Love's Travel Stop review: Shop maintenance

At loves #391 for repairs been there for almost 3 hour for a tire and a brake chamber which should only take 1hour and a half and still haven't got anything done I've been here since 11:00 am this is unacceptable I'm a diesel mechanic and it doesn't take this long to do the repairs ever time I go to check on a status all they are doing is standing around talking not getting the work done and I have to wait and I'm not making money while they are talking and not working.
