I bought two portable harddrives on 14/12/2019 as christmas presents for my daughters - which we obviously only open and used it on christmas day - the one harddrive do not function at all when connected to a pc. We took it back on the 30/12/2019 to Makro and complaint. (Assesment no 2617935)
A salesman went with us to the computer department to test and he verified the issue on the harddrive. Harddrive was sent in for repairs.
Got an SMS and pick the harddrive up on the 22/01/2020 - tested it again at home - same problem still exist.
My first time that I have experience such bad responce on a complaint - I will take the harddrive back again tomorrow to the Makro store to report this.
