Repeat and unwelcomed solicitations
My privacy rights are being broken every time I receive and unwelcomed solicitation from Live Nation via email. There is no option to unsubscribe and all links are broken.
Live Nation Website - Beck at Irving Plaza

Live Nation's practices are fueling the anti-consumer ticket re-sale market.
They recently released tickets for a Beck show at Irving plaza in NYC, a place that has been trying to mitigate this issue for a long time and has even made ticket buying bots illegal.
Irving Plaza is very small but despite this, they allowed for up to 6 tickets to be bought at a time. Artist pre-sale sold out immediately and their own pre-sale code that they advertised, didn't even work (not sure if this is false advertising?).
Upon general sale, there were no tickets left. However, there have been dozens, if not hundreds, on ticket re-sale sites since the artist pre-sale, 2 days before the tickets were even released. These are selling for at least 2x the original price.
Desired outcome: Live Nation to change practices to better protect consumers; smaller ticket limits on smaller venues, working pre-sale codes, etc.
No tickets
I purchased Steely Dan tickets, they charged my PayPal account, sent me a confirmation email and then when my tickets never showed up on their app, they disavowed my purchase. Just like Ticket Master, there is no live support. Ticket Master was no help either. The two companies are supposed to be working together but apparently their IT departments don't have it together. I had to finally contact Pay Pal to see if they could help affirm my purchase. But apparently Live Nation FUBARed it and Pay Pal decided refunding my money was the only option. Considering the millions Live Nation and Ticket Master make with their exorbitant fees per ticket, you would think they could afford a decent ticketing system and as well as support. But no, too damn greedy.

Northwell jones beach tower to tunnel concert 8/21/21
Told by live nation representative at VIP entrance before we entered, no rain till 10pm, torrential downpour, 2 disabled people handicapped plates, electric fire on stage, wet slippery floor, we had insurance Allianz and with rain clothes and small umbrella clothes drenched, went to other concerts there no rain like that, hurricane Henri, concert should have been canceled, we paid 4 tickets over $600, would like a refund, our seats uninhabitable we were in water to our ankles.

Traffic at white river amphitheater
This is in regards to the Maroon 5 concert on august 10th 2021. Myself and 2 friends purchased 3 tickets for the first concert of the year Maroon 5 we were so excited to finally go to an event after a year and a half lock down. We meet at my house since im 15 minutes away to our surprise traffic was backed up no big deal untell after sitting in line for 2 and half hours with traffic not moving at all 1 side of the main hwy was closed completely so non concert goers were routed to our line . Concert starting at 700 730 were still in line not moving getting closer to 800 main event starting still sitting in line. 915 we are trying to park in the lot no parking. There was no one directing traffic untell 900 or so.with 4 lanes of traffic going no where . by the time we got to maybe park than walk 1 mile back to the main gate encore was happening i was so mad we just kept going i was not going to fight traffic again leaving that place. I get it traffic can be a pain but i also worked for aramark for 4 years when they first opened. I worked farm aid and it was so much better organized with traffic police There was no organized traffic knowing the main road was closed i was very dissappointed and what a waste of money i dont think i will be attending another. Im sure all the 200 cars behind us were not happy either they also missed the show
No respond to email about my credit I have coming.
All I want is to talk to someone about why I can't use the code giving to me for the over 300.00 credit I have coming.Is there no phone number where you can talk to an actual person? Kind of sounds like you people don't like dealing with problems. If you don't want to deal with me just refund my original amount of money I spent on Black Crowes tickets for SPAC.

Ordered merch on July 23, it's August 10 nothing. Paid for expedited shipping package sent parcel select (cheapest form of shipping) not expedited at all. [censored] this company. They rip off so many people. I'll never buy from them again. I reached out to them via email and only got generic responses. [censored]. My money is hard earned why would I waste it on expedited shipping only to receive standard shipping. Their website states turn around time of 2-4 business days, so why the [censored] am I still waiting on my package. I'll tell you why...cause they stole my money by offering false services. I work for the USPS so I am aware of what shipping prices should be. The price I paid for expedited shipping is the same price the USPS charges for overnight shipping.

