It really ridiculous that the McDonald on Weston st Hartford Ct is the worst in customer service. If it's not one thing it's another all the time. The only restaurant in the area with terrible sevice. They always giving the wrong order, the drive thru line be all the way around the corner. The workers DONT NO ENGLISH. I waited in the line in the lobby 20 minutes then ask if i can be serviced, they told me to order on kiosk after being there for 20 minutes. This location needs to close. All the business in the are. Where can people eat. It a shame

McDonald's hickory had a deal in my app for $8 off a $16 or more purchase. Ordered $18 of food gave them the app cashier ran the code and said it went thru but didn't take the $8 off call manager over and she didn't no how to fixed it and didn't try very hard. So I left without my food. Very dissatisfied customer won't be going back. Never had these problems at Burger King. Someone in charge that can fix or can subtract $8 from $18.

Large mocha frappe
My husband went to McDonald's on Covert Ave in Evansville Indiana on April 5th around 7pm. I am addicted to Frappe so I know exactly what they look like and taste like. What they gave my husband was not a Frappe. When he brought it home, I told him that it was not a Frappe at all and definitely was not a large. It was a medium size and it was more of a milkshake and iced coffee mixed. And it was not a large. It did not have whipped cream on top. They charged him for a large Frappe so he got ripped off. He doesn't drink things like that so he didn't know the drink was wrong until he got home. I was really disappointed that they lied to him and ripped him off.
Desired outcome: It would be nice if we get a refund or get the right order of a large mocha Frappe at no cost to replace the mistake.
Childers qld macdonalds ability to deliver promised quality and service
On 3 occasions now we have attempted to support our Macdonalds Franchise in Childers QLD, each time we have purchased for our family of 4 the quality of the food comes out in pieces and not stacked properly, our food is very cold because they just seem to not be able to manage multiple orders, we spend a bit on average per week because we drive to Bundaberg or Maryborough for the same food and can’t believe that we get incorrect orders and have to wait while the rest of our order goes cold, then having to hear the staff complain as if we are inconvenient,
Tonight we ordered 2 double cheese burgers, a Sunday, large fires an angus burger, some drinks and other foods, we live less than 800 meters from the store and nothing was hot, so much so the food when we decided to get our certified thermometer to see the temp, nothing was above 27 degrees celcius, we threw the hole lot out and are that disappointed even though on many occasions wanted to support the franchise now strongly believe they don’t care and treat the brand like that to everyone!
I wanted to make the complaint as a business owner myself am more than disappointed with the lack of effort of the staff and store to satisfy clients,
I called 2 other family members to see if we were simply a little too fussy and their opinion and efforts were more than ours, not rating the store/franchise and as they mentioned “if you want Maccas go somewhere else or to another Mac as franchise”
Our experience as a family wanting to support a franchise has dwindle to a point where Macdonalds is now a no go zone for us as 4 children and two adults,
Sad and careless not to maintain a standard of quality take away convenient food that is at least a quality to consider from you Childers QLD franchise!

Customers handling other peoples food
Went there on 4-3-23 and got nasty service. Had atleast 10 employees standing around texting on phones or throwing food at one another. Refused to take our order. Had to order at kiosk. Was never notified our food was ready. Our food was sitting on counter but we didn’t know it was ours. It was touched by multiple other customers standing in line looking to see what it was. One employee that was on break or was off duty touched itt and moved it so she could lie down on counter and yell at other employees. We had to scream for a manager to even get drinks. Told him what went on he said oh well sorry.

McDonald's in Benson used to be the best! Now...service is terrible. Needs management AND training. I have no plans to go back until the circus is over.

