incorrect billing/poor customer service
Lucillie Roberts changed the original billing information I had provided them with, charging the wrong account for five months. They then sent a postcard to the wrong name requesting payment for that five month period of time. I tried to contact them to fix the matter and was unable to reach anyone in customer service for three months. In that time period...

Lucille Roberts continued to remove funds from my account when my contract ended 1/3/10.They do not answer their phones nor do they tell the truth when you sign up.I was told in 1/3/08 that if I signed up now for 2 years it's the best deal ever.What do you know 3 weeks later a much better deal and shorter contract.Your employees were always on their cell phones putting their business out there for everyone in the gym to hear and they were always rude.I will NEVER return to your gym again.

self renewing contractual scam
I joined Lucille Roberts in 2007. I signed a 1 year contract at 20.00 a month. I paid my bill in full, at the end of the 12 months my contract was up and I received a receipt with a 0. balance. I was told by the rep that I had nothing more to worry about as far as a bill goes. Today, in 2009, I get a call from Lucille Roberts telling me that I owe over 325.00 because I had never called or emailed them to cancel my membership. I explained to them the situation, and I was told that it was my responsibility to cancel even after I received a zero balance and was told that my membership was cancelled. I have since contacted the State Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. Beware!

I am a license aerobic instructor. I have never been to a gym like the one I attend in linden New Jersey. The manger is very nasty to her students in her class. I attended one of her classes and she was making comments like "you have been coming here for a long time and you still haven't lost any weight lets go." Now I use to push may students, but I never tried to humiliate any of my students. She needs to be trained on how to speak to people.
I would also like to know what the policy is for employees taking breaks and getting a personal trainer to train her for over 45mins while other students are being trained. This is your manger that im speaking about. What kind of example is Lucille Roberts showing. . How long is a break? And should an employee get personal training while other paying customers are getting personal training in that little space that is allotted for training. Today there were 3 personal trainers in the small space. 1 trainer had 2 woman and the other trainer had one woman. I don't know what the rules are, but Lucille Roberts need to have someone check out this matter. When I asked the mangers co-worker was the manger on the clock she didn't know what to say. The instructor that had just finished the 5:45 class said the manger was on break. I said o.k. I just want to know if Lucille Roberts have breaks for 45mins. HIRE ME. How long are the lunch breaks ?. I love Lucille Roberts and I love most of the instructors, but some of the students will not take that mangers crap. I don't like to complain, but I don't tolerate people holding a position thinking that they are the company everyone can be replaced. I won't stop and I will tell other customers not to tolerate any of Lucille Roberts of Linden New Jersey mangers crap Please let me hear from you so I can tell you if any changes are made. I have been attending the Lucille Roberts in Linden for years. The manager encourages her students in class and motivates them to keep pushing. As far as her hours, you dont know the hours that she works or what kind of breaks she gets. I know that Lucille Roberts encourages all mgmt to work out with the personal trainers. They want to keep their staff up to date on fitness trends in the industry. They need to get out from behind that desk sometimes and see what its like for the members in the classes and with the trainers. Lucille Roberts in Linden has fantastic instructors and GREAT classes and the best part is its a great price too. I love going there.
self renewing contract scam
Lucille Roberts has found a loop hole in the law. They are ripping unsuspecting consumers off. You sign up for a 1 or 2 year contract, then when your time is done if you do not contact them via mail or [protected] they will start billing you monthly. Here's the kicker as long as the contract is a month or less the do not need to notify you of your renewal, they will just automatically bill you on a monthly renewal after your initial contract is up. Then try to contact them at their [protected] number which is only available during the hours of 9-12 and 1-4, during most of those hours you will find the phone number either busy or you will remain on hold for extremely long periods of time to end up disconnected. Then try their website to find a mailing address and you get phone numbers. To date they have ripped me off for over $300.00. CONSUMERS BEWARE! FIND ANOTHER GYM

The cad that I was first given upon membership took a while to scan. I thought nothing of it. However, eventually it became an issue. The woman at the desk took it and cut it in two and said that they would mail one to me within a week. It's been over a month and no card. And I'm still being charged.

