McDonald's scam and cheating!

I have been playing the on line game now for two to three days. At first i thought it was me so i let it go, but the past couple of days... #1- it states that i already used my game piece code number. #2- today i should of won a very high price cash card but when the computer counts the spaces it is skipping where it should of landed instead it gives me the property i already one. So i think this is a very big rip off...

Beware!

I started one game on waterworks, rolled an 11 then as the board turned it completely skipped one row and went to the next. (instead of boardwalk it landed on connecticut)

The game doesn't cheat- it has programming flaws. I see the same game piece showing up in my properties multiple times. I have it accept a code for a property I already have, then it gives me a totally different property. I have it tell me i've already played a piece when that property isn't marked as collected. I have had the website freeze up, and then the next day say I already played the piece when it's not accounted for. I finally spoke to the local macdonald's where I've known the manager for a long time, and they tell me that there are tons of complaints, but just put the stickers on the in-store hand out board and at least you will win when you have all of a set collected- that doesn't require the online part. As others have said, their india based online answers to emails always assumes it's our computers and that they need to be patched. I'm an IT professional and my systems are patched daily. In addition, nothing our computers can do should ever have THEIR database grant us properties that we don't have game pieces for, and vice-versa. It could be that the online database doesn't match what has been printed on the game pieces- that would explain most of *my* problems.

YES THE GAME DOES CHEAT,AT FIRST I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS ME, THEN EVERY TIME BEFORE I ROLLED I MADE SURE EXACTLY HOW MANY SPACES I NEEDED TO WIN, I NEEDED ELEVEN SPACES TO WIN $25,000, I ROLLED AN ELEVEN, IT COUNTED ME FOR TEN, I THINK THAT IT'S ###! AND THEY SHOULD PAY UP! I HAVE SENT THEN EMAILS, THEY WONT ANSWER THEM,MAYBE IF WE GO TO THE NEWS AND SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO TO HELP US, OR SOMETHING? I KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS FRAUD THAT MCDONALDS IS DOING, I EVEN HAVE WITNESSES.I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER, AND I DO PLAN ON DOING EVERYTHING THAT I CAN TO REDEEM MY PRIZE!

I also have tried to enter numerous codes. The game freezes upon registration and then tells me I've already used the code. I did manage to win a $19.99 downloadable game, which my son loves, but still. I don't go to McDonalds to spend money only to get a code that wont work.

It's true this game cheats. There have been a number of times that I counted while the game piece moved and it has been short. Today I should have landed on community chest which would have been a $5.99 free game download and it only went 7 instead of 8 spaces to a property that I had previously landed on and also ate up one of my codes without letting me roll the dice.

Everyone that has complained so far is completely correct the game cheats it steals a space from you I should won something a long time ago seeing as though own over 50% of the game board the game cheats ad its disgusting .

I do not have any evidence for or against the incorrect number of spaces, but if you people would actually read the rules that you agreed to in the first place, you might realize that collecting all properties does not instantly give you the prize. It simply enters you in a DRAWING to win the respective American Express gift card.

I have had the exact same problems, plus more. The way the board rotates while counting spaces distracts you, but when I double checked, I was right: The game piece did move the wrong number of spots, putting me on ones I'd landed on before.

Just now I attempted to enter 8 new codes. I had previously landed on only 8 of 40 possible spaces. Six times I landed on spaces I'd previously landed on, which is statistically next to impossible. I rolled doubles once, so out of 7 rolls I gained one new space. And two of my codes were ripped off from me because the system is so slow it hung up while it was processing my registration. When I tried to re-enter the code that had failed to gain me entry to the game, the game told me it was a used code, even though I'd never gotten through to rolling the dice. Having players enter a code before they register is just a scam to use up our codes. I've never played a game that required me to enter a code before registering before.

This online game is a complete rip and McDonalds needs to be sued over it. Count me in as the lead plaintiff.

The exact things happened to me. The number on the dice was not the amount of times it moved. It landed on a property I already had. The dice spun and and I finally got all of the pink and it stopped short without awarding me my 1,000 dollars. RIP OFF.

