Battery replacement with warranty
I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. I was completely satisfied with the Erie location where I purchased the vehicle and had regular service and maintenance . I also purchased a battery in2019 with warranty but I have had a dead battery for 3 weeks now and have contacted 3 different dealerships for replacement. I am replacing it on my own after receiving many excuses. Such as "we can schedule for 3 weeks from now " or the other dealer is closer to you "(2 miles") Never heard from the third. Very frustrating!
Desired outcome: Repaid value of battery I needed to purchase.

I have been buying new vehicles from Cambridge Mitsubishi (Ontario - Canada) since 2015. I bought a brand new 2018 outlander from Mitsubishi in late 2017. The sale manages, without informing me, and after my sign added an item "ES premier package" of $2, 900. That was in fact part of the original MSPR value. During my most recent purchase, I asked the current Manager about the amount charged in the last sales and purchase agreement, he confirmed it should not be there as such deemed fraud. I contact Mitsubishi Canada but they refused to help and asked I contact the dealership. I have attached both bill of sales from 2017 and 2021. This company has been voted "the most annoying" local advertiser, for their radio commercials. It is bad enough living in their locality and having to listen to this form of advertising: to be so aggravating and irritating a listener can not be unaware of the company and their product.
Now they are advertising on CNN, through the cable provider Xfinity (Comcast). These advertisements are so aggravating that I must change the channel to a different news network when they start. I am getting to the point of not watching CNN, my preferred news source, because these commercials are like eating glass shards and injecting sulfuric acid into one's own brain.
By allowing this low grade, amateurish style of advertising CNN is lowering its standard to that of local, inferior and mediocre television broadcasting.
Desired outcome: For you to set a higher standard of allowable advertising.
Getting my license plates
Car was purchased November 6, 2020 at Brooklyn Mitsubishi. I live in NJ. I got a temporary sticker for my back window which expired on Dec. 14. I was told that NJ would extend it until 45 days. It's now two months. I've call them so many times, spoke to Sheryl who handles licenses once a few weeks ago who told me she'd get back to me, and since, I can not get one call back. I call twice a day, leave numerous messages, and no response.
I've asked for my $300 back and we will get our own plates but don't want to do that in case they are in the process of getting them. No response.
This dealership has been sooooo unresponsive with other issues that have caused us a huge amount of time and money to resolve on our own. AGain, no response.
I will appreciate any help I can get for them to respond to me: License plates, and if not, refund the money I gave them to get the plates for me.
Please help...and quickly as I'm going on a long trip in 2 weeks and can not have temporary plates.

Ventilation system on brand new pajero & mitsubishi service centre khobar
Please be informed that we M/s Masar purchased a car of Mitsubishi Pajero model:2020, 1 month back and after a while I found that vehicle ventilation under dashboard is slightly open as sand particles and air were coming from the ac grills even after switching-off the ventilation.
I went to Mitsubishi distributor @ ALESAYI motors in dammam (Saudi Arabia) on completion of 1000km for vehicle service and for ventilation issue. They don't entertain my ventilation problem and give lame/unethical excuses such as, it is common problem, it is in all pajero, it requires 10 to 12 days inspection e.t. c and they keenly forced me to withdraw my request for ventilation (which I did unwillingly) otherwise I have to face the result. Even for service, they make me suffer and asked 8 hours for a simple service! I was first in line and in front of me they entertain other cars and even finished their services.
Are you able to buy new car and to return the car for 10/12 days for a small issue? Now I am driving the vehicle as getting up set and still it is only 3000 km and lot of sand with air coming from outside. Kindly make some arrangement to repair the car in quick time as I am not able to leave it for 10 or 12 days.

Lean release for title.
On March 19th 2020 I called MMC for a lean release on My Mitsubish Eclipse which I purchased in 2003. I paid cash for the car. There was no loan. I was asked for the VIN.
4A3AC44G23E048954. I was told I would have to contact MMCA to get the lean release. After being put on hold for 45 minutes, a woman finally answered. She did not give me her name and was not very polite. I attempted to explained the situation but she did not want to hear it. Then she asked me who was listed on the courthouse document as the lean holder. When I metioned MMC and my name she became irratated and quickly hung up on me. THAT WAS VERY RUDE! I can not even sell my car for junk in this county without a title. PLEASE HELP! AND PLEASE APOLOGIZE!

