I had purchased LG refregerator @2010. In Aug-2023 we switched OFF fridge as we were outstation. After return on 25th Aug 2023 we switched it ON, but it was NOT starting. On 26-08-2023 we contacted LG customer care. A technician named Mr. Jeetendra attended and checked and told us that the PCB has got short and that it needs to be repaired/ replaced. When I checked I observed that the PCB in my NEW refrigerator ( which was never repaired ) was found already a SECOND HAND REPAIRED ONE with components replaced and filled with Silicone type adhesive around replaced components on PCB which is usually done after replacing of short conponents. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IN A BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR. Which means the NEW refrigerator purchased by us from DASS electricals (your authorised Sales outlet ) in Wanawadi Pune 411040 was already tampered.
Attached is a PCB Pict . You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for new PCB free of cost and refund ra 300/- visit charges taken by your technician Mr. Jeetendra who attended the complaint
Desired outcome: My refrigerator needs to be replaced with a NEW PCB AND REFUND OF VISIT CHARGED RS 300/- paid to your technician Mr. Jitendra