McDonald's employee attitude.

hi,

this is in reference of my worst experiance in the Mcdonald at Panipat situated in the BIG BAZAR.

today, we are 4 friends there, ordered 2 Mc-puffs and 2 mc allo tikki and they delivered the
order.

but after eathing the half of the Mc allo tikki burger, my friend told that u are eating
McChiken...i surprised to see that it was really a chiken beetween the bread with the
packing of Mcallo tikki cover... my head stuck with stone when i thought what i
eaten in the "NAVRATRA VART".. we both (me and my freind) stuck and looking each
other face and we rushed to the counter..
there we ask what heppend with us in the holy day of NAVRATRA's..

when we complainting the thing...the manager Mr. KARAN MAHDIRATTA comes and he
asked and argue with us with a loud noice...which also attract the peoples
restaurent...and keeps his hands free by saying "APNE GALT ORDER DIYA HAI"
"JO APNE ORDER DIYA HAI, HAME TO VAHI AAPKO DIYA HAI"...WE ALSO WONDERED ABOUT what
he is saying...when we placed our orde, he was not there and we all are
confirmed what we ordered...

now, he began the wrong talk in the curtain of good word like the smart people does.
and ask the gatekeeper to pull us out with the threat of the Police...

we all are there surrpised to see that even after wrong delivery to us, he tries to
become more smart by asking the gatekeeper/ watchman to through us out...we also
stubbornded..."let the police come and now one the police through us out"

Now the seen created...every body in the restaurent looking at us...we are
qurelling like dogs in the restaurent...which looks like to illitreate are
querlling each other in the village without carring anything.

and the manager SAHIB instated of beeing applozied his mistake, fighting with us very badly.
the situation is now seems like dogs & cats fights with the lots of talks... the originally
track of matter is fogetten by both, now we are fighting for our EGO.

After a long talk... we sit on the chairs and waiting for the police to come...after 10-15
mintus one of told him " when the police come to through us out"...he told "wait of a
moument"... and he act like he is talking to soomeone for the same matter with the
help of their subordinate...we still waiting...

after a long time, the magager SAHIB come and Feeling sorry...we can't understand his
all of sudden "change in track"...but we are also right on our place...he sopile
our respect among the many peopls by saying "CHALLO BAHAR CHALLO" by weaving his hand and
showing us the way of the door...and "BAHADUR IN LOGO KO BAHAR NIKALO" and
"JAO KOI POLICE KO BULAO. AB VO HI INHE BAHAR NIKALEGE..." (to one of the employee)

after all the thing we leave that place...beacze we do't want to make the things which
spolie our image being localite in the city and thousand of peoples known to us...

-------------------------

the above episode is a leason for us in our life to not come again in the MCdonalds..because
they can play with us, can play with our family and ore over our feelings and emotions
of "PAVITAR - NAVRATRA day"

here, i only want that to keep ur employee inthe attitude and polite with good
service parameters.

"I NEVER EXPACT THE RESPECT WE GOT IN FRONT OF THOUSAND PEOPLES...WITH THE KASAM
THAT WE NEVER ENTERED UR MCDONALD...

KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION TO RETAIN UR BUSINESS AND RESPECT AND BRAND IMAGE...

McDonald's food portion and uneatable fries

Yesterday, Monday, October the 16th at 7:30 pm - I went to the drive thru to purchase to regular value meals (number 7) which is the chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo...
When I got home, my husband and I realized that the sandwich had nothing but the bread and a DRY and "nugget size" piece of chicken... We drove back and talked to the manager... she turn around and gave us 2 new meals... the size of the chicken pattie was still half the size of the surface of the bread and on top of that the fries were so salty that we couldn't eat them!
Just a terrible experience... we normally do not eat in fast food restaurants but I happen to be preganant and I had cravings for a chicken sandwich... I could have been better off going to SUBWAY!
Regards,
MBA Maria Vera

McDonalds has now removed their best salad from the menu, the Southwest salad. Without knowing, I order one at a drive thru during my lunch break from work. After being informed they no longer have the Southwest salad, I'm offered the regular Bacon Ranch or Caesar. So I choose the Caesar with grilled chicken. What do I get? A regular garden salad with...

McDonald's poor service!

On 6th September 2017 I visited the Mcdonald’s restaurant in Hyderabad located at the City Centre, Banjara Hills with my family. One of the staff came to me and told about a Mcdonald’s Fun day Hungama that is to be conducted on 16th September 2017 and requested if my son (6 yrs old) would be interested. I felt it to be interesting and paid an advance of Rs.149 for the event. The staff had noted my name, address and contact phone numbers and gave me a receipt for Rs.149 (Receipt no.12449). My son had been talking to everyone about the event and was very much excited about this.

