa din. binabayadan kayo ng tama tas ganto. location : batangas pier, santa clara besta shipping lines
Ilang beses na ko nagpabalik balik sa Origin Branch sabi iresend na lang daw, hanggang ngayon wala pa din. Anong petsa na wala pa din yung documents.
