I ordered through the drive through at Mcdonalds on 10/29/2023. I ordered 3 burgers, 10 mcnuggets, 2 medium iced Carmel macchiatos and a large sweet tea. I ordered at 12:54pm. I quickly go to pay for my order and I instantly get my large sweet tea. The employee then asks me to pull forward to wait for the rest of my meal. I pull forward because this does happen at this location every single time. There is one car in front of me as I wait and a line forming behind me. About 5 mins go by and I receive my food. I tell the lady nicely that I also ordered 2 coffees and am waiting on that. The lady stated she didnt know what i ordered and she will see about getting that. 15 more mins go by and a different lady comes out to give me someone elses food. I tell the lady that i received my food 20 mins ago which is now cold and am just waiting on 2 medium coffees. The lady acted confused and said "this day is [censored]" and went back inside. 10 more mins later and a third lady comes out to give me another persons order and this is when i started to get a little hateful. I told her "No, i got my food forever ago, which is now completely cold, I have been waiting here for 40 mins for just two coffees" which is absolutely riiculous. The drivethrough line was now empty at this time and there were 2 customers inside. The wait is incredibly ridiculous and they are lucky they have noone to compete with in a 20 mile radius or they would be shut down.
Claimed loss: 2 Medium Iced caramel macchiatos- They did eventually give these to me but added extra shots of expresso which is not what i ordered. Also lost 3 large fries
Desired outcome: They need better time management and a strong leader to help them be more efficient and faster. Ive seen the staff in there and know they are not short.