The depressing and irritating thing happed on the 16th morning when we reached the restaurant at 10:15 am. The staff there coolly said that the event is canceled and they will provide food for that amount. When I asked why they did not inform me about the cancellation of the event, he repeatedly said we will serve food as if we had come to eat. When asked to refund the money he refused and after raising my voice, he went inside had some discussion and gave the refund after making me wait for half an hour. When I asked him to write and give the reason for cancellation he refused. Till the end he never apologized for not informing me of the event cancellation.

This was a very bad experience I had experienced in any restaurant till date. I never expected such an experience from a Mcdonalds.

I’m not sure who keeps an eye on the McDonald’s staff but this has been going on for years at the Fremont, Ohio Rt. 53 McDonald’s. The management there has been getting its employees from mainly family members making it impossible for more qualified people to get a job and it makes my blood boil. Its a long time coming but I feel if the higher ups at McDonald’s checked their management they would find out what is going on there. One of the managers cousins also attacked a customer outside the McDonald’s because he was allowed to do what he wanted.

In my opinion also that McDonald’s is one of the dirtiest I have ever seen. Also in my opinion allowing more than just family to work there would open up jobs for other families who need them. Maybe someone should look into this past employees and present to see just how this McDonald’s is being used for personal needs. To let this go is wrong and to allow this manager to continue to work for McDonald’s is just wrong. We’ll be checking to see just how McDonald’s really cares about the quality of their customer service.

I stopped at McDonalds on singing hills with my grandkids the three of us odered meals that had fries. I took them up to the counter and asked for fresh fries because what we got were cold and not even warm. The person that apeared to be a mgr wearing a black shirt tbe rest wore red shirts. I was told it would be 3 min. Then I saw the mgr dump are fries back in tne warmer then scooped them back up to reserve and stuffed them back in fry containers. he saw me watching so he threw all them away after he refilled and set the old back on the fry holder. Then deep fried more. not friendly at all just got a rude look and no apology.

Just before 6pm & again just after 6pm on Nov. 28 a homeless man came into mc donalds walkied over to the area near the restroom & attacked another homeless man hitting him in the head & face, threatening his life & throwing a chair down. This was done in front of customers & a male mc donalds employee just stood there walking back & forth. The male manager calling the attacker by name asked the attacker to leave. And the attacked walked out the door.

Then moments later the attacker came back in mc donalds & the manager again asked him by name to leave the attacker did not leave this time. The manager went back through the door behind the counter. The attacker then attacked the same homeless man again in the same area near the restroom. Hitting him on the head & face & threatening his life. Then he walked out the side door nearest the restroom. There are cameras that can completely verify the entire incident that I witnessed along with other customers.

My question is why did the manager NOT call police. It was clearly an assault in front of cameras in a public place in front of paying customers. This behavior does not make customers feel safe. I know they try to help the large homeless population in the area but a crime is a crime. I need to know that behavior like this will not be tolerated.

I drove through McDonalds at Malden MO and bought two ice cream cones and a caramel apple sundae with my daughter and my 3 yr old son. The amount was 2.66 I paid with 2 dollar bills a quarter 4 dimes and 1 penny she didn’t give me a receipt. I pulled to the other window and was questioned by three people about paying, then the manager questioned me and by that time I was aggravated and I repeated that I did pay and she called me rude. They finally told me to go I guess they must have looked at camera or counted the door.

I was never apologized to. I stop there every morning on my way to work, I had my sons birthday party there in february and bought him a happy meal earlier. I never complain about anything but this was embarrassing and they were hateful. I just thought you should know.

At this point in time, I will for the last time give detailed information to the numerous complaints I have with a specific location. (Lakeside, california, along hwy 8 east, off los coches exit). The franchise nor the corporate co. Will ever help or remedy. Given numerous chances, having numerous errors, literally ripping ($) you off, our family is done. Not only with ‘this franchise’, but no longer will mcdonald’s get a penny from us in the future. This I promise!

