Scam
After agreeing to do an alignment and bend back bent rim, I was called on the phone and informed that the car needed a new rim, aka rim couldn't be bent back. Theprice was given around $70.
Get the car back and the steering is F-ed up and steering wheel is way off center so I assume a bad allignment job. Went back to have alignment re-done.
I found out they do an allignment and the price didn't include an alignment and the price was just for the rim. Which was not what was implied. Now they find a bent control arm. What a bunch of -tards!

Took my truck in for new tires October 2009, was told I needed new brakes BADLY. I took the truck to my mechanic immediately and was told I did not need new brakes, I did need to replace the broken front axle and broken shock though!
To make matters worse, I had gotten the shocks put on at another Les Schwab a couple years prior. I was sold and paid for "premium nitrogen filled shocks for better stability." What was really put on was the cheapest shock you can get. They then cross threaded the lower bolt in, hammered in it with an impact driver breaking the bolt housing on the cast iron lower control arm and making the bolt brittle. Repairs cost me almost $700.
I wrote letters to Les Schwab, so far no response.
I'm telling all my friends and family to "Stay away from Les Schwab!"

charges for free services
Les Schwab Tire Service of Grand Coulee charged me for service that is suppose to be free. I purchased snow tires and rims 3 years ago with the free seasonal change-over offer. This year, thinking it was just that, I had the tires changd over and they charged me 59.35 to do so. I was not even warned or advised when I left the car with them to have this done. I feel that they are taking advantage of me and the locals by gouging us
with fees added to what use to be courteous and free service. I am a victim of that.

bait an switch
Took car in for brakes. Quotation was for $275.00. Said may need new front rotor which would an additional $111.00 each. Said OK. Tyson called an hour later and said, the back brakes were disc and mumble mumble mumble and the cost now would be 750 dollars. How can you quote 275 and it becomes 750. Talk to the manager and he said, well we could quote high and then it would be lower. We didn't look at the car so how would we know...Amazing. Have done business with Schwab for over 40 years. Never again. They knew what they were doing and have just decided to bait and switch is their new technique. The did the work..I paid the money...but never again. A great company has turned in to liars.

Quoted me a price for Michelin tires. I agreed to purchase the Michelin tires. Upon receipt of the vehicle the tires installed were "their brand" "Mazama " open range.
BAIT AND SWITCH!
terrible company
I purchased a new vehicle last summer and the dealership had Les Schwab Tires mount my new rims and tires on my vehicle. The amateur kid working on my vehicle broke the tire pressure monitoring valve stem while mounting my tire on the rim. The warning light came on my dash and I alerted them to it. After several attempts resetting the system the manager to ld me my computer was bad. I took my vehicle to the dealership and not only was i shown the broken part but Les Schwab also installed the wrong part number for my year vehicle. To make matters worse they didn't even remember to give me my lock key for my rims so I had to buy a brand new set.