I joined the gym on 1/5/09 only to find out by noon the same day, I had to cancel. Due to medical issues, so i phoned around 2 pm, as was told to fax all papers to [protected] which was done at 7pm on 1/5/09. They also said on 1/7/09 that the papers must be send to them within 4 days to get a full refund. So on 1/8/09, at 8am I sent out all there paperwork -express mail which cost $13.00 & they received it 1/09/09 & I also have the proof. So after 7 calls which I'm keeping track of they just told me today, 2/10/09 they finally processed the fax, from 1/5/09 but they didn't process the express mail which they received 1/8/09. When you call one must have plenty of time since its a long time to get a person. So I will see if by next week I can get a better answer. There customer service people are terrible and don't know how to talk, very guetto...don't know how they are in business...as see they have numerous compliants against them so how do they stay open is beyond me...
stole 2-4g mp3 player from the locker
I purchase two 4G MP3 Player for my children christmas gift. I went to lucilleroberts fitness center to workout with a staff trainer 12/19/08 at 3:30pm. I put all my personal belonging in the locker and lock it with my combination lock. When i finish workout and return to the locker it was opened and all my belongings was gone. I went to the front desk to inquired about my belonging when the manager informed me that she told the staff to cut all of the locks off the locker because people normally leave there clothes overnight in the lockers but that was not the case i was right in the area where they can see me and they didn't asked me which one of the locker i was using. My clothes was in a clear garbage bag and my pocket book was at the front desk J&R plastic bag with my kid gift is nowhere to be found. The manager asked one of the staff to give me a new combination lock and she told me she is sorry and she is going downstairs where the bags of clothes are to see if she find it she never return i waited more than 15mins and i see no site of her so I had to leave to come home to pickup my kids. Please get intouch with me regarding this matter before i take action thanks.

worst gym ever!!
This is one of the worst gyms I've ever been to. The staff is consistently rude to clients and unhelpful with even the simplest tasks. Once, I asked for a class schedule. They told me they couldn't make copies because there was no ink and no paper and they didn't know when they would get either one of those things. I waited for weeks. The staff was always hostile to any questions. The hours are terrible and the staff constantly even tries to close the floor early. Some classes are good but I've had to take aerobic classes there with overweight instructors who clearly couldn't perform any of the moves. The gym and locker room are always grimy and in disrepair-the bathrooms especially. Once the sink literally fell off the wall and stayed that way for at least a week. All in all, it's not a very nice or welcoming place to work out. Sure, it's cheap but look at what you get. The last straw for me was when I showed up on Sunday at 11:00 and no one had opened the gym. There was a group of women waiting outside for more than an hour before anyone came. That is not acceptable in any way. When my membership lapsed I decided not to renew the contract and go through the irritation and frustration of working out at this gym.

Lucille Roberts is a rip-off -- if only I'd Googled before I joined! So, for those of you who do: DON'T JOIN LUCILLE ROBERTS! First, the terms of my membership were misrepresented to me -- I was told that my membership would start on my first visit to the gym. Later, I was told that it started on the day of the transaction.
Second, I made arrangements for my monthly fee to be billed to my credit card. But without any other notice, I received a collection notice stating that I owed fees for many months and that the debt would soon be referred to a collection agency. When I called to inquire, a customer service rep told me that the card on file had become inactive (this is true, I had changed banks) and claimed that attempts had been made to reach me.
I certainly never got any written notice. I have, over the last month, gotten a large number of phone calls that were either hang-ups or an murky recording starting in mid-sentence that gave no information but demanded a return call -- if these were "attempts to contact me, " they were inadequate, communicated no information, and in fact seemed designed to harass rather than "contact" me.
Third, customer service seems designed to prevent clients from finding resolution to concerns or complaints. The customer service rep to whom I spoke gave me no information. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she claimed the supervisor was in a meeting. When I asked for the supervisor to return my call to discuss my concerns, she claimed that no outgoing calls could be made. Finally I go the supervisor's name, and with still another request, I got her ID number. (Caroline, 1108.) The whole experience was appalling.