I need to say, we are not whiner’s, complainer’s or looking for a freebie. For @ least two years @ this franchise (Lakeside, california, along hwy 8 east, off los coches exit) we have experienced cold food, wrong food and not getting the food we ordered and paid for, before finally logging a complaint (By driving back to the site to try to remedy – to no avail). Given “we are so sorry - will never happen again” and yet it happened again, “your wrong”, (Even given a receipt showing the factual truth) & told to come back another day to talk w/the manager.

The last.. Employees laughing and snickering blatantly to your face. Why – because hey…. We are mcdonald’s, there will always be a customer behind ya. To be so dis-respected (On numerous levels) the contact with corporate was ignored and given no response. Kick me once, shame on you – kick me after, shame on us. I got the message…. All good. Tomorrow it is all about subway! Better nutrition anyway.

To franchise manager of (Lakeside, california, along hwy 8 east, los coches exit) you are a pathetic business-person. To corporate mcdonald’s – shame!

Due to the line of work I am in, I have to work several Saturday’s as well as public holidays. Mc Donalds on the P91 road in Kempton Park, is en route to my place of work. Because they are 24 hrs, I usually buy breakfast items at this Mc Donalds. I really enjoy the Chicken fold over wrap and prefer this item to any other on their menue. The Chicken fold over contains lots of lettuce and two tomato slices amongst other contents.

My complaint is that the lettuce leaves are not fresh. You can smell that the product you are about to eat contains some spoilt food. The tomato slices are also not fresh, they smell sour. One bite of the Chicken fold over is enough to make you not to want to support Mc Donalds. This morning I thought, ok, I know that the fold over is not as fresh as it should be, so I opted for the MC Chicken burger and I also selected the Sausage MC Muffen.

The service was really fast (under 30 seconds), while I was paying for my order, the parcel was already dangling at the collection booth. When I took it, I could smell the lettuce leaves…. Upon taking the first bite, I could taste the spoiled leaves, when I opened it, I found wilted yellow to brown lettuce leaves mixed with fresher green pieces umongst the thick mayo layer.

Aargh………. Luckily I still had the Sausage McMuffen to eat. The bottom line is, don’t eat anything with lettuce or tomatoes on it from Mc Donalds P91! Eat what you don’t like much seems to be their motto, at least, this is the message I got.

Can someone please investigate this complaint, I have experienced this problem multiple of times and if Mc Donnalds P91 can resolve this issue, I know that they will retain and gain more loyal customers.

I am an asian and use to love eating macdonalds, had a fillet o fish meal everyday. Last week i went to macdonalds i was refused to be served as the staff in macdonalds are claiming that the the fillet o fish meal is not suitable for vegeterians as the staff are not doing thier job properly, because at the end of the day when they filter the oil out to clean it they are not keeping the fillet oil separate and are filtering it with the rest of the other food which means contamination. I am very disappointing to the fact that up until now i have been eating something which is not halal for me, and the fact that the staff in there are not doing their jobs properly.

McDonald's fruit n yogurt parfait!

I went to Mcdonalds at 9:24am and ordered the 2for2 order which was bacon, egg and cheese biscuits and a yogurt parfait. I ordered one biscuit w/o bacon. The manager gave me my food and assured me one of the sandwiches had no bacon and he gave me an extra parfait bc "they made an extra one by mistake". All of the sandwiches had bacon. I called the store to make a complaint and the same manager offered me a free breakfast or lunch tomorrow. I ate one of the parfaits and placed the other in our commercial refrigerator for tomorrow. I opened my parfait today around 12:15 and placed my nuts from the package in the container, took my McDonald's spoon and began to stir. I was shocked when I found a small black bug enjoying a swim in my parfait.

McDonald's incompetent employees!

I am so fed up with going through a 10 minute question and answer period everytime I order something at McDonalds. As soon as we pull up to the drive through or walk up to the counter, they are asking us if we want something in particular. We have to stop and say "No, thank you"... and then tell them what we want. They, then, have to ask if we want something added to the items that we have ordered, by the time we get the food it is ALWAYS wrong. It has gotten so that we try to guess what they got wrong on the order.

This morning, the trip to McDonald's went something like this...

"Welcome to McDonalds, would you like to try... (something unintelligible)..."...

"NO, thank you, I'd like a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, a hash brown and a big breakfast."