That one thing makes Les Schwab a terrible company? I bet every company messes up, therefore every company is terrible. If this is your logic, work on your car yourself and quit complaining.
Horrid service
I will never take my car here again. I took it there to have my rotors faced. The employee had explained to me that if I wanted my break pads changed they needed to do my whole break system, which would have cost well over 500.00 when I could just have my brother who is certified work on my pads for the cost of the part, so I just had them face my rotors. Well I took my car to my brothers and he couldn't get the bolt that held on my caliburs off I called the store they said oh well I don't want to look for parts come in the morning. I'm pissed. I have to breaks and they told me to come back in the morning.. so I did. THEY LOOSED THE WRONG PART! they loosed two screws that held on my rotor so i took it back and explained what part.. well they then told me they couldn't loosen the other parts because they locked tited them.. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU SUPER GLUE SOMEONES BOLT TO THEIR CAILBURS? It look my brother so long to change it out..well come to find out..they had checked all my rotors and said that they had locked tighted them all LAIRS! They only did the front two and my back two were so loose that it could have fallen off while driving. I will NEVER return to this or any other Les Schwabs again!
sorry my spelling and grammer are horrid
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Well it sounds like your brother doesnt know how to do brakes. The reason Les Schwab puts lock tight on the caliper bolts (and you dont spell caliper like this, CAILBURS) is they dont want anybodys brakes (and you dont spell brakes like this, BREAKS) to come loose after they do a brake job. Also when you go in somewhere to get service done and you have them check it for you. Then you decide to have your idiot brother try to LOOSED it himself, HA HA, you dont spell loosen like that either. Also lock tight is not super glue. Super glue is the stuff you and your inbred brother ate as kids that made you so stupid. You cant spell to save your life. Les Schwab has always done my brakes and I would not even think of going somewhere else. They change the calipers on every vehicle for the customers safety. They dont even charge you half of the cost of the calipers. They also warranty it better than any other place I have been.
Unprofessional, rude, rip off
First I thought it was a fluke thing when my brand new tire blew on the freeway the day after I had them installed by Les Schwab. I had my car taken back to them and guess what, there goes another $120 for ONE studded snow tire that was blown due to the lack of care put in by their associates (they failed to check the air pressure in the tire is what their manager told me). Yet, I still had to pay for a new tire, I had no other choice. So, being a kind person I let this slide and went back to Les Schawb in the spring to have my studded snow tires taken off and my spring tires put back on. This time they refused to put my tires back on because the "ware bar" was showing on 1 tire. I looked, no ware bar showing. They offered to sell me 4 new tires for a very very high price and of course I said no. I asked them politely to put my tires back on so i could go get some tires and bring them back (i already had new tires that fit my car). I even offered to pay for them to put them back on while i left. The associate was incredibly rude to me and threw my dirty tires in the backseat of my brand new car. However, the associate DID NOT take the time and care to place the tires on the sheet i had placed on half of my backseat but on the uncovered portion. I got upset, left and got my tires put on at another shop (where they did not say my ware bars were showing, no problem there). I later called the manager and explained to him that some of my school books and my seats were basically ruined and he had the nerve to say "everyone is human, we all make mistakes." I said "right careless mistakes by your employees ruined my brand new car" and all he could say was he was sorry. I am currently attmepting to write to the corporate office with this incredibly bad service to see if they will actually do something for my brand new seats that are now ruined and $300 worth of school books. Thanks Les Schwab!