I was a member since they opened. Last September my membership ran out so I signed for another year. On October 25 of 2008 I was hurt at work. Couldn't cancel membership even though my work situation changed and I was no longer able to go to the gym. All their classes were finished after 8 pm.
I belonged to Bally's before and always came out of an exercise class sweaty and having burned calories. At Lucille Roberts I never once broke a sweat. Where do they find their instructors? Most at my gym were flabby (one even pregnant!) housewives themselves! If you like lame, sweatless step classes, Lucille Roberts is for you. However, the pilates instructor was excellent. The atmosphere is more like a social club for housewives than a real gym.

wait...so u cant be pregnant and want to be fit? with all honsty i would rather have instructors lose weight right in front of my eyes it motivates more...im a member in the bx and this one instructor eric started a lil overweight and you know what hes lost about 25 pounds and is in shape and has motivated me...so i feel like we all fall of the wagon the point is to get back on track...i messsed up this holiday ive eaten like a pig and honestly i feel like who cares, jan 1st my butt will be back at lucille getting fit again.i feel motivated there and luv my instrutors.we should encourage each other to get in shape you dont know what health issues someone can have like me i have lupus and its hard for me to lose weight but i try...im only a member but does that mean i cant be an instructor...u need to realize that we all arent perfect...

I have tried to cancel my membership over the last two months. I have sent in the right documents and they still have not cancel my membership. I have been trying to contact Lucille robers for a motnh now and are not able to speak to anyone. my contract with them ended on 2/22/2011, and they are still deducting monoes from my account. i was not informed that i would need to go on line to request that they stop taking monies out of my account. now i am stuck since there is not one to contact about this. this is stealing. I used the gym twice in one year, also i pay for personal training classes and only received 4 since the trainer quit.
This gym is not so bad. They have classes like zumba, remix etc. The membership is cheap, so the club is very crowded. There is is hardly any place to stand in the classes area. Their carperts are dirty and smelly, and the staff keeps spraying air freshners while the class is on. It is disgusting and they do it everyday. If you want to clean and spray it, do it before the class begins. It is highly unprofessional to do it in front of all the members, so as to put the blame on the members to show that its not the carpet but members are stinking! The staff is also very rude. If it was not for the instructors, the gym would have closed down long back. Not worth it! Dont waste your money here!
i thank everyday that have found a place where i can find help to reach my goal of weightloss. at lucille roberts, the service its great, the classes are awsome, the location its clean, the only thing its that they open too late. but its ok i still manage around my schedule to make it to the gym. evendough the morning schedule doesn't aggree with mine's i still dont complain because i make it my business to accomplish my goals. they help me with what they can(which is enough) the rest its on me. what i love the most its the price, it cant be beat! When you walk in the reps are quick to sign u up for contracts but fail to explain that they auto-renew after the contract period. I ended up payng for 8 months after my contract ended. READ the contract before signing cos they never explain the fine details. And customer service is really bad they will never refund even to save their reputation.
Also the gyms suck.. have to reserve treadmills and classes have bad instructors. Showers are smelly and facilities are poor. Do not fall for it being cheap.. might as well spend a little more and go to a high class gym.

I enjoyed attending while on vacation from work and went 3 or more days per week. I eventually fell off from either being to tired to go or having some other appointment. I mostly did arobics to lose weight and relieve stress and health issues as I am a type 2 diabetic. After I stopped attending I was hoping that someone contact me to encourage to continue. they dispose of your weight in record that registered in on. I was losing large amounts of money each time. Sometimes we get caught up in depression and just plain old tiredness and need someone to give ua a push or pull. Lucille Roberts does not do that. As women we sometimes need help. I plan to join again only paying with a no contract.

I had a membership with them in Burlington New Jersey before the gym was finished. They had told me that there was to be a employee to watch children while the mothers exercised. Took almost 1 year to get that employee. And that they would contact us so the customers would know how to properly use the equipment. Never got a call or a letter. They are eager to accept your money but they do not want to help there customers. I had to close out my bank account I tried to freeze my membership but even when the representative told me that she froze the account then she told me that the payments would be still coming out of my account. I asked if I could cancell my membership she told me it would cost $500.00 to cancel it.
terrible experience
Before i moved i went to lucilla roberts on Myrtle ave to get transfer to new location, but they told me that i don't need to do anything, just pay $10 in the new location. When i decided to join the gym on St.Nicolas, they send me to the old location. I got pissed because it's too far for me, so I called customer service; you can not believe NOBODY pick up the phone and no matter what time you re calling, there is no chance somebody gonna talk to you. Finally I called 1-800 they said that i need to go to new place and bring $10 in money order. After i got to new place again! They send me to old place.Can you believed? can you call this whole mess a Company? I'm so disappointed...
I just went to the Lucille Roberts in Forest Hills, NY. I loved the idea of a woman's only gym that I could walk to & the combination of a work out place & a weight loss facility in one. I mistakenly thought the staff there would have received sensitivity training. I intended to join tonight until the woman giving me the tour looked at the paper they'd asked me to complete which included the amount of weight I want to lose -- I wrote approx 140 lbs. which would bring me down to a healthy weight range & she loudly exclaimed "Wow - you want to lose that much! That's a lot of weight! I guess it's doable." I walked out the door & will find another gym in the area.