"Ok, you want a sausage and egg biscuit with cheese, a hash brown and a Deluxe big breakfast with pancakes?"

"NO, I just want the big breakfast and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown. And that will be all, thank you."

"Would you like a coffee or anything to drink with that?"

NO, thank you, that will be it."

We got a big breakfast, and an egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown. NO sausage. We have yet to get an order from that particular McDonalds that is right. They always leave something off or give us something that we did not order. And we aren't always at leisure to check the bag before we drive away or can't always take it back to be corrected.

If the management would train the employees to listen instead of ask questions, they might get an order right once in awhile.

McDonald's poor service!

Location of store in question:
13707 jeffersn davis hwy
Woodbridge, va 22191

just a few minutes ago (0730 29 sep) I went to the mcdonalds on 13707 jefferson davis hwy, woodbridge, va 22191 and obtained a steak mcskillet with a dollar off coupon. well, I found out after I got home that it was a sausage mcskillet. not really a huge deal, but the lady at the window says "what" very rudely when I pull up. I told her about the mistake they made and she did not apologize. I asked her did she even care that they made a mistake and she said she wasn't the one tho put the order together. I informed the manager that the customer service is lacking and she walks away smiling instead of apologizing for making me drive all the way back to get the correct order. she basically wrote me off. I didn't yell or insult anyone. I don't like making things racial, but since it's an all hispanic owned store, and i'm black, I believe that may have something to do with their boldness and well known dislike for black people by hispanics. i've never experienced that of rudeness or boldness at any mcdonalds.

Whenever I go to McDonald's in Hanover ON, I have to pull ahead and wait. Very seldom is the order right. This last time I decided to go for supper at McDonalds because the pizza place would take about 10 min. before the slices would be ready. It took about 15 min. to get our food and the order was yet again wrong. If that wasn't bad enough, when I went in to get the toy's , sauces and straws they tried to ignore me. There was no need for the pure service that we received because the restaurant was not busy at all. That was the last time I will ever visit that McDonald's and I may never go to any again. The other McDonald's in town is at Walmart and is smaller. They never make mistakes and never make me wait.

I was in the McDonad's store on Wilson and Blanding and one of the managers was sitting down , while they had a line. I can tell that one employer was tired because of what he said: "I'm tired and no one is helping me". I really coudn't see his name tag not to say that no one in the store had a name tag on , but him and the manager Nicole. She then called his name and she said: "Jimmy come up here and run your shift". I didn't think that it was his shift the boy looked tired. He came and cleared wus out. I told him that I apperciate what he had done and keep up the good work. McDonal'd should be a place where employer can be themselfs , not for manager to torture them.

I stopped at the McDonalds drive thru this morning in Waynesboro Tn. to get a breakfast meal, sausage and egg biscuit with hashbrown and a small orange juice. Not a problem, right, wrong, just as I started to pull away, I took a sip of my orange juice, watered down, mixed wrong, whatever, people make mistakes, I handed it back to the young lady at the window and asked her to please get me another one. She told me to please pull up and someone would bring me a good one shortly, so I pulled up a little, and another car had to pull up with me and wait also for their food, then another. It was getting crowded, other people were getting short tempered and we were running out of places to park and wait. I waited 10 min. Oh well, they must be really busy inside. Another 5 min. This can't really be happening. Another 5 min. This is beyond belief, I get out of my car to go inside and am met at the door by the young lady that told me to move forward, with my orange juice and some other folks food. She gives me my orange juice and says sorry for the inconvenience. I take the orange juice and turn to leave, then turn and say "no, I need to see your manager, is he inside" she say's "yes" I go inside and find the manager, he say's "how can he help" I say "this service is not acceptable" "do better" and with mr. boo woo's attitude above the manager say's "have a nice day". So now I'm in a really crappy mood and not enjoying my Saturday trip across the state and down to Alabama. I drink the orange juice, it's good but , I don't really taste it, thinking about my McDonalds experience. I eat the hash brown thingie which is cold by now, then I open the wrapper to the sausage and egg biscuit (the wrapper says "sausage and egg biscuit" by the way!) I take a bite, still rehashing my McDonalds experience, chew and swallow, take another bite-------something wrong here, I pay a little more attention to what I'm eating. There's the two biscuit halves and there's the scrambled eggs folded neatly in the middle, but, not a trace of sausage, not even a stain on the biscuit halves. D--N, where will this end! Are McDonalds employees loosers that have to be constantly followed and checked? What is the manager doing with his time? Am I a looser for doing business with McDonalds? This is not my first bad experience with McDonalds. I can turn off the radio or change the channel if I don't like what I'm hearing, I can put a coat on if I get cold and I can turn on the air conditioner if I get hot, and no, mr. boo woo I didn't eat the rest of the biscuit, I'm done with McDonalds. And their biscuit!