I had a ball joint installed on my 2015 Silverado in Omak WA in may and they rotated and balanced my tires, I was told one of my rims was bent and they said they added extra weight to get it to balance but if that did not work out, I could purchase a rim and they would mount and balance the tire for free. Well it is August and the tire was vibrating so I took it the Les Schwabs in Deer Park and they did the work and it was $26:00 and I had also asked them to check my U-joints and they charged me for the mount and balance but did not even come close to checking my U-joints. I have bought my last tires and will not do business with them again.
had alignment done at a tire shop across street from les schwab for $70 and it fixed my problem after les schwab gave me an estimate of $700 for replacing all the front end and that an alignment wouldn't work. I'm glad I got that 2nd oppinion. they are rip offs.
I had a tire blow out last August on the freeway by Cheney Salnave exit. I called Les Schwab and had them come change my tire to the spare. I then went to the Les Schwab in Cheney where I purchased a brand new tire for $180. I was back on the road with my 9 and 11 year old daughters in the car. 90 minutes later my brand new tire blew out by Vantage, the tire I had just purchased in Cheney. I again called Les Schwab and this time was told that if I didn't go back to Les Schwab to have them fix my tire I would have to pay $90 to have them change my tire, the tire they sold me that blew out again. A nice man saw that I needed help and changed my tire for me, luckily I have a full size spare. The following Monday I took my car and the blown tire to Les Schwab in Spokane, North Division store and was told that the Les Schwab in Cheney had not changed the valve stem and that it was old and cracked and caused the brand new tire to blow. They replaced it for free. Now fast forward to November, when I had my snow tires put on. I asked specificially if my spring/summer tires were still fine to put back on in the spring, the gentleman I was working with at Les Schwab on Regal in Spokane assured me that my tires were more than fine to drive on for another year before needing to replace them. Fast forward to today, 03/29/2011. I took my car to have my snow tires removed at the Les Schwab on North Division in Spokane and was told that they would NOT put my spring/summer tires back on my car because 2 of them are pretty worn, there is no wear bar showing at all, but they refused to change them and told me I would have to buy 2 new tires. I told them to put my tires back in my car and I left. Now my tires are being changed by Perfection Tire on North Division with no arguements. Thanks Les Schwab for making it so easy for me to become a Perfection Tire customer.
Wow I have another one...Have been dealing with les schwab for over 5 years, have had account all the way up and paid off 3 times for different vehicles (tires mostly). Every time I go in there its another thing needs to be fixed IE: may it be I go in for rear brake noise they have me get front brakes...I go home with front brake noise. I take it back for front brake noise on their new brakes 3 days later they say they are new and it is "common". 3 weeks later I take it to another Les Schwab for a "free brake check" they tell me they see the other store put the brakes on and that they were a little dusty so they cleaned them up and slapped them back in there good to go...2 weeks later I take it back to the original Les schwab they say it is because I have a Plymouth and that it is common for the cruisers and some of the Plymouths to have constant brake noise. (?!?!?!) to come in and they would give me different pads that should have less noise for these "plymouths"...I go to get my car they say that I am good to go but it is the car and those plymouths have noisey brakes (the car was hit in the rear end that looks worse then what it is...never had any problems for 2 years) Now facial damage gives them an excuse... it is because the frame is probably bent causing the brakes to make noise. I thought about it and went back to ask him the name brand of the free brake pads that are less noisy for "those plymouths" (that I walked to and from work in the freezing cold after having to drop it off all day for them) he tells me oh we didn't put those on...we decided it is the car. WTF?!?!?! My brakes sound like %$#@@$ $@ #@! and I owe them another 400$ Im pissed havent paid and now Im being threatened to collection today! I stop and my brakes to go the floor and go eeeeeerrrrrrrrr
my car did'nt do that before I brought it to Les Schwab! Like I said I have had my account jacked up to $2000 3 times and back to zero now I am in collection for over $1000 which has occured through these months of not having my car fixed and excuses and with brakes that are probably unsafe! I have other stories as well about rims they put on my volks and now the bearing that is out...my mechanic put it in 2 months earlier and was perfect on the way to les schwab and barely could make it home...which they wont fess up for. I have other stories as well! I wouldn't have said anything but it looks like a lot of people have stories. Les Schwab I am DisSATISFIED! You get ZERO stars! You will one day learn that you can't BURN your customers we keep you in business not us in collections with faulty products and employees who @#$% up our vehicles!
I would like to know who to call to put a complaint in aganist Les Schwab. I have dealt with them for ten years on tires and just recently on brakes. My brake man was out of town and I was at Les Schwab. They talked me into doing my brakes there. Wrong choice. I constantly went back to get them done right. At one point they said I needed back brakes. Another misstake. Finally when I took it to my brake man, I watched him take the back brakes off in pieces. They destroyed my brakes front and back and who knows what other parts. My brake man had to try and reshape part of the wheel(this is a 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander Suv). I did take the broken parts back to them, sat it on their counter. They just ignored me and what I had to say.
I recently went back to get my studs off and put new tires, ( balanced and alignment, $500, put on my account). I didn't even make it home, I had to call them, it was all over the road. A girl employee said it may be annoying but not unsafe, bring it back sometime during the week. I called a few days later, talked to a guy. He said they don't balance the tires unless you ask. I assured him everything was done. They refused to let me bring my suv back in at that time. I waited until the next week, insisting to bring it in, telling them it was unsafe not just annoying. I got a call while working and they told me it was a faulty calapier. It had tore up my new roters and brake pads and could cause my brakes to go out if I didn't get it fixed right away. I reminded them they put those on when they did my brakes months before. He blamed my brake man, because he did my brakes since. (Why would I ever go back to them for brakes)!
Another almost $1000.00 to fix their misstake (by my brake man again). My account is up to $2000. and $150.00 monthly, (Les Schwab) . The brakes were redone over and over back and front and who knows how much they have charged me. I would really have to look at all my bills and charges. But it has been close to $2000. since to have someone else do the brakes back and front, the calapiers etc. I feel they lied to me, they let me drive an unsafe suv and I still have to pay them back for all their misstakes . They do not know how to do brakes properly. I know there are alot of customers who I now know personally that have had similar problems. I really would like to find out what I can do about this.
I do drive for a living and keep my car up, through Mitsubishi and my own mechanic and I thought Les Schwab(tires). They are also blaming me for my driving skills on the brakes. It's funny, I never have had this problem with my brake man, and he works for a business(Gaynors) and has his own business at home.(Over 20years)
Please get back to me to advise me what I should do. I can't seem to find a Les Schwab corporate office to call and tell them about this.