I joined the gym to loose at least ten pounds, also signed my 15 year old daughter which she is 220 pounds and recommended by her doctor needs to loose weight. I work in the morning and go to school at night only having 2 hours to work out before going to school, when me and my child go to the gym there is a 45 to an hour wait for a machine and the excercise floor is beyon walkable can't do anything there eighther. im very unhappy.they knew who i was when i registered and as soon as i signed the contract now it seems to bother them about my comments of me not beeing able to work out like if they never saw me before. i want out im paying for service thet im not even using, my daughter is not interested in going anymore. i really need a gym to take my child to for her health someone needs to investigate and see for them self how over croweded they are.

Im having the same horrible time trying to cancel continues payments from Lucille Roberts. I sent them some paper work proving that I attented school away from NY and was not able to go to the gym. It was so frustrating sitting on the phone for a customer service rep to help after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone!

Those people went on to say that Angela spoke very nasty to Cindy and all Cindy told Angela was OK. They also said Cindy asked who she was because she NEVER saw Angela for the year she worked at Pitkin ave Brooklyn. Then recently I called the location and the manager Rashanda answered the phone. She was very nasty and GHETTO on the phone she basically told me Cindy was fired and spoke loudly saying, "AND SHE IS NEVER COMING BACK." In addition, the story changed and Angela said Cindy was dressed in appropriately and spoke to Cindy several times. The women never saw Cindy until that day. How come she told her that? The matter was never appropriately investigated. (Workers for the company informed me) They just had a meeting with the managers and Angela passionately expressed that she do not want Cindy working and for all the locations she worked at, the managers must take her off the schedule. Angela sealed her fate.
Angela the district manager and Rashanda the Manager set Cindy up to get fired because of personal reasons. I have been a member of the gym for a very long time and I watched the evil people in action when the want to fire people. If they are investigated they will see that they fired instructors in the past because they did not like them.
Barbara Palante was sent petitions with about 300 signatures but she have done nothing to reach out to the members. There are two side to every story and both side need to be listened to. The managers got there meeting. How about listening to the other side of the story?
Cindy is one of the best instructors Lucille Roberts ever had. She should not have been fried because of Angela's and Rashanda�?s personal feeling. It is unjust and unlawful. We the members will fight to the end. Good always prevail over evil.

I signed up with Lucille Roberts January of this year. In that same month I was diagnosed with Fibromialgia. I kept it up until October in hopes to one day be better and able to use it, but being unable to lift my arms of turn my head still to this day, I called to cancel the membership. The rude customer service lady said I needed a Drs note that needs to state I am unable to physically use the gym for an excess of 6 months. Which was fine, I got the note mailed it to headquarters in NY and just recieved a letter stating they are not cancelling it because now it has to have different language in it written by the DR. It NOW has to state "the patient cannot physically recieve the services because of a significant disability for a period in exces of six months." This is ###, my DR wrote what was necessary as per what it states on their website and what the customer service woman told me, they just want me to pay the $99 fee to cancell it. If they pay my medical bills I will pay their fee.
these gyms are to small! not enough machines then the price its not worth it i would spend that much on a gym that when i go i dont have to keep looking at my watch i wanna relax and enjoy!
worst instructors
Lucille Roberts, Westbury, LI used to be a good affordable gym for me with good classes and instructors, but I guess you get what you pay for. Over the past year Lucille Roberts has employed the worst instructors. One, you can't even understand her language. They don't offer advance classes anymore and are constantly changing the class schedules. It gets very frustrating to go to the gym expecting a good workout and all you hear are the other ladies complaining how hard the class is. Than you don't belong in that class. May be its time to say goodbye to this gym!