Have a McNice McDay!

Oh boo woo I used to work at mcdonalds, maybe the reason it was wrong everytime because you pulled ahead to the wrong window. It is a restaurant, sometimes you have to wait. There just kids working there of course they are going to make mistakes, most people check their bags before they leave, maybe you should try that.

McDonald's dangerous door construction

Hello,

I was at a McDonalds in Naperville, Illinois on 75th street, and I have been increasingly perplexed as to why the entrance/exit door to the establishment is literally right next to the drive thru?

I have noticed this with some other McDonalds as well. This is very very dangerous. Why would the entrance be so close to cars, who are trying to leave? I am sure that people, have gotten struck by vehicles because of this.

This has been on my mind, and I have been seeing this same construction in many other MacDonald's.

Please explain why the establishments were constructed like this.

Thank you,

Lisa Hull

McDonald's bad drive-thru experience

I went through the drive-thru at the McDonald's at 3810 Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh, NC 27607 on Sept. 21, 2007. I asked for a hamburger happy meal with a sweet (no ice). The person taking my order had an accent that made it difficult to understand how much I owed. It sounded like $2.55 so I prepared $2.75. I drove around to the window and gave the money to the girl, who gave me back $.42 in change. I didn't add it up until later, when I saw my receipt. I picked up my food and drove away. When I started to eat I saw that I had chicken nuggets (cold and tough in texture, by the way), and tea with ice. I could handle the ice but the taste of the tea was awful, and McDonald's tea is usually good. The receipt had $1.70 for the happy meal, $.99 for the small tea for a total of $2.90. It said I tendered $3.00 and should have received $.10 in change. This tells me that the whole order was wrong and I spent money on a very distasteful meal. The order was not a large one but I still feel it should have been correct and tasting good.

McDonald's refusal to give receipt!

On several occasions the local McDonald's has refused to give me a receipt at the 'pay here' window of their drive-through. Instead of giving me a printed receipt when they have received my payment, the cashier tells me to 'get it from the pick-up window', forcing me to retrieve the receipt from a cashier different from the one whom I paid.

My complaint to the manager was not resolved satisfactorily; the manager advised me that she would let the 'pay here' cashier leave his/her work station to fetch my receipt from the other window IF THEY WEREN'T TOO BUSY.

This conditional compliance leaves the manager in charge of whether and where I am given the receipt I am due once payment has been rendered. The manager says that this practice is now mandated at all the McDonald's restaurants in her region and the corporation has no intention of changing this policy.

I think that the policy is not only bad business practice but arrogant and authoritarian. I'm so mad about the corporation's intransigence on this point that I am considering boycotting the restaurant chain. What can I do?

Advise smb!

You could take a chill pill. Maybe continue to boycot McDonald's too since the amount of stress you must suffer on a day-to-day basis combined with their greasy food is going to give you a heart attack.

McDonald's fly in food!

I went to McDonald's and ordered a double quarter pounder meal and also some other food. For one they got the order wrong and made me a vanilla shake instead of a vanilla late, but since i was in such a hurry i told them never mind. When i got to sit down and eat the meal my husband noticed a fly squished inside the box. You would think that the employees would check the box before putting food in it! It was absolutely disgusting! So i called the store and got a refund on the meal. I just wanted to warn everyone to check the inside of the box before eating!

McDonald's extremely rude and poor service!

Going to McDonalds on Franklin Avenue, in Franklin Square, NY for a simple lunch, turned into a very upsetting encounter. I was being charged $4.00 more than I was suppose to being that I had coupons that were issued in sunday's paper. When I brought it to attendant's attention, she could barely speak english so called the so called manager. Dinora was her name. With a big attitude and plenty of huffing and puffing, combined with a verbal debate, I was finally charged the correct amount. No apologies, just rudeness. Would love to let the person know who hired this Dinora just how much she is hurting the business at that location.

it is not a criminal offense unless what she said isn't true. if dinora lost her job she could only press charges if she could prove damages were a direct result of malicious slander.

you are aware that it is a criminal offense what you are doing? if Dinora lost her job because of this online complaint and she found this, she could sue you and have you charged.

