I did not take heed whilst reading the reviews... How stupid of me. I bought an item when it arrived I was sorely disappointed in the quality and the assembled product. Dissatisfied I disassemble it and lodge a return request... Packed it back in its original packaging.30 emails later with the images they requested from me and couple of phone calls later still no resolution. Eventually did a live chat online... To my amazement makro is not my supplier but a 3rd party marketplace. Really makro you should stipulate this when people buy product from you online. It's such a fd up service. No wonder they don't have this at makro stores... Nobody in their right mind will purchase this product. People don't purchase through makro online... Beside time... Money thats waisted this company gives you anxiety aswell. I want you to collect the crap you sold me and I want my refund and my airtime waisted. Geez let alone my freaking time and energy. Still not getting anywhere with makro online. The messed up part is that the consultant don't have individual email, they all share 1 email address. Really unprofessional for such a big name makro.