First of all, I have been a member of Lucille Roberts Gym for 2 years now. It is smelly, the equipment is old and often broken, and their hours are less than convenient for anyone with a full time job. However, the membership fees are $20 a month, and being a student, this was the only gym that fit my budget.
For my birthday in April I got money from family. I decided to purchase a number of personal training sessions to get myself in shape. My first trainer constantly forgot my appointments, kept no record of my progress and talked on his cell phone during sessions. He was finally fired and i learned that he was stealing my sessions, marking them used on days that i never even set foot in the gym!
So, I was paired with a different trainer who was better and given back my stolen sessions...
Now its a whole other story!
I was injured-I have a slipped disk in my back and will not be able to work out for at least 6 months. In 4 months I am moving to a place where there are no lucille roberts gyms anywhere close by. I got aDOCTORS NOTE and I sent one copy to the headquarters to cancel my membership. that was 3 WEEKS AGO! I have since been billed for another month! I have called and they say that they havent recieved anything from me.
i then sent documents and a thought out letter to the gym itself, asking for a refund for my unused visits with the trainer. The manager was on vacation for 2 weeks so it took forever to get any response from them. I called everyday untill finally, she could speak with me. At that time she was very short with me and said "Oh yeah i think i got that. I think i handed it off today in the meeting to customer service, call them." I WAS TOLD 2 TIMES TO TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH THE GYM LOCATION AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! she said it was MY responsibility to call them and make sure that my paperwork made it to the district manager. It has been 3 and a half weeks now with no progress made on either one of my inquiries. I am hurt and feel taken advantage of. This was my gym for 2 years. I was NEVER LATE on my payments. I knew the manager by name and told her in my letter that my injury was keeping me from working and this money would help me SO MUCH right now. They simply do not care about their members. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. The higher monthly rates of any other place with be worth all the trouble in the long run.
I have also had horrible problems with this Health Club. I called the 'corporate headquarters' at [protected] in 2/08 to inform them that I was pregnant and would no longer be able to use my membership (which was due to expire in 3/08). I was told 'OK, we will take care of it, thanks for calling'. In 4/08, I received a letter stating that I owed 78.72 for delinquent dues. I once again called 'headquarters' and spoke to Colette and her 'supervisor' Carolyn, both of whom were completely rude repeating that a call had never been made to them and that my membership would cancel at the end of 5/08. They also stated that I would be responsible for late fees totaling over 100.00. I can't believe that a company or it's so-called customer service dept would operate this way! I will definitely be filing some complaints against this company.
I have been a member of a Lucille Roberts gym in Manhattan for two years now. Even though I no longer work near this gym I did sign a 2 year contract (stupidly) and I did not move more than 25 miles away. Therefore, for the past year and a half (I stopped going there after 6 months after I found a better gymn) I have paid my dues even though I no longer go to this gym. Now my two years are FINALLY up. I have been trying to set up cancelling my membership for WEEKS to no avail. I have called the [protected] and hit the customer service button only to receive a busy signal from it's hours of 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. then a recording letting people know they are closed from 12 pm - 1 pm then another busy signal until 5 pm. I get the same busy signal when I try the number my gym told me to use [protected]. Also, I called my gym on Wall Street only to be told too bad about the busy signal there was nothing they could or would be willing to do. Therefore, after posting here I am forwarding this to SHAME ON YOU as well as the better business bureau of Manhattan. I work for an excellent Manhattan law firm and I urge anyone who has a similar complaint to email me at lmarino84 AT yahoo.com as I am thinking of drafting a class action suit against Lucille Roberts. This is unethical & I believe illegal as well.

