I went through my warranty to get my couch and loveseat replaced. It was assessed and I received an email stating that Leons will replace my furniture for 1699 for sofa and 1699 for loveseat. I then received an email from Leons stating that I bought my couch during a sale so I am only give $1921 to replace both Loveseat and Sofa. I will be unable to find a leather set for that price. I feel its unfair that I was sold furniture that only lasted a year and a half and is now falling apart and now i need to use cash out of my own pocket to replace it. I bought a 4 thousand dollar set and a month later it went on sale so i was given money back. Now the couch/loveseat is no good after a short time and I am expected to buy more furniture from your store? I purchase all my furniture in my house from Leons and can honestly say if im forced to pay money for a new couch I will not be buying from Leons again. The Zucora Home Waranty claim # is 6784193
Desired outcome: To have my couch replaced without me having to spend money when the quality of furnuture i bought was poor and out of my control
