I went to out local McDonalds in town and waited in the drive thru for over 10minutes without anyone asking to take my order. The other line was moving but not mine. I finally went inside and asked them if there was a problem with that drive thru and the cashier, who I think was a manager, said no. I gave her my order of 2 quarter pounders with ketchup only and a small fry. I also tried to order a small cone but was told something to the effect that it wasn't working right so they would have to put it in a dish or something. I said no forget it. I don't know what it is with this McDonalds, they have NO frappes. NO smoothies, and now NO cones, Whatever. Anyway, she gave me my order and I drove home. Upon giving the food to my husband, he took a bite and said the meat was RAW. I said what do you mean, and I quickly looked at it and sure enough, it was RAW. Not just a slight pink, but RED. I immediately drove back and the other female asked me what the problem was. I told her the meat was RAW. She said what meat, I told her the burgers I just bought. She looked at them and the other gal came over. She said oh, its a little pink. I said NO, its RED and RAW, not pink. The other gal then said that must be the ones that weren't done all the way. Wait, what? Then they proceeded to ask if I wanted a refund or new burgers. I told her well, we need to eat so I would like new burgers. It took a while before I got them. There was no one in there, so I'm guessing they made fresh burgers. No, sorry, No nothing. If I were a food inspector, I would have shut them down. You NEVER serve RAW meat to anyone in a fast food establishment, ever. I'm just wondering how many RAW burgers actually were sold earlier, and I hope no one got sick. This is not the first time this particular McDonalds has done things like this. I've talked to many in our community that say they wont even go there anymore.

On March 12, 2021 at approx. 7:45 pm I went trough the drive thru to order as I got to the pay window I handed the empolye my debit card and told him I had a coupon on my phone. Before I could hand the coupon to him he had already charged me. I asked if he could credit me for the value of the coupon but he refused. At this time I asked to talk to a manager. When the manger arrived she to refused to credit me for the coupon. At this time I asked for the contact information for the main store manger but was refused this information. I then drove home and called back to the store and asked for the name of the manager on duty but again was refused this information. I asked the lady on the phone that said she was the manager why was I receiving such bad customer service at this time she hung the phone up on me.
This is not the first time I have had problems with this McDonalds 7 out of 10 times the order is not right. The empolyee's are always rude and not wanting to fix your order and should have been right the first time.
Desired outcome: I would like to be credited for my coupon on a future order and had better custom service.

He is not allowing all customers outside without installing the mcdelivery app. But for ladies he is allowing to go inside when he was being question he was being rude and two customer left. My Mc Donald's Pokémon Experience
I had seen a promotion add information on Google for Mc Donald's Pokémon cards. In this add it says you would be able to purchase the packs of cards for 1.99 a pack or there would be 1 package of inside a happy meal. I had like this that you could purchase them without the meal not having to buy fast food for this month to get these cards on their limited 30-day release. Many years ago, Burger King did a Pokémon promotion and it was there ruling you had to get a happy meal to receive the Pokémon promotion. With this being said at least you knew going the rule was purchase of a happy meal was in your future to receive the Pokémon toy. I had sent the promotional add to my brother-in-law to view. Both of our family's had 2 children each involved in Pokémon card collecting and tournament play over twenty years ago. My grandchildren now where always interested in looking at the collection cards and how to play the card game with them. The brother in-law and I had discussed purchasing sets for our grandchildren and putting them away. This is what we did with our children that kept them in a book with protective sleeves for over twenty years. We thought because we could purchase the card packs for 1.99 each this would be quick and painless. So, our quest began I bought the first grandchild a happy meal and received our first pack of cards. Now we needed to start the card purchasing. I was in northern Minnesota ice fishing, so on the way home I purchased 3 packs of the cards which they said was their limit per person. I thought that went ok so I decided to pick up 3 more packs at another Mc Donald's. I stopped in Wyoming Mc Donald's off 35E on the way home to gain more packs for this grandkids collection. I walk in to the lobby area, the gal who waited on me was dressed different from the staff so I took it she was the manager. I asked if I could purchase 3 packs of cards because I was told that was the limit. She replied you can't buy the packs separate their only sold in happy meals. I said that is not a true statement as I just bought 3 packs up the road. The gal said yes, it is as I have a Mc Donald's corporate bulletin that sates you can only sell them in happy meals would you like to see it. I replied no as I know there are many different owners of Mc Donald's franchises but I expectations for the same from all of them. Just like the food II purchase there all the time there all on the same page. So, when I had gotten home from my trip went to several Mc Donald's in my area Hugo, Hwy 61, 35E & Hwy 96 they all said you must purchase a happy meal. I was very discouraged in this arrangement of their franchises. My brother-in-law called knowing I was looking for these Pokémon cards and said he was at the Mc Donald's on Cope Ave in Maplewood. He said the allowed him to purchase cards there separately which is what I wanted. He said he was told he could purchase 5 packs of cards that was the limit. So he purchased them and noticed the bill for the 5 packs was escalated, instead of the 1.99 plus tax per package they charged 3.99 plus tax. He was in disbelief and asked to return them. So, he went to another Mc Donald's on Suburban Ave, went inside to the lobby to purchase card packs they also wanted 3.99 plus tax per card package. He did not purchase them at these inflated rates. So four adults took a trip to Hinckley where I knew the rules were a three pack limit per person at 1.99 per plus tax per pack. We all went thru the drive thru explained there were four of us in the car to make the purchase of twelve packs to continue this card collection for my grandchildren. No problems, no inflated pricing. We proceeded home from our time at Hinckley, it was after 8pm and decided to stop at the Cambridge Mc Donald's to purchase Pokémon cards. We pulled into the drive thru and tried to order the limit 3 per person Pokémon cards and the gal say's I think we have a limit of three packs. I said yes just like up the road 3 packs per person but there is four of us in the vehicle. She then said well we will have to do this different and I said the other McDonalds rang them up separate.so we proceeded to the drive thru window, she started to process them she did two packs and said well this all I can do. I said can we come around again to purchase the other two packs? She said I guess, so went around the building thru the drive thru again. We ordered the two packages of cards again, she said ok I will ring them up as I did with your other order. We got to the drive thru window and she rang up the third set of three packs of cards and her manager jumped in an said we have a limit of three packs per group, he will let this transaction go thru but will not sell us any more Pokémon cards. I explained to him I just picked up packs up at another Mc Donald's and their limit rules and how this don't make any sense to me. I said I could go around again if that what he wanted us to do. He said no as I needed the cards for the Happy Meals. I asked for his name, he replied Andrew Simonson, I told him that I will call corporate to explain my dissatisfaction with this whole Pokémon promotion. So, at the end of the day there are too many cooks in the kitchen making up the rules. If this were their food products it would not taste the same, which is prevented in their franchise rules. This is why you can pull up to any McDonalds and get the same tasting burgers, french fries and all their other food products. You can clearly see this is a disaster of planning where every franchise is trying to apply their own rules even if it means over charging you. Needless to say, they have made this promotion very frustrating it should have stated you have to buy a meal and then I would not even had gotten involved so it was very miss leading, but when they start to overcharging you and think this is alright this is not good.