This company really made a dirty mess in one of the most, best INSTRUCTOR... Saying bunch of lies so that... There is so many hersays hersays but there we're no proof and grounds upon firing a BEST INSTRUCTOR... Just of what is said by the manager @ BROOKLYN in PITKIN AVE. and her name is ANGELA and reported the incident to the DM w/c her name is JESSICA and I was there either and witnessed the commotion how did the DM showed her manner to the instructor...And the worst thing is she just went out on her RAGE screaming, yelling and take note using PROFANITIES infront of the other members/clients out there... And to think she's the boss of the DISTRICT... Where is her CODE OF ETHICS will be labeled? You the math... And of course the instructor felt so shame and DISRESPECT w/out anything that she can do and power to say anything of course she just left of course she can't handle no more... But still she was still there on the site but what she did she called the DM of BROOKLYN I was there to be witenessed but the thing is the DM didnt even gave her a chance to talked and even listen onher side of story and the just said that THERE'S NOTHNG ON US TO TALKED ABOUT IT " YOU ARE FIRED "!
And w/ out any written papers was been done.. There is no BLACK & WHITE PRINT is just only over the phone...
After all this happen is just easy as like that?
She just got the conflict on that particular gym w/c is PITKIN AVE. BROOKLYN but we do all suffered here in QUEENS, LONG ISLAND we do adore her and love her so much... But because of these people who are involved had a BIG MOUTH TO LIE AND USED THERE POWER TO CONVINCE THE HIGHEST POSITION THAT THIS BRILLIANT INSTRUCTOR WILL BE REMOVED IN THIS COMPANY...
To tell you honestly you can just have only 1 of the few INSTRUCTORS give there HEARTS out w/ out thinking the salary that you all paying them as long she shares her achievements to us and motivate to the point that we have to appreciate every single part of our body... Where on earth you can see a person that work like that?
So if you still do care on our voice you have to do something bring back CINDY YEARWOOD in LUCILLE... dont let her work in BROOKLYN no more but dont let us suffer the rest of the other gym that depends totally on her...

I tried to call customer service they are Horrible I called around 9am and is 10:30am I'm still on the phone they are lousy... My advice do not join this terrible gym

I am terribly distraught over being persuaded to join a gym just to catch a "sale" just prior to having foot surgery and as explained prior to joining I would not be able to use the facilities until I was fully recovered. Not only is the monthly fee being deducted out of my account every month like clockwork, but I cannot get thru on the customer svce line, which convienently is the only way to extend the "freeze" on my mmbrshp, as I am still under Dr.'s care with a boot on my foot and walking with a cane. I have been pressing the redial button on my phone all this time and the number is STILL busy! What's that about?!
i am trying to get a call to customer service i told then i was being laid off my job and i need to freeze my account anyway i have'nt gone to the gym for the past ten month but they keep charging my account
I tried calling also and got the same results as the above poster. call the number and when the operator and for you to push buttons, do not push anything. Stay online and someone in headquaters will pick-up.
I agree 150% - I think the company purposely does this. I once tried calling from 9AM till 11AM. Needless to say, I was livid. They have absolutely the WORST customer service. I have reported them to the BBB and the NYC Dept of Consumer Affairs. If you call the headquarters phone number, you might have better luck. I was able to get through, but please believe it was a 10 minute wait. I can't find it at the moment, but do some online digging and you will.

well if you knew you couldnt use the gym until after your surgery why sign up. that is a mistake on your part. you should have waited like you stated until you recovered.
refund issue
I contracted a skin disease the first week I started membership at this gym. They do not offer floor mats for their group exercise classes. They will not refund my membership cost and their corporate office will not help me. I should have known better. They are too cheap to offer great service. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere for a cleaner and customer oriented gym!
I started going to lucille roberts because it was inexpensive compared to other gyms and money is tight so why not. When i got in i was surprised. They say you get what you pay for but what exactly did i pay for? The gym was clean, the staff was nice and they had classes around the clock. it was easy to stop in between school and work for a quick class or work out. what can i say i am a fan
membership fees
After honoring my two-year contract, Lucille Roberts continues to take membership fees from the checking account. Once the two years is up and I do not indicate that I want to continue using their services, why would they just assume, in my case, incorrectly, that I am still willing to be a member? This smacks of fraudulent practice! The friend who allowed me to use her checking account did not have a problem once as far as my paying her monthly. However, she has since contacted me to report that Lucille Roberts continues to debit her checking account.

that suks the point of a gym is not to feel discouraged but to encourge you...i went with my cousin recently who had the same issue and even though i was ready to beat the crap out of the girl at the front desk ...the girl made sense. she showed us the contract which says my cousin was to notify them when to stop her membership i said so y is it a 2yr contract if it doesnt end ...thinking i made a good point, she says its like a cellphone it continues as a no commitment...so technically my cousin forgot to call or cancel and it wasnt their fault...im now a member and in my gym in the bronx i dnt have those issues...i just want to say that that experience isnt all gyms and it suks but maybe if you go for this new year ud have a better experience...whichever but just keep healthy...