not honest as advertising states
Les schwab was not honest to me! As their ad states.
I will never use les schwab tires ever again. They had a loyal customer. I planned to always use them for the rest of my life.
I bought tires in california where I lived. I moved to utah. The tires developed rubber separation, (A bubble developed on the tire). So I took it to the lindon utah store...
They had the manager look at it and then they danced around saying they could see some kind of a diagonal wear, (Even though they could not show it to me) and that my tires do not come with a warranty, and even if it had they still would not fix it was the fault of my car that created the bubble, it was not the tire fault. That my transmission did not run smooth... And that was the reason.
I was shocked that I would get more honesty in california than utah. I thought I had found a company that lived up to their motto. Apparently not in utah. If you are going to use les schwab tires, don't use the utah stores. They just are not honest.
tire chain prices
Called for a tire chain quote. Was given a quote almost DOUBLE what I could get from a truckstop, roadside facility etc. These roadside peddlers, truckstops etc. are NOT known for their competitive pricing. Enter Les Schwab... They make the other guys look like they are handing out deals. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, STAY AWAY FROM LES SCHWAB FOR TIRE CHAINS! I can't imagine what there "warranty" is like.

service
After servicing vehicles, they park them off the propery, 2 blocks away, and the customer has to go and find it. I know this because my husband talked to a woman today, and it happered to her. They are rude and have a "I don't care" attitude. We will NEVER do business with them again!
i wanted a quote on parts les told me he would call me back with info he decided on his own that i no longer wanted ny quote and after i waited a day for him to get back to me he acted as if he was lying about info to me and would not give me a strait answer
They where suppose to put me on a $50 a month payment plan. After one month I woke up to the sould of a les shwab worker taking my tires off my car in my driveway! I instantly called them and they told me they tried to contact me for full payment "like we agreed." I never agreed to anything except a $50 mo. payment plan! The manager on the phone was so rude to me. He scolded my financial situation and told me that he had 3 kids and wife and was still able to make full payments on his tires...not that I was asking for his opinion on my financial restraints anyways! Never again would I go there! Just so you know its the les shwab on Imbri drive in Hillsboro OR. Stay away! Quaker state tires is much better!
terrible experience
Les Schwab in Emmett, ID sold me 10 inch rims and tires that require no wider then 9 inch rims and said I was good to go. While pulling my 5th wheel down the interstate I had 2 rear tires fail. I got into Pocatello, ID and went to Les Schwab.I was told they didn't know why the tires failed and never seen a tire wear around the bead area like mine was doing. so they sold me 4 new tires, again to small for the rims.
I started to learn more about tires and talked with a tire manufacture about my situation. I looked at Les Schwab data books on what the widest rim for my tires are and asked them about how safe my tires are being on a 10 inch rim pulling a 38 foot 5th wheel. They replied we do this all the time and it's safe. I then called the manufacture and asked them and they replied absolutely not. My tire being on that wide of a rim would spin on the rim causing braking problems and bead separation and tire failure.
I contacted Les Schwab headquarter and was referred back to the Pocatello tire center. The Pocatello tire center said I could trade my 10 inch rims in on an 8 inch set for about $300.00. I said no and they pointed me to the door.
My family and I have done allot of business with Les Schwab in the past. NEVER AGAIN!

