I just had LG here again now as my new washing machine is giving issues. This is seriously crazy, now its the back left sides shocks thats finished again. This after two months. Are you guys selling grey products? I just find it impossible, first machine arrived at my home with no back screws, second machine after two months the shocks are gone. LG will be sending the store a credit and suggest you swop out my model for a LGF2V9GCP2E. Please discuss this with your seniors because Im annoyed and feel that I need to take it up with the consumer council. first time it took you guys 3 weeks to replace my machine and a major inconvenience to me cause I ended up having to go to laundrys to have my clothes done and an extra expense to me. Please please discuss this with your seniors and get back to me asap so that I know which route to follow. A replacement for the third time is now being given as they refusing to change the model and want me to be liable for the cost difference of model. This is not my fault that here clearly is a problem with this model or it is just poorly made.
