I would like to know why the LCBO allows street people to congregate in front of the doors. At any given time there will be at least 4 to 5 people with dogs lying near the entrance smoking, drinking beer and harassing patrons for money, smokes and beer.
I don't see this at another LCBO location. I am quite concerned and don't feel safe.
If I was to drink beer on the street I would be given and ticket and or arrested. How is this activity allowed in front of the store?
So- call the police. Have a security guard. It's exactlythat attitude of sticking your head into the sand and saying it's not our responsibility. Why do you think those people are there. It should be your responsibility and should be address for the sake of a safe and lawful community. PS call the police.
Outside an LCBO location is not our concern. We discourage behavior like this, but for our safety and our employees safety, we are not allowed to engage these people.
We will file incident reports for issues caused in the store, but not outside. This is a City Of Toronto Issue. We do have security at all stores on a regular bases, but they deal with issues again inside, not outside of stores. You are welcome to contact our help desk for support, or voice your opinion.
Kind of isn't that your job isn't that why we're kind of writing on this form I'm finding this an amazing huge waste of time I actually didn't need a place to vent my anger is but I find this forum absolutely useless and with no regard for people's time nor did a complaint
I simply answer basic complaints anything else please forward to our helpdeask.
Your honestly the worst customer service rep I’ve ever come across and you are a clear example of what is wrong with the LCBO.