Ticket purchase - Phish, Alpharetta, GA - 7/31/21
I was number 115 in the queue to purchase tickets on Friday, May 21, 2021 - signed on at 9:50. These tickets were for the Phish show in Alpharetta, GA on 7/31. By 10am, I was logged in & secured four reserved seats by 10:04am. Please see the attached photo. The ticket system would not let me proceed as it indicated there was no delivery method for my (unselected) free parking. I tried clicking the radial button on "USA" to select my location but none of these buttons worked. As a last resort, I backed my browser up (understanding I would lose those tickets) and tried again. I probably secured 8 sets of four tickets at some point for the next 30 minutes but was unable to proceed each time. I tried drilling into my profile to see if I had selected something for delivery improperly, but the buttons would not let me access these features either. I am exceptionally disappointed and would appreciate some appropriate resolution to this matter.
Desired outcome: Clearly, I would like four tickets - but understanding that is unlikely, I would appreciate follow up.
Charged for merchandise on november 30, 2020; never received
I placed an order for Harry Styles merchandise (a sweatshirt and two pairs of socks) through his website (https://hstyles.co.uk/tour) on November 30, 2020. I received an email confirming the order (HST #405902) and I was charged via PayPal that same day. I have evidence in my PayPal account that I have been charged on that date. I have heard nothing since.
In searching for information to contact the company I was redirected to the Live Nation website and I sent an email to their support department on February 12. They acknowledged receipt of my email, and that they were extremely overloaded and to not email them again or I would be put on the bottom of the list. Today is March 1. I have still heard nothing. I would still like to receive the merchandise as my daughter has been waiting 3 months.

I placed an order on February 5th on Gwen Stefani store website (owned by LIVE NATION) and today is February 26th and not only have I never received any sort of confirmation or tracking but the contact email sends a generic prompt response and if you email again it literally sends an email saying you've reached your limit on emails and your emails are blocked. It's obviously a SCAM! They took my money and I'm stuck with no way to contact anyone and still no package or even a hint of one coming.

I placed my order for the jonas brothers throwback t-shirt on December 4, 2020 for a Christmas present for my son's girlfriend. I still have not received my purchase and she has still not received her Christmas present. I paid a total of $44.71. I've sent numerous emails to this company in the last 3 months and all I have gotten in return is automated responses. Do not purchase from this company, they will take your money and disappear. Fraud!

In dec 2020 I ordered 2 shirts from the Cher Shop. Run by Live Nations . I have never received my merchandise . There is no number to call . My emails go unanswered . I would like a refund or find out where my merchandise is ? I'm very disappointed . These were Christmas gifts . When I punch in the UPS number it doesn't look like my stuff has even been shipped? It doesn't move .

I ordered a Hoodie and crew neck sweater for my daughter on Dec. 11, 2020 and paid for expedited delivery and still have not received my order. I've tried contacting them three times and finally got a generic email on Dec. 29, 2020 apologizing for delay but no response when it will ship. There seems to be no way to talk to a human being and I sent another request yesterday asking for a refund and I will turn this into the BBB if I don't here back this week. I purchased Haim merchandise back in June 2020, and still have not received my order. They accepted my credit card payment, and just continued to send vague emails asking for patience and that orders are taking longer than normal to fill.
I sent an email 2 weeks ago requesting a refund and have heard nothing. This is really terrible customer service.
Legally, an order needs to be filled within a certain time frame, or the customer should receive a refund. Judging by all of the complaints here, I think that Live Nation has successfully scammed all of us and kept our money.

I have not received any detail about this order, no estimated delivery, no estimated shipment date. I did receive a tracking number mt00462647. When I checked this number it said label created not in system. Contacted Live Nation again 11/2/20 and they created another dead end tracking number. I can not find a customer service number that works for the West Coast. I can not understand why this website remains on line. They of course took my money.

Worst experience ever! Have never been more frustrated in my life. Ordered an item, and then given a tracking number that is not trackable. Website makes it appear to be coming from within u.S. (beverly hills); but shipped from uk via "toll" shipping co. Then, handed off to ups "innovations" who then are supposed to transfer over to usps.