After having the burger I started feeling uneasy after 2hrs & when I woke up in the morning I have stomach cramp & by afternoon 3pm I started having severe loose motions. I was in a acute pain & unstoppable motions. I had to be admitted in the emergency & then moved to the room for a day, doctor confirmed it was a bacterial bug which caused this. I am sure the lettuce used was not clean or the chicken was not well done. I want McDonald to pay for my hospital charges.
Desired outcome: I want McDonald to pay for my hospital charges & make sure that their franchise take care of the cleanliness.
Dealing with people food.
It is 12:27 pm on March 31,2023. I just left the McDonald's at 2840 Greenmount Ave Baltimore Md, 21218 and witness the manager, dropping bags of mcdonald's bags that they put our food in all over the floor, then had the nerve to pick them up and put them back on the shelf for service. I stated to her why didn't she throw them in the trash? She gave me a looked and then turned right back around and started working, ignoring the fact that people saw her drop the bags all over the floor. I asked her for her name she stated Shantae. This is the reason why people get sick from restaurants or you guys end up with suitcases because you have trifling an ignorant service workers of course. And for her to be a manager injure it's ridiculous.
Desired outcome: She just needs to be dealt with or investigated because if she'd done that who knows what else she has done with people food.
Ice cream sunday at the serling blvd, va mcdonalds
I was at the Sterling BLVD location, around 4pm and ordered a hot fudge Sunday and I paid extra to add caramel, when I got to the window the person handed me a Sunday with only caramel, I said were is the hot fudge and he said oh do you want me to add it? I said no because the cup was to full so requested that he give me a small container with a little bit of hot fudge he insisted and I said no please give me a small cup with some hot fudge, he got upset and slammed the window and walk away, I saw him talking to someone then he came back and insisted that I give him the Sunday back, I went to pick up the cup and all the ice cream and caramel started dripping all over me and my car. I was so upset that I told him to keep the Sunday and left.
Was it so hard for him to give me a little bit of hot fudge that I paid for! why he insisted that I give it back my Sunday when I was ok the way it was, I just wanted hot fudge on the side.

We went to MCD at 9:02 am and the person charged us an up charge for OJ with a meal. I asked about this when I was at the window getting my food and the older gentleman said o shoots not have been charged and then did nothing about it. There wasn’t any communication between employees regarding positions behind the counter. Customers were left waiting in lobby waiting for someone to report to the counter to take orders. I ordered two 4-Piece happy meals. The young man checked the box before handing it over to me, I assumed everything was there because he just checked. I opened the box once I retuned home to find that no fries was added to either box but a napkin that covered the 4-Piece and apple slices with a toy. Being that I’m 45mins away I’m not able to drive right back knowing that I will receive the help needed for reimbursement or fulfillment of my order.

So I walk in the restaurant at 8:30 pm on a Friday night the doors are unlocked the line is from the first window all the way to the road we're the stop lights are so you can't get in the drive thru line and they never have both lane for drive thru open NEVER. Rockingham NC McDonald's and the workers are a [censored]ing joke they alway have attitudes half [censored] get your orders right when in drive thru trying to order our food it's like they rush you to get your order by asking after everything you say is that all is that all no it's not when I get done with my order I will tell you and that's all. The door is closed way to early for y'all to have two drive thru lines and it gets back up so far you can't even get in the parking lot no signs saying that they close the lobby at a certain time and if it's closed then why have the doors unlocked for people to come in. Half of the time the fries are so cold and hard I actually chipped a tooth eating them the bread is hard they don't put everything on the sandwich like it's supposed to be I say y'all need to clean out the whole store and hire all new people even down to the so called manager because the attitudes from them are even worse then the other workers. Keep the lobby open as long as the stores open especially if the McDonald's is near a busy intersection and a stop light.
Desired outcome: Faster service keeping both lines open at all times and have the workers get rid of the attitude.

When in to McDonald's in whiting indiana on March 24th around 630 for 2 mcchickens, 2 fish sandwiches, 1- 10ct Nuggets, and 2 sprites. If is knee was that bad why is he at work? Drove up to the delivery window and your young lady gave us ur drinks. I ordered a large Diet Coke, got a medium. When I informed her the medium was supposed to be large, her response was, “well you paid for a medium, pull up to the number 2 drive thru sign around the corner. No please, no thank just rude. You food is not that good for that kind of attitude.

On 3/21/2023 around 7PM I ordered 2 Bacon Ranch McCrispys at my local McDonalds. When I got home to eat them, they were not as advertised. The chicken was dark brown and overcooked and there was only a dime size drop of ranch dressing on each sandwich. I was very disappointed at the quality and will never buy them again.