complaints
I've read complaints about this company. Do any of you understand business or do you just want things for free? Perhaps an understanding of how things work would help your ponit of view.
It is with sad regret that"The day the music died was when the man himself died" I have gotten so many tires for so many years and with great satisfaction. Once I had to file a claim and sent the tire back and the research team acknowledgred a problem and paid the bill. Awesome help. Today I have come against a problem unsolved. I went to repair four tires and came back to find that one was still flat. I needed to have tires"Bought at les schwab" swapped to different wheels. I was charged for it never would have happened before he died. When I was leaving on a trip to ND I got 5 miles out of boise and had a flat. the wheel was not balanced or they would have known the wheel was bent and couldnt be balanced. A little garage in big timber montana found it. Before Leaving Nampa Idaho I had the spare fixed and in the process found that a tire on the back of my van was destroyed. I needed a spare so they put the one tire on and sold me 4 tires and a rim for the back. I sat for an hour before they got to the flat and then went faster when there was money involved. they got so friendly and even when I told them we were headed out? NO PROBLEM we will put your name on the 2 tires and pick them up when you get back. Well you guessed it! Those tires put on in april and taken off for one bad one to keep all the tires the same were GONE. they admited that they had great tread and would give me 85.00 a tire Mounted and balanced they would have been 218.85 per new a wonderful Timberline at 235 85r16 look it up. I talked to a man named Randy at headquarters . He called Nampa and THE MUSIC HAS DIED SO HERES TO LES BYE BYE MR> AMERICAN PIE you are missed as another quality dealer heads to Calif. and brings the corporate percentage theory into play in once was an outstanding company. Randy seems to be a puppet with no real authority. On my other truck I barely made it off as they either didn't tighten or tightened the wheel too much and when I stopped only one lug nut was barely there. I'm leaving after being faithfull for 37 years. Heres to a mans man Mr. Schwab you did me good and your guy's dont even run like they used to. HELLO MR BRUNEEL your still alive and your service cant be worse than being almost wrecked and ripped off for 2 tires because I trusted Mr schwab's grandchildrens corporation so even though I wont make 1.48 billion this year like Schwab corporation.I refuse to smear Les it wont be off the back of a man that could have died because of your peoples inability to put a rim on right. Nor will it be because I need to steal a mans good tires and pay him less than half what a tire is worth. BECAUSE NO PROBLEM WE" LOST? THEM BRUNEEL TIRES WE GO THE EXTRA MILE> hopefully then I'll get 6 before it goes flat
I had a break job done by Les Schwab, as we had been getting all of our company vehicles checked there. We had always had little problems, although nothing was unsafe, we had to put business off to fight them for a correction. Not this time. The screwed in the break line WAY too tight causing it to rip off on the front driver side corner, on a mountain two lane two way road, and I had to maneuver a full size ford econoline in between the moving traffic, scraping the side of a mother taking her 3 year old to school. I race cars for fun and because of this I was able to only hit the side of her car rather than rear end her, head on another car, or go off the side of a cliff.
End of the story is thus, there service has been going significantly down hill for 8 years, since i got my license. I had two independent shops that we use, and another that we have used periodically in the past(who twice referred us to Les Schwab) state that the brakes were done wrong and that was the cause of the accident. We are now in litigation over the matter.
I took the info to the manager, and he stated it was because they had many people come and go as employees and they had little to no prior experience in some cases.
I have taken cars there multiple times, and they would pull excuses like I can not legally put the tires back on to there is no warranty on that item, yet I have experiences where I got my tires balanced and rotated, which includes a simple inspections. They put tires so bald back on my car that ehy blew the following day, with my daughter in the car on the freeway. I am responsible for my cars well being. This is why I pay professionals to look and maintenance it.
Adding up the tallies of my own purchases since I got my first car and they exceed $14k. As for our company, they exceed well over $50k.
I am not asking for things for free, but if I were where would be the customer appreciation.
just a bunch of lying schlabs
I called Les Schwab tires asked them what they would charge for putting up for tires on my car, they said 55 dollars. I also asked if I could make an appointment, Louis the clerk says, that it is 'first come first served' policy, I ask if they are busy. He said no. I live 5 min away, so I drive in and hands over my key at 12:46. They are finishing up other cars, and I wait. When 20 minutes later I see other cars pull in that came after me long after, I walk up to the counter and inquire about my car. They clerk Marcus goes outside to check, I follow, I watch him pull down my keys from the top of the board and hands them to a mechanic. He tells him to take it in the back way. He stops him and asks him when the car was checked in, the mechanic looks at the paper and says 12:46. Marcus then comes up to me at the door, and says that the car had only been waiting for 17 min. I looked on my cellphone to check the time and it was 1:09. I said: 17 min, the car was checked in 12:46, that is no 17 minutes. He walks away.
So now someone doesn't know how to count, or are blatantly lying.
Next, I get my keys, and pays, but no 55 dollars, instead 77 dollars. No apology. When the clerk Marcus throws out the workorder, I ask to get it because it doesn't state what time the car was checked in only when it was done.
I call the headquarter and there I talk to another Les Schwab airhead, and he has no idea how to handle my complaint, doesn't know what to say, and all his excuse is that he doesn't know what happened. I asked him if the condone that kind of behavior to lie to a customer. Talking grand about giving great customer service, my foot, this is the last time I will had Les Schwab service my car again.
Not only that but my tires that I bought at Tirerack.com saved me 667 dollars by buying them there and have them put on by Les Schwab instead of buying the tires from Les Schwab. That should tell any buyer something, at least be aware and save yourself from being robbed by a bunch of lying schlabs at Les Schwabs.