McDonald's orders always wrong

How hard is it to order one meal. One meal mind you. Double hamburger... Fries and coke... The employee asks : do you want cheese? I state no... Just a double hamburger.

Drove the 2 miles back to work... And guess what... Got a double cheesburger. I have tried not to order from this place, but i'm a captive audience at times. It's become quite a joke around here. Everyone gets the wrong meal...

They are close runners to the mcdonalds in antioch il. There I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my granddaughter. Got home, and found out she got no hamburger happy meal... 2 order of fries, cookies and a toy... Go figure.

Many customers get angry at the employees when they have to wait a long time for their food. By the way did they notice only 3 employees on the floors moving as fast as they can, sweating and on top of that getting payed minimum wage. Mcdonald supervisors and owners don't care about their crews, managers or probably even their own mothers. They only care...

McDonald's horrible planning from the manager on duty!

I went to Mcdonalds drive threw at 1:15pm, and received my food at 2:45pm, 30 minutes in drive threw to get my food, when asked what the problem was, they said grill is backed up, but did not know why. The lady behind me (she got there about 10 minutes after me) was so mad, she got out of her car and went to the back door (f0r deliveries) to get someone, no one came to the door and she yelled to the drive threw person "what is the problem" the lady at the window had nothing to say. Horrible planning from the manager on duty!

It may have not been the planning of the manager. It could been they were working short because of call ins or equipment failure...

I have breakfast at McDonald's every morning for the last several years with friends and these last 3 or more weeks we have had to sit thur this music by Neil Diamond and frankly it is so annoying we are wondering if we should change our place of business. We have gone to the person at the counter who states she knows nothing about how to turn it off or change the station, this morning she says the manager is Johnny Chu whom we have never seen to file a verbal complaint. PLEASE HELP US GET RID OF THIS AWFUL MUSIC. I forgot to tell you the location it is at what I believe to be 417 Washington st., Boston, MA next door to the new CVS close to Borders Book store

McDonald's employee hands touching customers food

On June 23, 2007 I ordered a vanilla cone though the drive through. After I paid for my icecream cone at one window I was told to pick up my ice cream at the second window. There was a young man there with my ice cream cone holding it past where the little paper that covers the cone. He should of had a napkin around the cone like I was used to having it served to me previous visits. When I explain to him that his hands are directly on the cone he looked at me like I was crazy and and threw the cone in the trash. He walked to the back of the restaurant and got me another but took about five minutes to come back to the window with another cone which was melted. I took the cone but didn't eat it.

On 6/28/07 After work I went to the McDonalds in Fairhaven, MA and ordered a vanilla icecream cone. Same thing happen. this employee was also a gentleman who passed me my cone with his fingers all over the cone and all I could view was the cuts and bandaide on his index fingers, holding my cone. I said to him that your hands is touching my cone and he gave me the worse look, like I insulted him! He just stood there staring at me for a few minutes and walked away. A women came to the window and when I explained what happen I could hear and see other employee laughing at me. i thought they were so unprofessional and insensitive. I asked if there something wrong not excepting a cone with someones hands over it? She said no, you have that right, I'll talk to him. I didn't see her talk to him for he was standing right there. They all laughed...

That's what happens when you buy an ice cream cone from a fast food restaurant. Perhaps, if you want quality... go to an Ice Cream Shoppe. Because you were probably worth the laughter.

p.s. Employees of fast food restaurants actually have Better hygiene and food handling, then small restaurants that of which you don't see what's going on behind the counter.

So, sleep well at night!

McDonald's ice cream machine down at night

Late in the evening, 4 of 5 times in the past couple of months the ice cream machine seems to be down. They said that it was being repaired. When I get to the window and ask for a comment phone number line, they could not find it and the ice cream was said to have run out. I don't know if the demand is not being met or if the employees are trying to get out of the facility quickly and don't want to fool with the mess so they say it is out? Don't say it is available if it is only available at certain times.