Almost 5years now since bought in Dec15, I've been complaining the issues below to the local dealer GHK Motors Sdn Bhd and I get unsatisfied feedback from the dealer as well as the engineer from factory. Worst feedback from the dealer was, "it was designed in such a way and my complaints will not benefits me but future buyer" and feedback from the engineer is that, "Brunei is just a small market and don't care much as they have other big market to take care".

People being complained: Jessa Alvarez (service adviser), a very rude receptionist, a service technician who attended the replacement/installation and service supervisor (whose names we didn't get the names)
It all started after we bring our Xpander with engine number GA4556
acquired last February 19, 2019 at Mitsubishi Edsa Caloocan branch to their service center under the supervision of Jessa Alvares for fuel pump replacement as stated above.
Me and my daughter arrived at the Mitsubishi Motors Service around 12 noon of December 23 and request was attended after 3 hours. I have 2 other more request for servicing aside from the fuel pump the other 2 was the NAVI console which never been a use since we bought the car because it is not functioning and the tightening of the locks/bolts on both sides of the front wheels. Only the fuel pump was able to be replaced but due to very incompetent service technician and lack of sense of responsibility of both service adviser and supervisor they didn't even bother to check whether the replacement was done correct or not. On our way back home we're just around 8 km away from the service center the car slowly stopped and there's a gasoline leak that me and my daughter smell. With this incident we are in the middle of the traffic along the highway when it happens and my initial instinct as a father was my daughter's safety who is driving the car during the incident. Me and my daughter we're still lucky because a traffic enforcer came along a few minutes after. The only downside downside was she received a traffic violation and was fined by a traffic enforcer because of this INCOMPETENT SERVICE rendered by Mitsubishi Repair & Service Center Kalookan.
I personally called the contact numbers written in the service center receipt immediately [protected] and 0283307564) and after a couple of talks and follow-ups one the staff who answers my call replied to me "Don't ever call to this number again!" and hangs the phone. I was shocked and furious of the attitude of their staff in replying to their customers complaints. While calling the said numbers my daughter on the other hand is trying to call the service adviser (Jessa Alvarez) but this lady didn't bother to answer my daughter's call but was able to reply back when being sent a text messages (another INCOMPETENT staff). After all the efforts of contacting and communicating the service center and it's staff only after 2 hours of waiting before their service technicians arrived.
Before this I've already heard a lot of bad review/remarks/comments about the services rendered by this service center.

I have been your customer since 2016, when I bought a Mirage for the first time and met the brand.
This year in February I bought a Mirage G4 that was delivered to me in March. It was not even registered in the Car Registry government agency .
Just over a month ago both mirrors were stolen despite having had the security package .
I was surprised that a car that almost arrived to Mexico this year, had its mirrors stolen.
When I asked for them at the Agency where I bought it, I understood why:
There are no mirrors (maybe on January 2020) and to get them their cost is almost $ 20, 000 which is equivalent to almost 8% of the new vehicle cost, which we all know is not the actual one because it was devalued as soon as it rolls out of the Agency.
It seems to me that this is not consistent with what the Brand and the Company's slogan "Be the best for ours customers"
It is important that you solve the availability of the mirrors, and check if they really are worth 8% of the cost of the new vehicle.
Being so expensive and so unavailable make them a high-profile target to be stolen, and promote even in secure areas their theft.

Ask to change paperwork to reflect accurate work done on the car. Told a transmission flushing/ fluid needed for$325? The car is only 30000 miles? Upon purchase the car in 2018, there was a defect on my back screen. I filed a complaint to the sales personal and also service center. No follow up was done by mitsubishi. I personally have to do a follow up every time and giving me different excuses. After 1 year of follow up. They agreed to change the screen under warranty. Mitsubishi require me to send the car for 2 days minimum just to change a screen! Nevertheless I did. And upon receiving the change of screen. It was very badly done! They request me to send again the next morning, arriving at the center, they told me the vendor has no one to pick my car and ask me to send to the vendor myself! I would appreciate and would like to hear from your comments.