awful company
Les Schwab Tire Co. in Windsor, CA. More interested in making sales than providing good service. Installed tires that proved dangerous on the highway. When customer returned, reps acted unconcerned but casually reported this was the sixth report of same problem on the new tires by Toyo. Too busy ringing up sales to talk to customer. Customer has to flag down reps to get responses to simple questions, even when store is not busy. Every question is answered with a cryptic answer to deflect further questioning. Supervised intervened. But the whole thing excused because "customers do not really want to be informed" and this customer is rare bird.

terrible everything
Went in to have tire checked at the Renton Les Swaub. Just had whole front end of vehicle repainted a month ago. Washed and waxed car yesterday and there was no damage. Car was not driven after washing and waxing except to take to get tire fixed. After tire was serviced there were multiple deep gauges in the front fender side where tire was repaired. There were still paint chips hanging on damage area. Showed shop manager and told him that these chips would not still be hanging if the damage had taken place somewhere else and the car had been driven. Shop manager claimed that there was no way that he could have done the damage.

Fraud and scam
I purchased Allied Type 60 Smoothie Chrome Plate Steel Wheels from Les Schwab tires in Marysville — two on 5/03/07 and three on 11/09/06. The tires were for a 1956 Ford Victoria. It has not been driven since the tires were installed as I am having the engine work done. All five wheels now have rust on them. I asked the Les Schwab dealer to replace them and he said they were no longer under warranty. I have other cars I have had for years with chrome wheels and they haven't rusted. I think these were inferior and should be replaced.

