I called customer Service to complain on after cleaning my range knobs that is starting to pit and the coding is coming off and so is the print on the knob so I don’t know what I’m cooking on. I was told by customer Service that it is a cosmetic defect not a manufacture defect and therefore it’s not covered under warranty. These knobs are only 13 months old. I’ve spent a total of $20,000 on lg
products because I was told that they are a good company and they stand by their products and yet I was told by customer service that I cleaned them wrong that you’re not to use warm water with a gentle soap on them.
