I ordered two wigs March 4, 2022 and received them March 31, 2022. Unfortunately , they didn`t look anything like they were pictured on Facebook. One was yellow in color and the other one was auburn. I immediately sent an email saying they were not what I ordered and wanted a refund of $87.97,with an email showing a credit to my account. I said I would return the wigs. Today is April 11,2022 and I still haven`t received a credit and it has been such a hassle trying to get my full refund. I am entitled to a full return according to your return policy, which is not stated as " No refunds". I am tired of this run around trying to swindle me out of a legitimate refund. I returned a few items and the person on chat said that my refund was already initiated on 3/21/2022 and I would receive my refund within 48 hours. I chatted with them again on 2/25/2022 and was told the same thing. Today is 3/30/2022 and I still haven't received my refund. I chatted with Maya again today and she is promising me that I will receive my refund within 2 working days. Very annoyed that it's taking so long to receive my refund.

This company needs to be investigated by the FBI and the CIA for FRAUDULENT means.
There's a lot of honest complaints and bona-fide fraud with this company, especially when making promises to fix, repair and/or replace home items that should be covered; and they never seem to own-up and complete the claims from the customers.
The local and State of New Jersey law enforcement agencies needs to throughly investigate this company who takes the customer monthly payments, but does nothing when the customer puts in a claim.

I placed an order with ModLily on Nov 24th. I received the tracking info and started tracking my order to see when it would arrive. Today is Dec 17th and after all this time, there has not been any tracking info at all so I don't know where my order is and after 9 or 10 emails to customer service. I still don't know where my order is and all they says is "when get the border refuse it, return it and we'll give you a refund. They have ruined my wife's birthday because these were birthday gifts but now they will ruin Christmas too. I will never buy from them ever again.

I ordered a top, it arrived and was soaking wet in the bag which it was packed in at your factory. I was informed to return it by tracked mail which cost me £13.50 and your a company have refused to repay it. They keep saying it is my responsibility to pay the charge and yes I agree under normal circumstances, I.e. if I did not want the item, but this was returned due to your company's unhygienic practices. I am finished with all the messages backwards and forwards and will now seek legal advice. two shirts ordered
I ordered two shirts from Modlily and they took at least a month to arrive. After arrival, I tried them on and did not like the fit. I was afraid that once washed they would not be the same size. I reviewed the return policy and found that I could return the shirts. I was able to print out the return label and sent them off. Never worn, not stained, the exact same shirt I ordered and they shipped. I received this response from them:

What a joke, they were not defective, only if they made them that way. They were not stained, never worn and only out of the bag to try on. They were exactly what was shipped to me and they were not used except to try on as requested in the return policy to show the issue.

I ordered three swimsuits at the end of January 2019 - two of them arrived and as of 3 days ago, the third one had never arrived and I was always fobbed off every time I followed up. So after complaining yet again to them I received one response saying how they were very sorry but the package had been returned to them because I had not been available to collect it in Dubai ( this is totally wrong and no courier company ever called me to tell me they had parcel for delivery - I receive a lot of parcels from various companies ), yet another agent told me it had never been shipped. I ordered four shirts from this company, on line. I don't remember the date, I received no e-mail confirming my order. On 12/28/18 I received the order, there was no information in the package: receipts, return instructions etc. The fabric is poor quality, the sizes are too small or too big, all ordered in the same size. Trying to find information on line, is hit and miss. On 1/23/19 I found their return policy page, I submitted my refund application, received a "ticket" number, and have not received any communication from them. I guess I am stuck with merchandise I won't use. I'm not sure what you can do for me, I just wanted to let you know about this situation. I would like a full refund for this merchandise. Modlily was doing a lot of advertising on my facebook account and thus ordered from them 4 articles of clothing on November 20, 2018. These articles of clothing were Holiday clothing with Santas, and Christmas themed. I received the 1 package with 2 articles after Christmas and the 2nd in the New Year with remaining 2 articles.
They say they have a 30 easy refund policy this is not correct. You have to ask permission to return. You need a ticket number of sorts. When I did get a response it was "Are you sure you want to return." I've tried 4 times to get an answer on how to process a return and received nothing but a copy of my receipt. No address No nothing. Items never worn. I didn't realize it would take 6-8 weeks to receive that was never revealed when ordering. Frankly I truly believe I won't receive a return address from this outfit. The packages I received (via China) were mailed later from 2 didn't address in California.
I contacted them Dec 30, Dec 31, and Jan 7, and again today through messenger.

On April 3, 2018 I cancelled an order immediately after I placed it because I was worried that I ordered the wrong size. I received a message that that I would receive a refund, but it did not come in a reasonable time period. I contacted them many times and they insisted that a refund had been made, but my bank statements show no such refund. After several more messages I was told to check with Paypal, even though I did use Paypal. Now they have removed my "ticket" from their site so I cannot contact them about this matter any further. This is a scam outfit and I urge everyone to beware.

From the reviews I've read (which I should have read BEFORE ordering from this company), all I see are negative comments. I ordered 3 bathing suits & 2 tops, of which I intended to keep what fit me best, & return the things that didn't fit right. None of the bathing suits fit at all. I haven't started the return process, & from what I've gathered, I won't be having any luck with even TRYING to return these items. I don't think I'll even bother. I know to begin with, that I'd need the order number, which I can't seem to locate. Why don't they have some information on that inside on a packing slip or on the envelope itself?