Went out of town on a road trip took my truck in to the Les schwab in Ogden UT. because it wasn't handling well they did an alinment and left all the tie rods loose runed two of the tie rod and bolth tires trieing to get home to spokane Les Schab in mazula MT. Gave my krap saing that it was the Ogden UT. Branchs problem and sent me and my family on there way finaly got home to spokane WA. And took it back to Les Schwab and they said they been hassling with the Ogden UT. Branch and they were not going to cover it. The Les Schwab here in spokane gave me a 50% off but I'm still quit angery Les Schwab broke it they should have fixed it. NO MATER WHICH Les Schwab I went to.
Les Schwab fired my daughter after giving birth to my grandson. She was told to be available 24/7. Its funny how the les schwab web site doesnt have a 'contact' us link, they are also not on twitter of facebook so a person could publicly comment on their conduct. They allowed her the legally required time off for maternity leave, but what company requires an employee to be available 24/7? Lastly it does seem like discrimination to me. she has worked there for years, and does have seniority over her co-workers, showing that she was singled out because she has a child, and/or at 8 months old she wants her or her husband to be home with the baby...too much to ask?
Glaciergrizzly, yousa so asupid. Da tyas on da wims... wims no wust, ba produkt, da milk wusted.
The fact is that these items were bought with an understanding of craftsmanship and integraty. By rusting after such a short period of time, with little use that would cause the wearing of anti-rusting materials on the chrome, means that these producter were neither. Hence if they want to advertise that they only sell the best, they should mean it. 100% agree, they have too many busy bodies going through there doors with no prior experience and passing them off as employee's, that work is not done correctly and that stock is not known.
The Les Schwab wheel warranty is for 1 year. It is irrelevant whether the wheels were driven on, or put in a museum. 1 year is 1 year. That's like buying a gallon of milk and not opening it, and then taking it back to the store after a month, and complaining that it's spoiled, and you didn't even take the lid off...
scammed my wife
My wife went to Les Scwab tire center to have a set of their tires rotated, which they did, then charged her for doing it. After a phone call to them from me, they said if I came back a refund would be given. I feel they took advantage of her because she is a woman. I am not happy, do to an extra trip to the store and my time. I will go to the store seeking a refund and a pound of flesh. I will make sure they understand that this is not at all acceptable.

liar liar pants on fire
Purchased a set of 20X10 Spank 8 lug by Foose Designs, the wheel has been around for a while and has been discontinued.
This was the last set available, I looked every where. The store I bought the wheels through said they were discounted on price due to the fact they were being discontinued. I was also informed if they ordered them they were mine. No second thoughts on this transaction. I said no problem.
When I received the wheels I was very excited! Only to realize when I got them home to gaze at their splendor they were a USED SET OF WHEELS! What the *** man. Les Schwab has justified to me that they are not in the wrong because of the price I paid and what I was getting for said price, and reminded me that I ordered the wheel sight unseen and now they were mine.
I cant write how I truly feel about this incident, Les Schwab has not yet offered to reconcile, bottom line THEY LIED the wheels were said to be new in the box and never mounted, hardly, they had a min. of 20, 000 miles on them in my guesstimation. I would never take ownership of a used wheel. Dirty Dog Liars, I will never do business with them again. Eleven years I have had an account there, 6 sets of rims and tires 4 sets of snow tires my little brother has used my account and so has my Dad, add that up suckers, DISCOUNT TIRE CO. Here I come.

I love Les Schwab and sent my daughter with complete trust to Les Schwab to take care of her car needs. They are always honest. I shopped around in the beginning when I dealt with them but couldn't beat their prices along with the service. I guess there are always people who are unhappy no matter what is done to try to make them happy.
paint damage
Brought my car in for a brake job because one of the calipers had hung up causing the pad to wear very rapidly resulting in grinding on the disk. So far I have no complaints about the brake job, but the day after I got the car back I had occasion to look more closely at the front end and discovered that a large, fairly wide, line of paint had been scraped...