Emailed harry styles merch twice, and they reply days later with a generic email stating that due to covid-19 they are short-handed and will get order out asap... Blah, blah, blah. Obviously they did not read my email or they would have seen it left the building. It is now sitting in limbo somewhere between ups "innovation" and the US. Postal service"accepting it (been pending for almost 2 weeks). Postal service says to contact sender because it was never scanned and handed over to them. I then saw on the internet better business website that they've had similar, numerous complaints way before covid-19. Also, would like to mention I ordered harry merch from other sellers in the uk, and all arrived within days and before my event. Will now call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Good lesson not to order from a website with no contact info, doesn't say where it's shipping from, and absolutely no customer reviews on the items. Big red flag! Oh, and company called"gnarleywood" magically appeared on last communication. Called them up; phone rings a dozen times before hanging up on you! Harry styles wouldn't approve of this BS. Treat people with kindness!
Will not refund my money for covid canceled concert tickets
Feb 2020 purchased 2 tickets for Santana @ BB&T Pavillion in Camden NJ through Live Nation amount $314.50. Concert was scheduled for 8/28/20 but was canceled in April due to Covid-19 I was notified via text by Live Nation that they were working to reschedulue in 2021 and no refunds will be given. 5/5/20 Live nation posted a statement saying after enormous complaints they reversed their original policy and would issue refunds in 30 days for any canceled events and when an event is rescheduled will issue refunds 30 days after new date is posted if new date does not work for the purchaser. They are liars they get around it by labeling ALL CANCELED EVENTS by labeling then as POSTPONED! I called the automated customer service today [protected] entered all required info for the refund process and was told I didnt qualify as my event is POSTPONED!This was a birthday gift for my husband and now we have no concert and no money.
I had an identical experience with 3 Santana concert lawn tickets for 7/6/20 in Pittsburgh. It has been "rescheduled "twice. I requested an exchange for 2 pavilion tickets, due to my sister having open heart surgery and could no longer sit on the ground. They refused. They wouldnt provide handicapped access tickets either.. The only thing they would do is resell the tickets, at a 10% commission and at an unknown price. When I asked to get paper tickets so I could sell myself, they ignored my request and AGAIN sent their ticket resale form to me to return by email. After 2 years, I just want my paper tickets, and they REFUSE to email me them . In that same call, I tried to purchase outright 2 pavilion seats for my disabled sister, but the customer service agent (out of Miami) said he could give me a row number, but no specific seats. This has all of the markings of a Ponzi Scheme. I am filing a request to investigate w/ Pa Sate Attorney Generals office. Everyone should do the same.
Concert merchandise
Ordered concert tickets for TSO/El Paso, Texas on September 10, 2019 for a concert on December 4, 2019, through Ticketmaster. I also added two concert t-shirts at $30 each and paid for all in September. Went to the concert on the 4th and went to the merchandise table to get my t-[censored]s. I was told that they would be mailed, OK I stated - but I did not have the opportunity to chose the design I would like. So, disenchanted I walked away and watched the concert wondering when I would get my shirts and what style I would receive. The next day, December 5, I received in the mail from Live Nation a package. Opening the package, there were two t-shirts for TSO. These two shirts were the cheapest shirts I have ever seen. These shirts weren't even at the concert for sale. The shirts did not even have the 2019 Winter tour schedule on the back side. I called customer support at Ticket Master and was informed that they do not handle the merchandise sales. I tracked down the information for Live Nation and here I am - disgruntled and with two cheap shirts and no way to rectify this issue. MY ADVISE, DO NOT PREORDER MERCHANDISE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CHOSE OF THE ITEMS! JUNK SHIRT!
Recent disaster concert
Hi I am a regular customer and can not believe I am making a complaint, I purchased 3 tickets to watch christina agualera sing and I was not amused and very disappointed, The opening of the concert was a good band and went off at 8.30pm, I was then left waiting as I thought Christina started at 9pm to find she was half an hour late and came kn just after 9.30pm, then her backup crew did more singing than she did she never sang any full songs she invented (pathetic), Christina kept disappearing through back which we barely saw her she was more off stage than on, Christina finished quite abruptly at 10.30pm as she left back up singers and crew on stage not announcing the backup crew were actually singing the last song .I noted times down as she was late and this is very unacceptable as I paid for 3 tickets to watch Christina sing not back up see her on stage I am not accepting this as I paid good money and it was disaster absolutely shocking .
