I ordered dishwasher (Jan. 4) and have the order number. Since online payment, I have requested twice to customer care - asking for:
Just an invoice - with product name and number/skew number and name. I have the initial invoice - we have received your payment - and order number (does not have product name/details + does not have delivery date). I have requested twice with e mails to customer service and to one they have responded saying invoice will follow - now get lost kinds.
If two e mails can not help - it is utterly disgraceful and shameful.
Desired outcome: not asking for much - an invoice which says what i ordered and when will it be delivered!! Even this looks like a challenge to Leon's - so forget about how they would make up for this utterly shoddy and callous attitude.