This location on yosemite rd in modesto has horrible service! They close early almost every night. And told me they close extra early on tuesday and wednesday nights for maintenance? They don't serve milkshakes after like 5/6pm, they always say machine is down for cleaning for the night even though it's like 6pm?! Workers are always unpleasant or seem irritated.

I was at the drive through moving a cup to place a coke in my cup holder when I heard the person at the window shaking the bag my way. Loudly may I add! I turned my head looked at the girl and said you don't need to shake the bag at me I know your there, then she throws the bag at my face so I threw it back in the window and then she throws my large coke at me through the window in my brand new car. On Saturday January 30. 2021 I visited the drive through window at the Williston McDonald's restaurant shortly before 10:00pm. I sat at the microphone area waiting for someone to say the standard greeting and finally had to say Hello? A woman came on and said order when your ready in a irritated tone. I began to place my order and I changed a item and she let out a irritated ughh. I let it go and kept on with my order and when I ordered the happy meals I said two cheeseburger happy meals with extra fries, and a large to which she stated hold on as soon as get your happy meals done you can order the rest in a really irritated tone to which I stated Wow are you really that crabby? From there on she finished the happy meals without a word and I assumed she had my order all down I looked at the screen to preview it and it wasn't showing in full but by then she asked is that all? I responded That should be it, and I was going to ask if she could repeat it back but she hung up. When I paid for my order at the 1st window and moved to the second I explained that I had ordered a large Coke and that I didn't get that to which the girl there seemed irritated next and rolled her eyes but did give me a large Coke. When I got home my order was missing a McDouble and 2 pies. My whole order was 1 McChicken 2 McDoubles, 1 large fry 1 large Coke, 2 pies and 2 cheeseburger happy meals with extra fries and chocolate milk. Good afternoon, I just left Macdonald a in west Hartford ct on Albany ave. I ordered 3 fries two medium and one small, I waited about 20 min and I saw the lady bring someone food to them at their car cam back in and did not wash her hands and was complaining how she can't even clock out mind you there was one fries sitting there for about ten minutes she proceed to throw the fries back with the other fries and make up my fries, I asked her if they were hot and she says they should be, I got to the car and gave the kids there fries and they were cold. If I had more time I would have went back in there

Manager behavior
I ordered at the drive through. The total was $25.50. I gave the cashier at the first window a coupon to make one of my sausage mcmuffins a penny, which should have decreased the amount owed by a few dollars. The cashier apparently didn't actually scan my coupon, and I didn't realize it until approaching the last window. I notified Justina, the store manager, about the mixup. She barely spoke English and could barely comprehend the situation. Her solution was to tell me it was too late to use the coupon. I again explained to her that the cashier failed to scan my coupon. Again, she explained to me it was too late. So I basically got ripped off for a few dollars. This was at the McDonald's on Barger in Eugene, OR.
Desired outcome: Send me the amount owed.
