The manager Karina at the Cairo, NY location seems very inept and inexperienced. First, I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches using the "Buy One, Get One" receipt coupon. Upon receiving the receipt for this order, the receipt was completely illegible. You could not even read the order number. I asked for a manager. Karina, with no name tag, I had to ask for her name, comes and I explained the fact that my receipt was unreadable. She retreats to the rear of the restaurant to obtain a legible receipt. Meanwhile 2 other patrons received their unreadable receipts, stating it does not show what was charged to their respective credit cards. Karina returns with a somewhat more legible receipt and states to me "You were just in the Drive-Thru." I stated I was not and why would I be IN THE STORE if I was at the Drive Thru ? She retorts with, "You can only get one discount per day w/ the receipt coupon. Evidently, she is Making Up The RULES to her liking. If I wanted to use 10 Receipt Coupons for 10 Individual Orders, I could. There is Nothing stated on the Receipt Coupon indicating a Limit on Orders. I found her very Condescending to say the least.
Desired outcome: I would like an Apology from this employee.
